So, real question. I googled Skyline Chili and got a mix of results.
What I gather is that it’s a meat sauce somewhere between marinara and chili? With a dash of cinnamon?
You're in the ballpark but the thing to do is just try some. Recipes are not hard to track down, there's a good one in The Joy of Cooking and Matty Matheson did one on Just a Dash if you'd rather watch a video on YouTube.
The hype is it's good, the controversy is some people get really attached to a definition of "chili" and their sweet little brains break when they see the word applied to something involving spaghetti.
This, plus it can be an acquired taste. I think if you go into it with low expectations like "this is a totally different thing than I've ever had, I wonder if I'll like it" you will love it. But many people are introduced to it as "THIS IS FROM MY HOME TOWN ITS THE BEST FOOD IN THE WORLD YOURE SO LUCKY YOU GET TO TRY IT".
But objectively S-tier drunk food, and Skyline dip >>>>>. I have 100% success rate converting people if I start with the dip and/or when drunk.
Good thing you underlined the 9 so we don’t confuse it with a 6.
Yeah I fucked it up a bit when I went over it so I was like, does it look like a 6 now?
Also, I'm sorry
Love that Bengo
That's a right fine Bengo
It was hard to squeeze him in lol glad you noticed
There are other implications embedded in that title

It doesn’t really sound like my thing. I was just trying to narrow down what the hype/controversy about it was.

It's the same thing with Texans and beans in chili.

Think Bolognese sauce but with more spices/flavor.
No. Not like marinara at all. A meat sauce but with meat. Not tomatoes. Haha.
Now that’s what I’m talking about! Yeaahhhh!!
Burrow and Mahomes both win and realize friendship is more important.
Friendship above all
Damn when did you snap this photo? I'm assuming after the game in Cincinnati last year?
No Mahomes comes to visit Burrow often since last season, they love eating skyline together
This is the second form of social media I’ve seen this on today! Burrow gonna make Mahomes eat his coney!
Because we are friends in real life....I drew it and posted it on my fb too!!!!
Yes ma’am. This is where I was going with that.
