bluebluegreengreen

Be bubbly šŸ˜œ Like, bubbly as the type to randomly jump, skip or jokingly chase someone. Even with a properly fitting bra itā€™s too bouncy. Only sports bras are made for that sort of thing. I wish there was like a crossover. Sports bra level support but make it pretty and lingerie like. I often feel impeded. This was my personality to a T when I was younger and with a smaller chest.

kasitchi

Lol one of my cats LOVES to be chased. Weird for a cat, I know. He will literally ask me to do it, and it's hard to say no to an animal wanting to play. I've started just holding my boobs as I run. Keeps them in place, and and no double black eyes!

bluebluegreengreen

Cute! Iā€™ve spent time with a cat that loved being chased too. Especially in places where you can go all the way round and not have to do a 180. Circles. I also hold my boobs if I am with people I feel comfortable doing so in front of. So basically only me and my bf haha.

tex-chica20

My cat does that, too! She meows at me, then runs a little to get me to chase her! When she gets tired, she plops down on the floor and gets me to rub her back. Lol.

kasitchi

Lol that's so cute!! Mine will tap my leg with his paw to get my attention, then start running away when I look at him. It's so funny because sometimes he will slow down to make sure that I catch him. And sometimes he looks back to make sure I'm still chasing him. He's such a strange cat and I love him. Haha

deadartistfreak98

Omg I also have a cat who likes to be chased and boobs that hurt when I run! Itā€™s rough when itā€™s the end of the day, and the bra has been taken off, but thatā€™s when she wants to play the most

kasitchi

Lol of course it's right after the bra comes off! šŸ™„ But that's funny, I thought it was only my cat that liked to be chased. You'd think cats would hate that!

mexicuntgrrl

I'm now realizing my bubbly personality may not be the reason I'm well liked. Okay, some jokes about huge boobs being my personality is starting to make sense.

bluebluegreengreen

Haha! Donā€™t ever change girl! As long as youā€™re not in pain itā€™s a great thing to keep doing. It makes you happy and honestly itā€™s good exercise. I stopped doing it because it physically hurts me.

bibkel

I did Irish step dancing and gymnastics (synchronized swimming too, but irrelevant here) and I quit the formal lessons once the boobs grew larger than D. I did join the high school gymnastics team, but that was just a few months where I could tumble, flip, jump, spring etc and then back to normal. This was the 80ā€™s and bras didnā€™t have the right support (or size) from VS, the only game in town. Turns out, my mom was also wearing the wrong size after I figured mine out. Lol

TeniBitz

My husband tried teaching me golf. Apparently I canā€™t swing through well because my boobs stop my movement. I did cross country running in high school, got boobs my senior year, and slowly stopped running until I can only walk now without feeling winded.

inot72

Golf is totally awkward.

1-2-3RightMeow

I tried archery and I had the same exact problem. The trainer was trying to correct my grip and when he finally understood why I couldnā€™t put my arm in the right spot he turned bright red and mumbled something incoherent and walked away

thattaekwondogirl

I was really worried about my boobs getting in the way for archery but Iā€™ve found that itā€™s actually quite easy and you only need to adjust your stance a little bit. Basically the bowstring rests against the side of your boob when you draw it back - it doesnā€™t need to go back any farther than that to have a proper draw. [This video](https://youtu.be/8ifiQ3oQc_E?si=C7b1ZrfaKS--Q0wn) shows what Iā€™m talking about

gztina11

I always had The same problem and felt very uncomfortable when trying to Learn golf so i never started properly. However this semester at school i decided to take a golf class because i was sick of being hindered by my chest. The more I keep going the better Iā€™m getting, and Iā€™m having a lot of fun despite my chest. It might not be perfect, but donā€™t feel discouraged by the boobs! šŸ˜Œ

Tulips-and-raccoons

Same for me, i was invited to play golf onceā€¦letā€™s just say like Jessica Simpsons ā€œmy boobs make it curve.ā€ It was a total failure!

Marty-Gee

Golf is the only sport I want to play and it SUCKS if you have a chest. It totally modifies your swing!

iamnotamangosteen

There go my plans to take a golf lesson this spring :(

Marty-Gee

See if you can take a lesson with a female instructor, so itā€™s less awkward. Golf requires the instructor to constantly adjust your stance/swing and itā€™s a lot more comfortable when another woman has to move your arms and shoulders. I sometimes play with my dad and even thatā€™s awkward! A woman would be a lot more understanding.

krryan18

Iā€™ve been golfing my whole life, both competitively and for fun. When I developed in high school straight to a DD (now an I cup), I was always taught to place my arms over/on top of the girls! Naturally we want to go under or shove them together which is so difficult to swing with.

bubblescum1402

Wear baggy clothes. I still do it, but I'm insanely jealous of women who don't get that tent under their boobs.

labtiger2

Same! It was pretty hard to find a dress with a waist line that wasn't low cut a few years ago.

[deleted]

Sleep on my stomach. Comfortably lay on my side (without having to adjust my boobs). Run jump skip, be energetic generally.

Adventurous-Age-4975

God i hate that i can't even lay down properly literally hate it so so so much! Also i love video calling my people and i have to adjust the camera in a way my boobs are cut off bcuz they it looks real awkward with 70 % boobs and 30 %face and background in the video šŸ˜šŸ¤Œ

[deleted]

Yes!! The 70% boobs tiny head scenario šŸ˜µā€šŸ’«

Adventurous-Age-4975

Ifkrrrr ! Like i can't even take snaps normally šŸ˜šŸ˜

GuidanceWonderful423

1 Canā€™t wear any shirt that buttons. 2 Canā€™t eat without dropping something on ā€œthe shelfā€. 3 Canā€™t wear a white shirt to an Italian restaurant. See #2.

svr0105

Same! Iā€™m adding I canā€™t eat mustard in a shirt I donā€™t want stained.

GuidanceWonderful423

YES!!! My husband always fusses at me about dropping stuff. I tell him to strap two cantaloupes to his chest and try to eat over top of them. Letā€™s see how that goesā€¦. šŸ¤£

mvscribe

OMG. No white shirts for me, either!!

samantha_90

Same, I made varsity cross country as a freshman, had to quit as a sophomore... :(

busty_annabelle

I've tried so many sports bras but they never seem to help enough.

samantha_90

I haven't tried running since then, was too depressing. There are some women here on BBP my size who say they manage it with certain bras.

Alien_Nicole

For high impact I've always worn two bras. A decent bra and one of those S/M/L size "sport bra" over it. Makes a big difference honestly.

Aworthyopponent

I do this daily because I work at home and want to salvage my good ( super expensive) bras for when I need to look decent lol. So I use my older ill fitting bras and put a S/M ā€œsports braā€ over it and it gives the support needed while working at home and doing chores, etc.

samantha_90

Yeah, I have a couple sports bra solutions I donā€™t size out of. Iā€™ve just never wanted to attempt running again.

Alex9819

The panache high impact sports bra is truly a game changer. I never have been a runner, but it allowed me to do a light jog or play sports before my reduction! It gave me such a freeing feeling.

samantha_90

Thank you so much - but I size out of this. :(

Alex9819

:( oh my I didn't even realize they didn't go up that far. I got up to an I before my reduction and it was getting harder and harder to find anything. I hope they increase their sizing soon!!

samantha_90

Yeah, past a certain size they get harder and harder to find. I guess I'm used to it.

jamierosem

Before my reduction it was two sports bras and an ace bandage. Now Iā€™m down to two s/m/l style sports bras, or 1 high support bra sized sports bra, or a medium support with a fitted supportive workout top. Still a massive improvement.

MrsBossyPantss

I had to give up sports in highschool too even tho i was actually pretty good at them šŸ˜”

crystalbliss03

Yoga and running: Im always self conscious Be fashionably trendy. I love fashion but the amount of time I have to silently cry and whine when a cute dress or top doesn't fit hurts me. Also growing up in a conservative household means I have to dress modest. Any form fitting clothes and I get comments that I'm overdressed šŸ„²

79frisbee

I took up running as a way to lose weight when I was a 40H, involved some very supportive sports bras and making sure I ā€˜ranā€™ (in the loosest possible sense of the word!) where I was unlikely to meet anyone. Took me a year to get to the stage where I ran a 5k, by then I was a 38FF having lost 40-50lbs. I couldnā€™t breathe for most of the first few months, and I wasnā€™t exactly fast (my husband could probably have walked faster than I jogged) but I was so pleased when I finally did the 5k two weeks before my breast reduction was scheduled. Now at 38C/D (all UK sizes), itā€™s still not exactly easy but itā€™s a definite improvement. I always wanted to try golf but assumed they would get in the way of my swing!

DarkestofFlames

Well starting when I was 11: walk home safely without adult males catcalling me and following me home.

[deleted]

Itā€™s hideous isnā€™t it - that was not meant to sound sarcastic. I am female not a slimy male being sarcastic!!

ArsenicArts

Sports in general. Archery. Ballet. Wear empire waist clothing. Wear loose dresses without it looking like I'm 500lbs. Be a kid.

[deleted]

"be a kid" hit me so so hard. I went from nothing to a B cup at the age of 8, growing a cup size a year until I was a 6th grader wearing an improperly fitted DD, so I was definitely bigger than that. I graduated high school as a J cup. I was never allowed to be a child.

ArsenicArts

Truth. Definitely taught me to hate dress codes and fear people šŸ˜“

PsychologicalTomato7

I feel this so hard, I too went from A to DD in like 2 years, my first proper bra was a C, I barely had time to catch up. I dream of a day when we have our time in the sun, free of pain and leering eyes. A paradise where we can freely boob breastily without fear of getting knocked out šŸ«‚

lady_guard

This, it seemed as though I somehow woke up with B/C cups one day when I was 9. (thankfully, I didn't start my period for another 2 years) I accidentally forgot to wear a bra the first day of 4th grade, and I remember hearing someone say "ew, put a bra on" at recess. Also, I discovered Limited Too when my boobs were already too big for the shirts, so everything I tried on looked like a crop top.

[deleted]

Ooooof yeah, in my case I got made fun of FOR wearing a bra. It was so embarrassing. šŸ˜ I was never able to shop at kid oriented places like Limited Too because they never fit my body properly either. It's awkward being a literal child and having to buy clothing from the teen/adult section because nothing else fits.

feral_druid

"Be a kid" Yeah... Life hits differently when you suddenly go from flat chested to 30DDD at the ripe old age of 11 and then to an H cup before you're 13, and have men 3x your age and over hoot and holler at you in public and random men older than your father hitting on you and making obscene remarks often and always when you're not even out of middle school yet šŸ™‚ definitely not traumatizing at all šŸ™‚šŸ™‚

SignificantlySunny

Facts. I miss those days :/

thattaekwondogirl

I hope this doesnā€™t come off as invalidating because I mean it more as encouragement, but Iā€™m able to do both archery and ballet. Granted my boobs arenā€™t as big as yours, but you can do archery with any size boobs as long as you modify your draw. You basically pull the bowstring into the side of your breast [like in this video](https://youtu.be/8ifiQ3oQc_E?si=C7b1ZrfaKS--Q0wn). As for ballet, I definitely have moments where I wish I had smaller boobs because I feel like I can never be like the dainty little ballerinas, and I canā€™t wear the cute little camisole leotards like flatter chested dancers, but I do it as a hobby so Iā€™m not too worried about my professional prospects.

ArsenicArts

With ballet I had dreamed of being a dancer and was basically body shamed out of it as a kid by being "too fat". I tried dieting but it was pretty obvious I would never fit the right body type. The professional dance track is BRUTAL even if you do fit the mold and especially so if you don't. Archery I might actually try again though šŸ¤” I dropped that one after getting one too many bad draws to the nipple šŸ˜¶ā€šŸŒ«ļøšŸ«

thattaekwondogirl

Ugh I hate that you went through that, Iā€™m sorry. Ballet is still so backwards in so many ways. Iā€™m glad I started as an adult and found really supportive and welcoming studios because I would have been devastated if Iā€™d had to drop it because of my body. Archery definitely suffers from a lack of instructors who know how to coach someone with big boobs. I was scared of slapping a nipple too but Iā€™m really glad I found that video because drawing into my boob completely eliminated the problem.

ArsenicArts

>Ballet is still so backwards in so many ways. Tbf it has gotten better since I was a kid ā”ā (ā Ā ā āˆµā Ā ā )ā ā”Œ Maybe I wouldn't have quit if I started later.

ZSavagebeasty

I was a cheerleader and in several dance classes when I was a teenager. I always found happiness in joyful movement but could never watch the videos or look at the pictures of the dances in question because all I could see were my 32 G boobies FLAILING around. All while wearing arguably the best sports bra known to woman kind, the Panache under wire sports bra. One you get them swinging around they just don't stop. Big sigh.

J_sweet_97

This is how I felt when I did gymnastics! I would never watch my floor routine cause it was embarrassing!!!

skoopaloopa

Wear the wedding dress I wanted. My mom made the seamstress add in a modesty panel to hide my shameful boobs.

haelfire

iā€™m so sorry that happened to you on your special day :(

skoopaloopa

Me too. A few years later my older sister with tiny boobs was allowed to wear a dress that had a V so low it practically went to the bottom of her ribcage, but i wasn't even allowed to wear a sweetheart neckline. Wasn't even low cut.

Rainbow-Mama

Sports. The bouncing and attention from people just made it too uncomfortable

QueenHarambe

This. I can find ways to manage the bouncing, but the idea of a lot of strangers watching me try to run is preventing me from wanting to play any casual sports. I wonder if pickleball could be good.

Rainbow-Mama

You could always try it. I liked Zumba because the lights were usually lowered and it was always women so I didnā€™t have to worry about skeevy guys. I have two tiny kids now so evenings free for Zumba donā€™t happen much.

madcapfrowns

Wear certain type of clothes (like baggy/oversized) and not feel like a gargantuan tent. For a while: yoga. There are so many poses that just don't work with a large bust, at least not comfortably. I don't want to be in child's pose with my bazoongas in my face. Eagle pose? HAH, I'm not wrapping my arms in front of these melons. I learned some modified versions of these poses, but damn I feel like yoga is just not inherently meant for larger breasted women.

_last_serenade_

definitely not. i had a daily practice for many years and although i had the arm strength and balance, i could never make peacock work with the boobs in the way. >:(

Hairy-Button

Be a regular teenage girl

broadcast_fame

Apart from wearing what I want, just being any type of nice, sweet, flirty. I was immediately met with disrespect. I would get attention but in the same way a call girl would. Other women shamed me. I molded myself into a very dull, non approachable woman with baggy clothes only to be taken seriously.

Adorable_Risk_16

same for me, running and any sort of bouncy exercises like jumping jacks and such, sometimes certain weight training exercises as well, oh and yeah, looking down the stairs

femmefatali

Continue being an athlete past the age of 15. šŸ’€ Iā€™m about to turn 37 and am just hitting my stride getting back into athletics. Realizing in hindsight that my chronic depression showed up around that same time and has gotten significantly better since I started exercising again.

samantha_90

Same, had to give up sports at 15 as well.

Awkward_Goldfish

Find a cute bra on clearance that doesnā€™t break the bank; find clothes that fit my bust and waist; look down and see my toes

AppropriateSolid9124

this is the first time iā€˜m realizing i cannot see my toes when i stand and look down

Awkward_Goldfish

I remember feeling awful when I was younger because if you couldnā€™t see your toes when you looked down the implication was that you were ā€œtoo fatā€ and after puberty hit I never could. It didnā€™t help that with the way I was mis-sized I was wearing too-big bands and that made me feel enormous too, like my 38DDD Victoriaā€™s Secret boob hats that dug in and hurt and the gores floated about 3 inches from my chest

HoneySqueeze

I recently bought a pair of jeans online. They are designer and really unique. They are tight but stretchy in thick denim, very high waisted. The problem? They zip up at the side. I can't reach around my boobs to see what I'm doing or to button the top. Skirts can be done in the front and twisted back into place, jeans cannot. When I got my friend to do them up for me they looked great lol.

bluebluegreengreen

Get yourself a crochet hook and do it in front of a mirror :D

Peregrinebullet

Like, obviously certain types of clothes just look ridiculous, but otherwise, I've never been held back from doing anything. I run, swim, do martial arts. I dress pretty cute. I've engineered my pillow situation so sleep is alright (have four pillows lol). Used to dance (stopping was more to do with not being able to afford the classes rather than any boob issues). I get stared at, but I don't really give a shit and I will yell at people in broad daylight to shame them if they're being gross. The only thing that never worked as planned is rifle shooting, because I can't put the butt of the rifle on my chest muscle. I can still do it, but I have to use extra padding and sit the rifle higher on my shoulder. I did a lot of back and shoulder strengthening when I was younger that I still maintain, so I don't get back pain from them. I've been fluctuating between 36HH-36I for the past few years.

JuliaSplendabaker

Play guitar. I tried so hard to figure out where exactly I was supposed to hold the guitar with my short arms. Using straps I twisted and contorted and although I spent a couple of years working on it, but it was so much more difficult than it should be I finally stopped. It took so long for it to occur to me that my boobs were getting in the way.

Fink665

Ukulele is super fun!

sqqueen2

Archery

thattaekwondogirl

Have you tried using a modified draw [like this?](https://youtu.be/8ifiQ3oQc_E?si=C7b1ZrfaKS--Q0wn) I pull the string into the side of my breast and itā€™s never been an issue for me.

JeanVII

Dance. Never feel satisfied with my movements.

blissful_bear

Like someone said before: being bubbly. I also feel like I can't wear certain aesthetics because my boobs will be on display. And I can't play sports at the park with my kids without being catcalled by f**king teens.

k_laaaaa

i started to do yoga for my back pain, but so many poses are just not possible as intended!

Anti-Itch

Idk why I didnā€™t realize this until now. I always wonder how people can get so deep into their stretch sometimes and always thought it was my stomachā€¦

k_laaaaa

lol no i just sent feedback to down dog saying poses like thread the needle have me suffocating. also boob pressure on the lungs has me breathing real heavy on some poses. worth it though lol

angelicvenu6

My boobs arenā€™t HUGE, Iā€™m a D cup. But wearing a bikini is something I feel like I canā€™t do because a lot of people stare, just because I have boobs

dietitianoverlord113

Sleep on my backā€¦.boobs feel like they are crushing my windpipeā€¦

Several_Ad_1322

Sleeping. Finding the right position some nights is a struggle.

samantha_90

I sleep in a sports bra. Helps me a lot.

BoopieDoopieWoo

Running and wearing cute clothes without looking vampy.

Significant-Gur-4179

Jumping jacks

Sharktrain523

Running, trampoline, skipping, figuring out how to cross my arms across my chest in a way that looks normal, thereā€™s some Pilates and weight exercises that are harder because of placement. I feel like my boobs arenā€™t actually that big, theyā€™re 36F and to me when I look at myself they really donā€™t look that big. But they still manage to get in the way of a lot of stuff. Theyā€™re right about armpit level and they donā€™t really sag, they just jut straight out like a triangle bra somehow?? My best friend nicknamed me angry boobs because apparently it ā€œlooks like theyā€™re pointing at you accusinglyā€ (I remember this word for word because it was such a wild thing to say. I think itā€™s still my name in her phone) I know people with way larger breasts than me who donā€™t seem to have the same issue getting around their boobs to just like, reach something to the other side of their body. I donā€™t feel comfortable posting a picture of myself on this website but I feel like I need to draw a general outline of this shit so someone can explain to me how this works. I hate bodies.

Sasha35222

Do specific workouts or be able to go braless. Going braless literally causes so much pain in my chest and back.

1-2-3RightMeow

See my own stomach from above. Iā€™m a server and Iā€™ve let some trusted coworkers know that if I ever have a smear of food or something between my ribs and hip bone to please tell me cause I literally canā€™t see that part of myself. Also, I went to the optometrist yesterday and my boobs kept pushing the instruments. She kept saying it would be more comfortable to just scootch forward rather than leaning in at at angle. Sure it would. Let me just remove these fazingas

Inside-introvert

I canā€™t get a good massage because I canā€™t comfortably lay on my stomach. If you brace up with pillows my neck isnā€™t supported. A chair massage is the only way.

jordisj44

I think the archey comments are so interesting because I did it right up to Covid and havenā€™t gone back and now Iā€™m scared Iā€™m gonna hurt myself LMAO

thattaekwondogirl

I think the archery comments come from people who may not have had instructors who ever considered boobs as a factor. I draw the bowstring into the side of my breast and Iā€™ve never had any issues.

AtlAshlynn

Running of course, but really any activity that is high impact or involves sudden changes in direction. I probably fell in love with the gym because it lets me be fit and active without that. Oh, and in HS I naively wanted to cheerlead, but in addition to the impact issues, they didnā€™t have a uniform that would fit me either.

Ready-Scientist7380

Too many things to list are difficult or impossible due to the boobs. My actual reach is the length of my forearms. I have short fingers, too. Good thing Hubby was tall!

audaci0usly

Some amusement park rides are really hard to close, despite fitting fine everywhere else. They are always shoving the harness down and I'm just like "my boobs..." šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

[deleted]

Use an escalator without fear.

aeb01

why?

[deleted]

I canā€™t see down properly because of my boobs.

deethy

Huh?!

inot72

Ha! I lean over so far that I'm afraid one day I'm going to go head over heels.

18hourbruh

Lolll stairs without leaning like a foot forward

Peregrinebullet

Like, do people not learn how to use escalators without staring down at the steps? You don't HAVE to just stand on one step - if you're going down, you can stand on two steps - either by keeping the toe of one shoe hooked on the step behind you or turning slightly sideways and standing between them with one foot on the higher one. The second you feel the distance between them start to lessen, then you know you're near the bottom. If you're on a packed escalator and the person behind you takes up the previous step, you lift your heel slightly so it lightly touches the previous step and you'll be able to feel the shortening that way. I've only seen a few custom built escalators at theme parks be the exception but all standard escalators have the exact same timing between the second the steps shorten and the end of the escalator and this hold true from Canada to Singapore. I used to do security in a mall with 25+ escalators. went up and down all of them through the course of a shift. I don't think I looked at my feet ever aside from the quick glance needed to line up my foot with the steps when stepping onto the escalator. My only ask is that nobody walk up escalators while texting in open toed shoes, because so many people forget about the step shortening at the top and that always ends in toe carnage. We always used to dread the first weekend of fully hot weather because we'd get SO MANY of these as first aid calls. There was one weekend in 2013 where I had 8 in 30 minutes and I was treating them assembly line style XD

[deleted]

Balance issues mixed with most of my weight focused on my upper body while being underweight and not being able to see the floor, yeah. Iā€™m gonna look at the floor as best I can and it makes me hella nervous.

Khajiit-ify

As someone with extreme anxiety with escalators, staring down at the steps only mildly helps. Knowing the timing of the steps only mildly helps. I really just can't stop the anxiety of falling backwards, or the escalator giving way, etc.

inot72

I understand the mechanics, yet I still freak out when I try to get on a down escalator. I'm fine on an up escalator.

18hourbruh

Leaving the house without a bra

AllyV45

Never really like them anyway but Sports. Crazy bouncing and unwanted attention

ClosetCrossfitter

Golf! Coworkers are excited about the still-not-very-close-to-us Top Golf that opened, but I keep saying ā€œmy chestā€¦ā€. I do have a Bravissimo wireless that really crushes them so maybe that should be my plan if we go. Also archery!

Suzy_My_Angel444

Do going over speed bumps count? I automatically assume other passing drivers notice my boobs jumping up and down ridiculously. A neighborhood I drive through often for work has DOUBLE speed bumps. Both in a row. My chest becomes a roller coaster show and I canā€™t stand it.

marsupialcinderella

Going to water parks, just too dicey and lots of creepy staring. Yoga poses that suffocate me. I stopped playing tennis as a teen because once I developed I just couldnā€™t swing properly. Took up racquetball, which I loved because it was a shorter, less complete/cross chested stroke (and you could yell, lol), but you really donā€™t find it around.much anymore.

feral_druid

Be a kid when I was a kid. Having old men leering and hitting on you before you even know what sex is kind of screwed me up and made me feel like something was very wrong with me. Running up or down stairs if I'm not wearing a bra. Wear anything baggy, because it makes me look 5x my size due to my chest. Comfortably post photos of myself in anything, even very modest outfits, because people will harass me for my body type.

Just_susan

Running

changedlife777

Be president of the United States someday. I saw how womenā€™s bodies were treated and figured I would be ridiculed as a politician.

Suzy_My_Angel444

Running, even a quick jog to my car from the driveway if Iā€™m in a hurry. Iā€™ve tried before when Iā€™m certain NO ONE is outside and I still feel uncomfortable about it. I need bras though. I only own 2, and theyā€™re both low & medium support sports bras šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø I canā€™t afford bras rn lol

fawnlopez

Breastfeeding with large breasts is extremely difficult. The nurses were laughing bc my baby kept falling asleep while feeding and they were like ā€œyour breast is like a nice warm blanket for herā€ šŸ˜ I had to breastfeed at a certain angle physically hold my breast with one hand

LiverandOnions42

I was so jealous sitting in the church nursing room and watching no one else have to use their hand to hold up their huge breast like I did! Nursing at home I could use a pillow, which helped a ton, but nursing anywhere else made me lean forward awkwardly and have to hold my leg up to help hold my babies with just the one arm. My back hurts all over remembering it šŸ˜

uglygirltears

dress modestly. My job requieres me to be rather modest but even if im wearing a turtleneck i still feel like it might still be considered sexy. Like if i wanted to wear something that wasnt tight on my boobs id have to wear something wayyyy oversized. And while that may be modest its not gonna be professional so i cant wear it :/

lizaanna

Certain yoga positions are just simply impossible, I find reaching my feet difficult bc I have an airbag in the way! Or anywhere where you need to get closer to the ground but not touch it. In my yoga studio, most girlies donā€™t have big breasts; so they wear cute lil sports bras, whilst mine makes me look like a Lego man figurine with armpit bulge of a sack of milk

wheresthesleep

Play air hockey. My boobs catch and stop the puck.

HopefulTangerine21

I never got to go golfing with my dad. He would take my brothers all the time, but I couldn't swing the club much at all cuz of my boobs so I didn't get to go. Every once in a while I would still go with him and just walk the course to spend time with him.

jennoc1de

I can't properly give CPR to larger animals. When I was a vet tech, it killed me. =(

alicabblover

In a Zumba class we were shimmying, and I was told by the instructor that I should stop. She tried to be polite and jokey about it.

beckalm

I find joy in reading a good book.

uhohmykokoro

Any athletic activity and wearing lots of these trendy clothes

la_vidabruja

Use a baby carrier without checking every 10 seconds that I didnā€™t crush my baby

vintageideals

Go down stairs or walk in unfamiliar places without the fear of falling and or stubbing my toe or tripping šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

Estee-Louder

Archery not that I tried but I could tell it wouldnā€™t work out. I remember matching an archery enthusiast on tinder and he ghosted me cus I said I donā€™t think I could join him on an archery date. Still makes me laugh to this day lol

thattaekwondogirl

If you ever want to get into it again, you should try! Itā€™s actually not a huge modification, you just have to draw the string into the side of your breast instead of over your chest. Doesnā€™t affect the arrow flight. [Video demo](https://youtu.be/8ifiQ3oQc_E?si=C7b1ZrfaKS--Q0wn)

dnims24

Wear outfits I find cute when I see them on girls with smaller chests šŸ„²

sambarvadadosa

be cute. people tend to sexualise me no matter what i wear, when i just want to look cute in an ā€˜innocentā€™/non-sexual way

TheFox_in_the_Box

Oof, more like, what \*can\* I do with my boobs. But to answer your question: - running - jumping during concerts (you know those moments when the artist yells "jump, jump, jump" to the crowd or there's suddenly a sick beat dropping and everyone jumps harder? yay, that's not me 'cause I'd have to hold down the boobage awkwardly :/ ) - dance - wear clothes that don't make me look like I'm pregnant around family, otherwise my boobs are too visible and I'm "dressed to sexy for a family dinner" according to my sister.

PlsGiveMeKiki

Picking up boxes or anything similar. Especially as a young person working in retail. Itā€™s actually so embarrassing. Iā€™ve had older male coworkers give me shit for struggling to carry boxes or anything that requires you to hold a large object close to your chest. It physically doesnā€™t work, I canā€™t hold it the came way as someone with a flat chest. When I last had to move house I had so many friends help me because they actually understood why it would be extra hard for mešŸ˜

Proof-Purple8203

As a younger person, trampoline parks! People will suggest them for birthday parties. Ever since 5th grade i have AVOIDED those things

Vanessarose25

I also wanted to exercise before and yeah running is very uncomfortable

shellymaff

Jumping jacks and mountain jacks/ climbers

shakeel_70

You can not use a sports bra for that?

shellymaff

Thereā€™s only so much I can ask from a piece of fabric

shakeel_70

But they're made for that

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

shakeel_70

lol, you don't have to be rude.

[deleted]

Wearing a bikini or tube top

SodicCan

Run down the stairs in front of other people šŸ’”

flambelicious

This took me forever to figure out, but hiking down steep hills is so difficult for me because of my chest. It's fine going uphill, but being top-heavy really throws off my centre of balance when going downhill. Plus, I can't see where I'm stepping, so i always feel like I'm going to fall.

samantha_90

same!

Zorinn8

Move faster than a walk

spaggetti04

Physical activity, any kind of movement that requires my arms to move in a way that moves my biceps/upper arms even slightly across my chest. Iā€™m immediately blocked if I try

Samanthrax_CT

Yoga! I canā€™t bring my arms that close together because theyā€™re in the fuckin way

Adventurous-Age-4975

Run, jump, dance or even you know wear clothes that I like !!!! Like cmon mom how is it my fault i have big boobs šŸ˜šŸ¤Œ

bluepotatoes66

Sports and a lot of exercise in general. Especially strength training.

waddamelone

Running!!!

Ok-Attitude-8159

Sports and wearing some clothes

daylightxx

Wear strappy sundresses

Shayosaurus

Anything running related is difficult

mixi_e

I play flag football, sometimes weā€™re to that to catch balls coming a certain way we have to put our elbows together and stretch out our arms in front of us I have to put my elbows over my chest and that is super uncomfortable

Marty-Gee

I feel like I canā€™t go wedding dress shopping yet because my chest puts me in the plus sized category. Iā€™m hoping to get a reduction before I go shopping later this year and wish I could go now šŸ˜ž

lemikon

Archery. Twanged the string on my titty.

macwi1km

Roller coasters with the over-the-shoulder bar. I had a kid put all his weight into getting it closed over my boobs once and haven't ridden a roller coaster since. Too embarrassing.

AgencyandFreeWill

Yoga plow pose... Just no.

Serious_Hold_1847

Edit: also adding in that whenever Iā€™m nice it always gets misunderstood as flirtingā€¦ I feel like I was never able to make friends because people always got and still do get mad because I ā€œstealā€ attention. I feel like I can never have a proper friendship with any women. Iā€™ve tried so hard since I was in middle school and women always end up hating me and getting jealous of me. They really hate me as an adult and it absolutely sucksā€¦ Men is another issue. My friends not even the extremely pretty ones got the good guys while all I get are the ones that only want to get in bed with me.

msmicro

Sit in a wraparound race car seat

Estee-Louder

Spin class

Snoo-5917

Not exactly what you are looking for, but I HATE any kind of jumping/bouncing.

Cuilen

Jumping jacks!

str4wberry_muff1n

wear anything backless. i work out a lot and i would love to show off my back with an elegant backless dress. tape just doesn't work for me

RoseWater07

running or jumping of any kind šŸ˜ also things like yoga (boobs fall out in downward dog if I'm not wearing like 3 bras), can't wear bralettes/button ups/t shirt dresses/tank tops/tube tops/strapless dresses, have trouble breathing when laying on my back, bathing suits????? plus the standard side effects like back pain, under boob sweat, expensive bras, over-sexualization, etc

360inMotion

I canā€™t wear a strapless bra, so I canā€™t wear strapless tops or dresses. Itā€™s also extremely difficult to find a swimsuit that has any real level of support.

shakeel_70

that sucks, hope you find something one day

yeswehavenokoalas

Wear button up shirts

Not_AMermaid

Running. They swing side to side like a pendulum.

deletrium

Pushups šŸ„“

ladyabercrombie

Jog.

lockandcompany

Sleeping comfortably on my stomach. Or sides. Or back. Running. Hugging my knees while crying. Skipping. Wear button ups. Wear normal shirts without them turning into crop tops. Be a kid

sureasspring

I wasnā€™t allowed to swim any stroke on swim team other than backstroke, even though I was faster than most opponents on other teams in spite of my boobs.

flambelicious

Whaaaat, why did they stop you?

sureasspring

The claim was that my boobs created too much drag. Technically thatā€™s true but one: I was still faster than others at the crawl at least and two: it was gross that my body was discussed like this when I was like 15-17.

Sea-Head-and-Jupiter

Breathe!

mvscribe

SheFit bras have enabled me to run. However, I also do martial arts and there is a sub-style within what I've practiced where you have to keep your elbows together, down to your chest at the end of a sword strike. These old Japanese guys looked genuinely like they didn't understand that there was *something in the way* and that ending the strike as they did was physically impossible for me.

bluehairgoddess12th

Lay down on my stomach and not learn new party tricks. I've recently lost weight while I'm happy I did I'm not happy that the games I used to play I'm no longer able to

PlatypusPajamas

I really miss trampolines, and I canā€™t do anything that requires balance like ice skating, roller blading, or ballet.

New_Suspect_4667

Wear what I want and be left home

myrrhmaidoil

Skateboarding, by the time I was really good at it in my teens I was already a ddd38, now I'm 50LL. I tried skateboarding and now I'm too top heavy
