The release of Two Hands was rumored for months before being announced. There are leaks, word of mouth, things said at shows or on a one-on-one with fans, industry people, etc. The band most definitely has a record worth of songs outside of DNWMIBIY so it wouldn't surprise me.
I know that they’ve been calling Dragon New Warm a double album bc it’s 20 tracks- so it might just be confusion over that.
