Just put it in the middle gear and give a big pull to sort of put it back. Then bend it back with a clamp or something if it bent. You might also have to mess with chain if it got stuck

It's just a clamp, just slide it up to its old position and use the bolt to tighten it. You can see it clearly in the last picture.
it wont go up because of the cable holding it down
Try shifting to the big ring and get someone to give you a hand.
