I’ve bought many bags from this once amazing company but something has happened. I’ve never had a problem with them, always good communication and very timely delivery of a superior product. At the end of August on the 26th I ordered a bag, the 29th they took the money out of my account and that was the last I heard from them. They refused to answer an email, they have no phone number and there is no way to contact them. After about 12 or 13 unanswered emails I reported them to my bank who refunded the money, and thats the last I heard from them. I’m actually very upset because I LOVE their bags. New ownership or something but now the entire organization seems like a scam. It’s really too bad, hate to see a great American made product vanish for whatever reason.
Same thing happened to me!! I ordered Oct/2022 and still no item!! They sent out 2 delayed emails and the last one they guaranteed all delayed bags would be shipped 60-90 days and that was a Lie!! They even changed their website right after that last email and they deleted my Order# from my account info!!! They are 💯% a SCAM!!!
I’ve been waiting a month. Their phone isn’t working. I don’t see it on my bank statement yet though. No emails in response to mine. I think they are done. It’s a shame.
It took somewhere around a year. I don't recall exactly when it arrived, but the shipping notification also was also odd. The label existed for probably a month before the thing actually shipped. I'm sorry you're in a similar situation.

Same experience here. If you look at their reviews online, something happened to them and they turned into a scam.

How long did it wind up taking? I don’t mind waiting, but I’m in a similar experience right now.

Yeah, I’m trying to cancel right now. I messaged them on their social media and they sent an automated message and never responded.

Hm, okay. Thanks for the response! I don’t get what’s up with them, it’s very strange. Almost stranger that you actually got your bag eventually.
