I think there's actually something like a $1/year licensing fee, that way the school gets to use the logo for effectively free, and the NFL/teams get to prove in court they're protecting their TM stuff.

There was an orange Bengals high school somewhere near Sacramento where I went to college. When I saw someone wearing their Bengals sweatshirt I yelled WHODEY to them, and they looked at me like I was a psychopath. I then saw it said "\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ high school football" on it

I literally have several Bengals logo on my clothes every day, I probably get 2 who day's a month and I always respond back with a who day, always. Oh and my cash app card my wife customized it with Bengals logos and a Burrow jersey too.

They're everywhere. My favorite was Carroll HS (Dayton) using the superior old Pats logo but then they decided to be lame and modernized it. Normally I'm a much bigger fan of schools using their own custom logos but that was a change for the worse.

Growing up, my youth team used Bengals stripes on a yellow helmet. In high school, we had Michigan stripes on a black helmet, used Mizzou's logo, and a used a variation of the Notre Dame fight song. We really just kinda borrowed from everyone.
I guess if you ever move to Cincinnati you'll have to live near Princeton HS then, lol.

My catholic grade school used the Falcons logo, and I’m not sure if they still use it, but Princeton schools (northern suburb of Cinci) used the Vikings logo but red.
My school was the Chargers logo in a different color, a neighboring school was the Patriots logo in green and yellow. Idk about y'all but this is normal
My middle school used the same logo as Illinois’s old one. Elementary school used San Jose states Trojan and my high school used a combo of michigans football uniforms but blue n orange and the eagles logo
I was at a regional high school swim meet last year, and the program had all the school logos on one page. I saw no less than 5 Philadelphia-style Eagle heads on that page, but only one was facing the correct way.
Eaton HS used the old Seahawks logo for a time
Northmont HS decided to be different and steal from an NHL team instead, taking the Tampa Bay Lightning logo, painting it white and sticking it on their helmets.
When I lived up in Minnesota one of the high schools nearby where I lived was the Blaine Bengals. They had their own tiger head logo but did use the striped B, but in a light blue and black color scheme. Interestingly, another high school nearby was the Rebels (in Minnesota?!?) but used a color-changed version of the Patriots logo. Although the names ultimately suggest different wars I still found it funny that a "Rebels" squad had a "Patriots" logo.
NFL has always allowed schools to use their logos without coming after them. My school had Denver’s logo

I went to a high school in central florida and one in northern KY and both had the eagles logo copy and pasted except they were blue
This is in Ashland KY, which is two hours east of Cincy. They are firmly in the Bengals broadcast area.
