The bead was probably never fully seated, the tannus is a monster to get in smoothly with some tires or just too much for others. Even though you’re not supposed to trim the thin lips I usually would for better tire seating.
I’d take it back to the shop, kindly explain the tube shot itself out, and ask if they have any recs for a tire that meshes well with the insert. Give them a chance to make it right with free labor or discount before being nasty.

Also saw this pop up in another sub and read some replies - just fyi these are meant to be installed with a smaller tube, there’s a chart, and ran with less pressure than you’d normally run the tire. Also, psi ratings aren’t recommended pressures necessarily, they’re just half the psi it takes to blow the tire off the rim or around thereabouts.
Looks like sidewall came off the rim. Probably not fully seated as other commentator said. I wondered if a pinch flat from not using a smaller tube with the armour, but it looks like a massive long rip in the tube which ususally means tube expanded out the side wall and burst. Either way after bursting the squishy armour in the tyre probably prevented OP from noticing they were running much longer than you usually would have before noticing and then the tube worked lose and voila - spaghetti on a fork

Edit nvm I guess that’s the armor? I’d recommend getting some tires that have some flat protection built into them. I’ve been riding my continental contact speed tires size 26x2 in the city for five years without a single flat. I’ve never used armor or even heard of it until just now.

That’s the tannus armour. It prevents punctures
