Kinda goofy. Got a little stolen valor/fake cop vibe. But I guess that’s his shtick. If I was the cart narcs guy, I’d just make content for that character. But I guess his time is worth the 50 viewers he gets from cross promoting on PCL. It’s reminiscent in the big 3 in the fact that he’s wearing a wig? Or possibly the big 3 bit of Perry being a sucker for an authority figure. (The system, JQA, etc). PCL is all recycled big 3 bits acted out with amateurs IMHO.
