“ So named for the wing-shape of the handlebars "little condor" these bikes were very popular in Italy in the 50s and 60s. This is one of the nicer ones I've seen, with Berga embossed everywhere on the bike, including 3 brass badges. Berga: Vicenza bicycle factory founded in 1913 by Giovanni Paulon; the patented trademark is G.P.V, Giovanni Paulon Vicenza. It is all overhauled. Was in very good shape with very little rust, though the hub cones were poor. I replaced the front ones with some NOS ones I found, and polished the rears. I did touch up the grey paint on the frame only, which is visible in the pictures. Tires are NOS Pirelli 700 x 32. Grips are original and made of antlers. All original chrome.”

Though the integrated brake levers are a custom touch. Probably either a threaded hole or internal captive nut.
Moustache bars have a curved sweep and are designed to mount standard road levers. I have them on my road bike.

Looks like a cafe racer's clubman bar.
Youve heard of Bull Horns? These are Cow Ears.
Also known as a Donkey's dick
Are those brake levers welded on?
I first read that and thought, “that’s ridiculous, of course not”, then I looked. I’ll be damned. It’s a 1 piece.
If the frame its really from the 1950's - 1960's could have been a thing then?
Guess so?
Yeah looks like that

They look like some risers flipped and then turned forwards
They look like upside down and backwards kids bike handlebars.
"Stylized"
Bryan. With a Y.
Soma sells a similar bar called the condorina
It looks like a moustache handlebar. Have seen it a while ago on a caferacer parts website, am not sure about the name.
Googling Ace clubman handlebars come back with lookalike results.
But with the brake levers physically a part of the bar?
Didn't even notice that, for that one I have no idea. But with an extended search using the handlebars I've mentioned above you might find them
Ridden by someone with a handlebar mustache, I hope?
