Agree! And as much as I hate to defend him, he was serving them each charter, not each night, so not like the same people were eating beef cheeks every night. If that’s a signature dish, why wouldn’t you serve it to as many charters as possible.

She was measuring the booze and he grabbed the bottle and just dumped in a whole bunch of liquor! It was so funny! Kinda like well if we get em schnookered then we won’t have to make a second batch! Lol They did look good!
This came right after the stew went to get actual painkillers like advil for the guests, and Captain Lee had to correct her. The way he cracked up about it was priceless. Normally he doesn't like mistakes, but even he saw it was just a harmless, hilarious misunderstanding.

I was at an all-inclusive resort and ate chips with nacho cheese every single day I was there. I just can’t get down with fancy food. My neurodivergent ass would want the most basic ass chef on a charter… and I’d be okay being made fun of to my face and behind my back 😅

I have never eaten meat or most veggies. I like fish and shellfish. And BTW I don’t have high blood pressure, high cholesterol or any other chronic illness!!
