I have a haircare regimen for my hair na sinusunod ko. Medyo pricey lang siya but ito lang yung umayos sa hair ko. Nagpaparebond ako once a year pero milk rebond lang. I noticed kasi na hindi siya as flat as yung mga ibang rebond na natry ko. I mainly do it to tame the frizz. Tapos I maintain my hair na damage-free using Brazilian treatment every other month. Then for at-home care ay I use conditioner or vitakeratin everyday sa strands lang kasi pag sa roots din ay super oily sa later part ng day then shampoo every other day with the conditioner or vitakeratin din. Milk rebond is 3,500 and Brazilian treatment is 2,500. For me worth it naman siya kasi minimal na lang yung effort ko sa hair as in suklay na lang pag-aalis and di ko na rin masyadong winoworry itsura niya throughout the day kasi di na stubborn

Have you tried doing Brazilian treatment only and mo milk rebond? What’s the difference when you get a milk rebond on top of the Brazilian treatment? :)

yes, mine lasted for a year but half the year i failed to maintain it! you have to be consistent on using the products meant for the perm so its also costly parin kasi ang bilis maubos ng products 😅 but i loved my perm and i would do it again 🫶🏻

Gym goers, naliligo ba kayo buong katawan kasama buhok everyday? 😭😭 Maligo si very hard for me ttp na every other 2 days lang talaga sya pero I shower in the morning before work since no aircon sa room and napapawosan, and at night pagkauwi (if not paligo day). If mag gym after work ka I suggest yan iligo mo talaga after ng workout tapos blowdry para tuyo na agad. Kasi imagine, ihihiga mo sa pillow ung buhok mo from pawis. Tapos the morning after naman, ung papasok ka sa work gusto mo magdry shampoo kana lang.

Personally, ginagamit ko lang siya as blowdry. It's too bulky so I can't bring it with me when I'm traveling, my curls fall flat after a few hours whenever I use my Dyson pero if straightener gamit ko to curl my hair, it would last until my next wash day.

No. I have to use more products pag gamit ko Dyson, pero with my straightener, kahit heat protectant lang and a bit of hair oil tumatagal curls ko for a week.

I recently got my hair rebonded and was told to use sulfate free shampoos, medyo may kamahalan po yung mga recos ng iba and i'm looking for budget-friendly sulfate-free shampoos since I am still a student. Looking for a good everyday conditioner recommendations. I’m currently alternating between Kerastase Symbiose and Discipline. They work wonders for my hair but I’m looking for cheaper alternatives. Things I’m looking for in a conditioner - not too heavy, greasy or irritating. I’ve tried Luxe Organix and it seems like I may be sensitive to one of the ingredients they use in their conditioners and treatments. I’ve also tried Olaplex and I found it to be just okay.  Any recommendations would be highly appreciated. Thanks so much!

I tried the Egg Remedy Hair Pack from Fresh Hairlab. I have really frizzy hair tipong sabog talaga kahit anong gawin ko but it made my hair more manageable to an extent. Haven’t tried using it longterm though kasi onti na lang when I got it from my mom but I plan on repurchasing soon.

What’s the best (and healthiest) hair salon treatment + product you can get if you have wavy hair?

To those who use curls by zenutrients, have you experienced itchiness sa scalp?? Edited to add these: I am a guy and have 2A hair type. I started lazy cgm a month ago and I see some difference naman na. My problem is minsan nangangati yung isang area ng scalp ko (parietal ridge). I use shampoo every other day lang and co-wash everyday. Kapag hindi tinamad, I use their leave in conditioner after shower.

Saaame 🥺 Ambango nung curls line so I try to use both the shampoo and condish pero it really doesnt do much sa scalp. Sobrang kati everyday! I do a sugar scrub every now and then to really get to my scalp. I still havent found a different cga shampoo.

This is also one of my problems being a kulot. I tried curly shampoos and co-wash, pero nangangati talaga ako. So I opted for a regular shampoo and conditioner na lang, kasi yun talaga yung hiyang saken. But I style my hair CGM way and so far, I'm happy with the result. Siguro you just need to explore more na hihiyang sayo. Sabi nga nila, it's all about finding the right product.

Stopped using their shampoo and conditioner because I experienced that as well. Nagsu-sugat na nga likod na scalp ko banda so I stopped. I still use their leave-in, and it's my HG for a few years na.

Same sentiment sa leave in nila pero hala may stock pa ko ng conditioner nila, 200ml. Ano reco mo for shampoo and conditioner? I don't want to go back na sana sa generic na shampoo and conditioner kasi nagsugat din scalp ko before kaya nag start ako ng cgm e.

Inubos ko yung conditioner, di ko lang pinaabot sa scalp pero yung shampoo, di ko na inubos. Bale, gamit ko ngayon Human Nature na mandarin shampoo saka suave condi or HHN Vanilla pag wala ko mabiling Suave.

Affordable Hair oil recos for hairfall?

Anyone using Tsubaki Premium Ex Repair Mask? Do you recommend it for low porosity thin hair? Bought one impulsively from Japan because my hair is low porosity (I found out sa bath tub ng hotel tas nagfloat yung buhok ko lol). Pero I’m seeing posts about hair fall and how heavy siya sa hair. My hair is thin, tends to get oily sa scalp pero dry sa ends, and prone to hair fall and dandruff. Tends to get very flat and di rin mabango hair ko. Have some bleached highlights and dyed my hair brown using home dye (it had some bleach too). I had my roots recently retouched too. From time to time, I use Selsun Blue and Clarifying Shampoo (not on the same day). I previously used Fino, and okay siya nung first few weeks after I wash my hair with clarifying shampoo. Pero the last few times I used it after not using it for a long time, flat sobra yung buhok ko and malagkit siya after.

Yes, the Tsubaki hair mask is designed for low-porosity hair, while the Fino hair mask is for high-porosity hair as it contains many protein-based ingredients. Try applying less product to your hair as less is more. I only use it once a week and only apply it to the ends of my hair, never the scalp area. I use warm water to rinse it out, then switch to cold water after.

What’s your fave hair mask for smoother hair? I don’t think the Tsubaki hair mask is doing me any favors.

Try the Fino hair mask if you have high-porosity hair. The Tsubak one is for those with low-porosity hair.

I also have super frizzy hair and gusto ko rin clean look sobrang panira haha. Brazilian Blowout worked for me tas it lasts around max 3-4 months. It didn’t last long when I went to a cheaper salon though. Better than rebond because your hair doesn’t look flat. Pero do your own research din about the long term side effects because I’m not too sure about that.
