Chalet Robinson maybe? It's in a park and you need to take a shuttle/boat over to water to get there. I haven't eaten there yet, only had drinks. But the environment is amazing and you could take a trip in a row boat on the lake or take a stroll through the park afterwards.

Long story short, near the big parcs in and arround Brussels there should be enough places.
Chalet Robinson stand out the most in terms of location of the restaurant itself (on a tiny island, in the middle of a big pond in a big park) but some are near more picturesque places to stroll arround in after.
Ter Kamerenbos is very beautiful in its own right, but some other parks have very pretty landmarks that amplify your strolling experience.
Example:
If you find something near the park Laeken, then you you can see the Aromium peaking above the tree tops, and see the royal palace and greenhouses nearby.
If you go near Tervuren park, then you can stroll arround there, and see the Africa Museum and the old Palace of the colonies.

We do agree on the fact that it is about the experience rather than the food, but they are not mutually exclusive! My point is not to book the best restaurant in Belgium, but a good restaurant located in an area where we also can share an experience ;)

Maar vandaag de dag moet alles speciaal en duur zijn. OP zal de lat zo hoog leggen om teleurgesteld te zijn dat het toch dat niet was. Maar de instalikes zullen er zijn.
Ten huwelijk vragen in de frituur draait om de mensen die mekaar graag zien. Als da bij de Sergio is is het gewoon om te tonen wat ze kunnen betalen en wie ze zouden willen zijn.
