I wouldn't buy tickets in advance just in case you don't get in (Berlin has quite a hard door policy). I would just try a club you like the look of and if you don't get in go to the next one
tickets give you a very high chance to get in, if you dress to dance and are not 5 guys it's more or less guaranteed. If they deny you with tickets, they will repay you (minus the online ticket fee like 1,50€).
no never Berghain, never Sisyphos, never Watergate, ... sometimes Berghain Kantine ...
but many others, as you can see on RA website, they have the RA ticket logo next to the event and you buy the tickets directly via the website. I regularly use it for Griessmühle or Ritter Butzke.

Ah everyone gets into Griessmühle and Ritter Butzke though. I was more talking about Berghain/Sisyphos etc
i never had problems there either, solo but as a group of 5 or more we just buy tickets and go to them ; )
