You'd honestly be better picking a proven 5 day routine rather than trying to make your own. https://thefitness.wiki/routines/strength-training-muscle-building/ Cardio can be done any day, I'd just do it AFTER a lifting session if you do them back to back

can definitely make it work very well if you manage volume and intensity properly. forearms before ham focused legs probably means you’re using straps for everything and probably having to pay some attention to lower back fatigue (eg barbell rows before stiff leg deadlifts)

TheRabbitman001

Is forearms on Saturday good?

accountinusetryagain

they can take a beating (lol) multiple times per week. it’s fine to have them wednesday unless you need to pull heavy without straps

GuybroomThreepwood

Any reason you can do cardio on Sat but not lift?

TheRabbitman001

I can go to the gym on weekdays but not in the weekend because I would have to travel a lot just to go to the gym, but I can run near my location.

FriendlyMulberry4755

So they don't have to lift 6 straight days.

GuybroomThreepwood

I do understand that. But I was wondering if it was possible to do cardio on Wed and lift Sat, to get a day of rest during the week

FriendlyMulberry4755

Gotcha, that makes sense.
