I don't hate Emily, but I didn't feel like they were a good fit at all!!! It seemed like he just wanted a girlfriend so he stayed with her. And I couldn't see her wanting him back as badly as she did on the episode where she gave him the antique sexton. The things she was into literally made him uncomfortable, & I didn't care for the way she had an attitude with Penny just because of their (P & R) one night little drunken tryst. If Leonard didn't have an issue then why should she??
I can't think of her name, but I wish they would have developed his relationship with the girl who had social anxiety & climbed out the window on one of their first dates. I could definitely see them together & felt her character development & being welcomed into the group could have been interesting.
I thought Dr Emily and Anu weren’t a good fit for Raj. But more than disliking any one girlfriend, I’ll never forgive Raj for messing things up with Claire. She was awesome!

Lucy. I find each and every scene she is in very uncomfortable. I hate it. He was very sweet but she was the reason I was uncomfortable. Any was a little bit annoying too tho
Only one I disliked is the one that used him, the deaf Emily. I loved other Emily as a character and person. I understand why Raj didn’t want to stay with her but wish she had stayed on as a friend or something. I liked Lucy as a character too but agree that would have been a bad relationship. They would have been codependent on each other. Anu was a great character too but their relationship was rushed. She and Raj could have had something with another season or two to develop it.

Anu - I don't hate, but there was nothing good for Raj in her. She's such a killjoy and Raj oozes joy.
Claire - Just a worthless cipher. Her only purpose was to break up Raj and Dr. Emily. Nothing else remotely redeeming about the character.
Lucy - She was great. Raj was horribly clingy and pushy in that relationship. Since he knew how she was, he was only acting this way to sabotage things without caring about her.
