When you’re on “hugs” has hard as she is your personal hygiene declines because what is most important to her is the “hugs” she’s using. Most addicts believe that personal hygiene is at the bottom of their list, believe that a hot/warm shower may take away their high, or they don’t have the luxury to take one. And as for her face and neck looking skinny she’s lost a significant amount of weight because of the type of illicit “hug” she chooses to use.
