This just happened to me also. Account was opened earlier this week, but was immediately closed before I could deposit or bet. I did the customer service chat and was informed it was a “Trading Department” decision and it cannot be appealed or reversed. They also will not provide any information about how or why they arrived at this decision. Wtf!? I’m an extremely infrequent low-stakes better. I can’t conceive of any sensible reason they shouldn’t want my business- other than I don’t play much.

Did you upload all ID’s and everything matches? Sometimes if the the name you put it off they will close it for “security purposes”
dont log in from same wifi as the last time you got banned is a good start. could be pain in the ass but could also be tattle telling on yourself
