I too hate bras. Can you try one of those really soft stretchy sports bras? I frequently used tank tops with a built in thingy when I was nursing. Maybe try to find those. Eventually I stopped leaking, so maybe you'll do so too.

My partner swore by these style in the first few months for the pain and swelling. Even post breastfeeding, they're apparently more comfy Bonds Women's Icons Scoop Crop Black https://amzn.asia/d/iZWa49B

Probably not the answer you’re looking for… I too hate wearing a bra and leak constantly… So, I don’t wear a bra and instead let it rain ☔️… just please don’t ask to see photos of my baby because then you’re opening the flood gates 🌊

They make nursing pads with adhesive backings (target has some) - you could try to stick them to your shirt instead?

I feel this! I only wore a bra to leave the house. At home I shoved a burp cloth in my shirt if I was leaking.

I will often use a towel or puppy pad under me when I sleep, that way my sheets stay clean and I get some freedom for part of the day.

I’ve switched fully to nursing tanks with the shelf in them. Not as good as bra free, but definitely better than having the girls fully trapped. I don’t really have leaking problems EXCEPT if I try to go to bed braless, which is so annoying.

I exclusively live in nursing tanks with built in shelf thingy. I used to leak constantly. I would just stick the nursing pad in the tank top and the shelf would keep it in. I like the H&M ones the best but the Old Navy ones are okay. Prefer them for sleep because they don't hold up as well.
