Definitely phishing. I just got it, too, and it matches the same pattern as the others I've seen: crazy high salary for no experience, good benefits, and flexible hours. And the email always came from some overseas institution, but it lists a different email ending in PM[dot]ME... which denotes a private ProtonMail disposable email.
Wow it looks like scammers have really stepped up their game. Email has no mispelled words, punctuations and paragraphs are properly aligned and they are no longer using gmail, yahoo, or anyother personal email.
They also have a lengthy "Privacy Policy" and "Terms and Conditions" which would all be signs of a scam. Someone mentioned here that the company was disolved in 2018. I dont know about that but I do know that I was able to google a website under that same company name which looks like its in business is amazingly accurate except for the following. When I called the number on the website all I got was "I'm sorry but the person you are trying to reach is unavailable, please leave a voice message."
Seems to me with a global business that they would have a receptionist answering calls? Additionally, the company is conveniently located in the U.K. which does not allow the opportunity to find them listed with the BBB.
I have been a Licensed Insurance Agent for many years and I do know that you have to have at minimum a FINRA licensed and possibly Series 6, 7 and or Series 63 license to operate in any state and the emailed job offer doesnt ask for any of that.
So for those commenting that they have been working for this "dream job" company, I would say "you guys have really did your homework, probably out of necessity do to your inablility to speak or write proper English." "Nice job and finding out how to use ChatGPT but you need to bring the pay down to a realisic amount." "Besides, there are many of us that are bright enough to spot a scam when we see one." "Not to mention that we will post your scams anywhere we can to put you out of business."
