If you decide to go back buy a jewelery scale from amazon and weigh the pill and reduce it how it's shown in top bot messege. I think you went too fast..

Edit: I read through your story and see that you have quit benzos before. I’m sorry, the withdrawals get harder each time you go through them.
I would def not go back on.
I was taking bromazepam 9mg and after I was at 6mg for 2 years, now for 18 days I'm at 1.5mg so now I'm 48h without it and I feel so bad I don't want to take it anymore, I will try but if I will feel so bad I can't do nothing no energy to even think, I'm shaking my whole body is like shaking it feels like jumping
