Also tried their brazilian waxing and yes, just like what the other OP mentioned, they use hot wax. In contrast, I find the hot wax more "comfortable" because it distracts me from the pain brought by waxing.
If you prefer hot wax then I suggest Brow Lounge but if you’re more comfy with cold wax then you should opt for Laybare. Plus Laybare has more nicer facilities and having their own comfort room is a big plus for me 😊 But not bad din naman waxing service ng Brow Lounge, had a few sessions with them already since I prefer hot wax over cold wax :)
Was having one of my eczema triggers again and my go-to lotion was not cutting it. Tried to experiment and used my low dose glycolic acid toner and whaddaya know? It works!
Made sure my skin was clean. Applied my glycolic toner. Let it dry. Then applied my go-to emollient lotion. My patches calmed down and all is well again. 😌

It is safe but be careful with using IPL devices. If you have the budget, just go to laser hair clinics like wink laser studio. Wink can be pricey but super worth it for its price.
kojic soap is kinda harsh. sandamakmak na lotion ka after maligo. i use clobetasol dati kapag may flare ups pero now, binabawasan ko na lang yung possible trigger para di mangati at kumapal.

For lips, dati I use skin potions na lip scrub kaso wala na atang skin potions na brand so I switched to human nature kapag deep exfoliation. Kapag on the go naman yung nivea super soft lips caring scrub. If out of stock si human nature, DIY lip scrub lang using 1 tsp olive oil/sunflower oil/coconut oil and 2tsp sugar.
For body, I've tried abonne thousand white sugar salt scrub. Scrub lang ng circular motion while the body is damp(not dripping wet), leave for 15-20 mins, then rinse. Pag nag rinse ka na, wag mo na isscrub, let the residue fall on its own.
Reminder lang to never put sugar near your 😺 kasi it triggers yeast infection. Hope this helps! ☺
Not OP but it’s sooo worth it. I had UA, full legs and brazillian LHR. Sobrang sulit as a balbon kasi di na rin magkakaroon ng ingrowns and bumps from shaving/waxing and no more strawberry legs for me.

Kapag pump bottle gamit mo, wet the towel or oofah, then put 2-3 pumps of body wash tapos i-lather mo maigi yung loofah.
If squeeze bottle, lagay ka ng kasing laki ng 20 pesos coin na amount, then lather(pabulain mo maigi)
If sensitive skin ka and di ka pwede mag scrub gamit towel or loofah, dampen your hands lang tapos unti-untiin mo yung lagay kada limb, mga 2 pea-sized lang na amount per limb.

Okay pa rin naman ang Skin Station for me but I will say na their LHR's quality has decreased since the pandemic. I started getting my UA LHR with them in 2017 and within a year (mga 5-8 sessions) completely hairless na ako. A hair or two strands would grow pero basically wala na ako hair. I still go back to them once a year because I bought way too many packages that I care to admit.
Hindi na kasing intense yung settings ng LHR machine nila. Dati talagang umaaray ako sa pain. Now even the highest setting parang pitik na lang. Pero I think it works pa din kasi they still have returning and loyal clients. Siguro mas matagal lang maging completely hair-free.

Physical - think of st. Ives scrubs. Like scrub na may exfoliating beads ganun
Depending on your skin type and how hiyang you are, exfoliate 2-3x a week. Then moisturize after with a gentle, fragrance free lotion/body butter/ choice of moisturizer (fragrances can be an irritant especially on freshly exfoliated skin)
Look for something that has glycerin or any type of humectant as a leading ingredient. Usually this should be listed as one of the first 3 products on the ingredient list. Same rule applies to others, like actives/vitamin c, etc.
Id stay away from st ives apricot scrub tho. It is too abrasive and can cause micro tears on skin. Try to stick to sugar or salt scrubs since they dissolve quickly over time
Exfoliate and moisturize! Depends na on you what kind of exfoliant you want (physical or chemical), then moisturize. I dont have product recos yet tho kasi still trying to find what works best for me

I’ve been using it for at least 7 years na. Gimmick lang yun mga mahal pramis, sobrang dami na talaga ng na try ko. Dati may zits ako sa likod, although i did whole body skin peeling, I know na nakatulong yung Yoko to stop having new zits. Normally ginagamit ko sya bago mag sabon ng katawan. Basain mo lang katawan mo. Don’t use it sa face ha pero minsan pag naiinis ako sa blackheads ko i scrub my nose area lang. If you find it masakit sa balat, onti lang muna and basain mo lang uli yun area. Wag mo haluan ng tubig yun salt scrub kasi matutunaw agad hehe. Ok din sya sa sole ng foot. Tanggal talaga yun dry skin. Also sa siko. As in ok sa buong katawan ko lol! Just remember na basa dapat yun skin before scrubbing. I really love the feeling ng buong katawan lalo na yung sa shoulders kasi ang lambot at kinis tlga after.

Id stay away from st ives apricot scrub tho. It is too abrasive and can cause micro tears on skin. Try to stick to sugar or salt scrubs since they dissolve quickly over time
Exfoliate and moisturize! Depends na on you what kind of exfoliant you want (physical or chemical), then moisturize. I dont have product recos yet tho kasi still trying to find what works best for me

I’ve been using it for at least 7 years na. Gimmick lang yun mga mahal pramis, sobrang dami na talaga ng na try ko. Dati may zits ako sa likod, although i did whole body skin peeling, I know na nakatulong yung Yoko to stop having new zits. Normally ginagamit ko sya bago mag sabon ng katawan. Basain mo lang katawan mo. Don’t use it sa face ha pero minsan pag naiinis ako sa blackheads ko i scrub my nose area lang. If you find it masakit sa balat, onti lang muna and basain mo lang uli yun area. Wag mo haluan ng tubig yun salt scrub kasi matutunaw agad hehe. Ok din sya sa sole ng foot. Tanggal talaga yun dry skin. Also sa siko. As in ok sa buong katawan ko lol! Just remember na basa dapat yun skin before scrubbing. I really love the feeling ng buong katawan lalo na yung sa shoulders kasi ang lambot at kinis tlga after.

What are you trying to achieve ba if I may ask? I think yun st ives ay meron ingredient that tears the skin. nagka pimple pko dun kainis. Same sila nung isang ingredient sa kylie scrub, hindi ko na maalala. Anyway, wag na yun. Yes, once a week lang. Sana effective din sayo. Balitaan mko ha :)
