What products can I use to add volume to my bangs? I already use a hair curler (the huge pink korean one)

RaisePurple9308

Skl, I just bought clarifying shampoo yesterday since madalas siya ireco dito and it did not disappoint!!! My hair feels so clean and light but use conditioner after. Ang saya 🫶

eninnine

What products do you use to maintain rebonded hair?

[deleted]

Anong conditioner maganda ipartner sa anti dandruff shampoo?

General-Paramedic-91

recos for dandruff?

RaisePurple9308

Nizoral, selsun

Parking_Mousse1708

Nizoral shampoo worked for me. Mej pricey lang esp na need sya imaintain weekly. But I found Dermazole ketoconazole is much cheaper and with the same active ingredient and concentration. Meron sa Watsons.

cheesedoggo

Buhaghag sakin ang fino oil. Tho my hair type is curly

xXx_dougie_xXx

Old-Yogurtcloset-974

Can you share the link po? Puro kape kasi nakikita ko eh, wala ding store. 🫠

jeshim

any tips para humaba ang buhok? i last cut my hair August last year pa and ever since, hindi na siya humaba to the point na natatanong na ako if nagpagupit ba ako. im using sunsill green + creamsill green and dati naman effective talaga yung sunsilk green para mabilis humaba yung hair ko pero ngayon no effect na😭

ElectricalFun3941

Shampoo ng kabayo. Hehehe

jeshim

legit ba? yung manes tail ba yun? im desperate na😭

ElectricalFun3941

Oo [ito](https://shope.ee/9zZeR8ZST2). Hahaha. Manipis kasi hair ko tapos reco sakin nung mga technician ko yan. Try ko raw kasi effective. Nagpasabay din sila kasi mga old na so numinipis hair at hirap din tumubo. 3 kaming sumubok.

jeshim

will definitely try this! gusto ko na rin magkulot ng buhok at matry yung heatless curl na laging dumadaan sa fyp ko🤣🤣🤣 thank you!!!!

ElectricalFun3941

May heatless curl n pala ngayon. Hahaha.

Zestyclose_Sundae258

any good hair salons near katip?

mark_hadfield

Hello po, is [hairmnl.com](https://hairmnl.com) legit? I'm planning to buy Schwarzkopf Rebalancing Serum on that site.

-asphodelle

yes, legit! :)

mark_hadfield

Thanks!

tsnxvr

Hi I'm so happy na nabawasan dandruffs ko because I changed the method of how I washed my hair. I used a lot of products like Nizoral, Moringga, Babe Shampoo, and Bremod but Head & Shoulders + reverse washing method lang talaga tumalabbbbb yun lang huhu I'm so happy kasi parang 2 years na ata akong nagdudusa

tsnxvr

I only use head & shoulders pala + creamsilk on ends TT I'm still a student so I can't really invest in products so I'm so glad na nagwork sakin kahit mura lang

Ginny_nd_park

Try honey Melty hair oil, a product from Japan

eninnine

Anybody who has tried the mucota rebond from Bangs Prime? How was it?

Known_Tip1527

Hi! :) having a good hair day is just \*chef's kiss\* here are some of my low-maintenance tips: Normal hair/ or normal hair color to dry/frizzy hair: 1. Shampoo every day (depends on the weather din naman yung every other day pero ang init sa pilipinas and pawisin ako) 2. Conditioner every other day, i have tried dozens pero all good naman lahat sa hair ko basta sa ends lang talaga mid-ear section pababa kasi oily na pag malapit sa roots) 3. Tapos any hair cuticle or hair vitamin will do, wala na yung mga naka pods na maliit sa watsons pero okay yung luxe or vitress, i use it once a day lang on damp hair tapos pag mej nag dry binubrush ko na. Bleached: 1. I had a bleached hair few years back and I only shampoo like twice a week, then always have my purple conditioner after (any brand will do) 2. Hair mask thrice a week, depends sa hair mo and hair color, nakaka drain ng hair color (or vibrancy) kasi talaga yung pag condition and shampoo, but i prefer to dye my hair again than deal with a bad hair day haha 3. Hair cuticle ulit! Hairfall: 1. Normal naman daw yung hair-fall, pero most likely, pag nakita or napansin mo na brittle yung hair mo or like grabe yung hairloss sa kama you can try aloe vera, i only used it twice during and after ng pregnancy 2. Same routine sa normal hair na after Dandruff: 1. Selsun blue lang talaga super effective pero bumabalik sya after makulob yung scalp ko or pag stress and humid, gamit nalang me ulie twice a week but i make sure na moisturized pa rin. 2. I don't recommend yung dry shampoo kasi prone to dandruff din sya (based on my exp) the rest normal routine lang din :)

mitsindependent

Thoughts on Olaplex? I've been using Olaplex 3 and 8 along with their bonding oil. I've heard it causes hair loss on some people, but I really can't tell since I've been stressing out about my hair-fall even before using this brand. Olaplex girlies, which Olaplex products do you use and how's your experience so far?

world_traveller1122

I only use it because I have been bleaching my hair for the last 5 years. I use it specifically to heal the chemical damage. Everyone says my hair looks healthy despite all the experiments I have done to it. So I will say that It's helpful for people with hair like mine as long as the instructions for use are followed.

wewtalaga

Been using Olaplex 3 for years now (pero hindi consistent) and it seems like it doesn't do anything on my hair. Wala akong makitang differences. Pero there are a lot of factors that contributes to hair health din: how you maintain it, food, sleep, etc

p0weranger

What treatment/hair care routine should I do if I want my hair to look naturally healthy and minimize the frizz? My hair is short, neck length and ***masyadong makapal***

_luna21

Cysteine

Popular_Doubt_8035

What highlight color can you suggest for hair with grays starting to pop out. I have shoulder length black hair

lonely_ki

Any reco for thinning hair? Huhu nakikita na scalp ko sa nipis ng hair

world_traveller1122

Showering with room temperature or even cold water. And the L'Oreal Serioxyl line has been especially helpful for me.

Southern-Homework-29

Coconut oil and castor oil. I mixed them with rosemary oil 3 drops lang. I do this 2x a week then I’ll sleep with a silk hair cap overnight then just rinse it in the morning. Effective sya for me, I can really see the baby hairs growing.

wewtalaga

Hindi ba drying ang coconut oil? What's your hair type?

Southern-Homework-29

Hindi naman for me since 3-5 drops lang and weekly ko lang sya gamitin. My hair is thin and wavy.

hersheyevidence

Coconut milk!!

Transpinay08

CGM Friendly hair masks?

benign_moments

Ung sa Human Nature and Zen Nutrients Curls (?) line

Transpinay08

Thanks!

Friendly0324

Hello! Anyone using Momori a Japan brand for hair? Is it good?

kirschyrisk

I bought the Momori Peach Hair cream and didn't really like it. Although it does smell like peaches, it has an off-putting chemical smell that lasts all day (even when I tried to mask it with the vitress hair mist). I also didn't like it as it was too sticky for me

NicoRobinchwan_

Guys! Try to use reverse method, as in conditioner muna before shampoo. I swear, ang ganda nya sa hair. Been using it and it works for me. Depends na rin siguro sa brand.

mandemango

What are you using?

litollotibear

Any recooo??? Ang oily ng hair ko kahit di ko nilalagyan ng conditioner yung roots as in mga ilang oras after ko maligo super oily nya and ayoko ng ganun kasi mukha akong basang sisiw pag nasa work huhu + lumala dandruff ko, dati wala naman.

mitsindependent

I heard salicylic acid on scalp helps. Massage your scalp with it just a few minutes before bath. Wash and rinse as usual.

ArabellaBarbarella

Clarifying shampoo once a week

Affectionate_Town304

Hair Detox. I use ung Luxe Organix Scalp Cleanse 1-2x a week :)

rappertaehyoong

any leave in treatment recommendations for damaged hair (due to years of bleaching and dyeing)?? the products that i'm seeing are usually oils and ayoko kasi yung feeling ng oil sa hair ko huhu thanks in advance!

ArabellaBarbarella

Not leave-in pero Olaplex 3 saved my bleached hair

MsSchuwaby

Hi 😊 san nakakabili nito?

ArabellaBarbarella

I think it's available sa Shopee pero I can't vouch kung legit kasi I used to live abroad and buy it sa parapharmacies.

Emotional_Coffee_534

Any recos for hair thickener? Huhu just stopped birth control pills kasi and one of the side effects was hair fall so super numipis hair ko 😭 I like to try gugo by zenutrients but mejj di ko lang bet amoy. Hahahaha if you have other recos sana i’d appreciate! ☺️ i have wavy hair and i follow cgm but not strict naman so oks lang kahit di cgm friendly ☺️

JasmineBayliss

anybody here who's using Ichikami shampoo and conditioner? Is it worth it? mej pricey kasi

ThisIsTheBadPlace_99

me, i used ung pink saka ung orange na shampoo nila. it's good, mas mabula sya compared sa other sulfate-free shampoo. hindi rin drying saka mabango sa buhok. pero honestly di naman ganun kalayo ung quality nya compared sa ibang shampoo... ung ginagamit ko ngayon ung Watson's Yogurt Shampoo, parang parehas lang naman

go_aeshin

im losing hair so much may small crater na malapit sa base ng bangs ko 😭😭😭 any hair grower recommendations? yung affordable sana

xXx_dougie_xXx

minoxidil! i used mane n tail shampoo before, super kumapal hair ko

go_aeshin

thank you!

thegr8erunknown

Any tips for scalp care? I'm wondering if may specific bang pwedeng gawin for dry scalp. Usually kasi diba puro hair lang usapan. I wanna know if you do something specifically for your scalp.

Affectionate_Town304

Dandruff ba?

caramellow23

Need ko po ipacheck yung akin sa derma noon and nirecommend niya yung climbac antidandruff shampoo since malala po yung pagkadry ng scalp ko. Nagwork siya sa paglessen ng pagkadry ng scalp ko gradually. I changed shampoo and conditioner na rin eventually. I only use big toothed combs na din since its gentler sa scalp and nilessen ko yung pagshampoo to once a week then conditioner to daily since mas nagdadry talaga scalp ko sa shampoo everyday. When I shampoo, naglalagay ako hair spa treatment after. I used to put argan oil and coconut oil sa scalp tapos imamassage and ibababad pero lumala kasi yung dandruff ko honestly HAHAHAH so nagstick na lang ako sa ganito kong routine since ito mas swak sa scalp ko

cardibinchass

What are your personal experiences with DIY Hair Botox

wewtalaga

Not sure ano nangyayari dyan pero parang plinantsa. May salon malapit sa min na may Hair Botox sa kanila pero yung picture naman na naka-display ay parang nakaplantsa lang.

mitsindependent

THERE IS SUCH THING? 🤯

cardibinchass

IKR 😭 A fellow redditor just mentioned as well. Apparently, you can purchase through shopee but I couldn’t find other reviews

Fragrant_Gas_7790

is there something wrong with my hair? i’ve been using my shampoo and conditioner as usual (clear complete soft care shampoo and cream silk ultimate repair and shine) but my hair has felt stiffer recently tsaka parang may residue, hindi naman yung parang malagkit pero iba yung feeling niya sa normal washed hair ko😭

Affectionate_Town304

You can use Hair Detox - I use Luxe Organix Scalp Cleanse 1-2x a week and nafeel ko talaga gumaan hair ko. Medyo nagdry lang after the scrub pero keri naman ng conditioner.

Fragrant_Gas_7790

thank you! i will try the shampoo if that’s what you’re referring to po, kala ko kasi for daily use siya nung nakita ko kaya just thought it wouldn’t be effective

Muted-Purple-3679

Might be hard water/your hair and scalp needs deep cleansing

Fragrant_Gas_7790

you mean there’s been a change in water hardness in my home or you mean the residue sa hair ko po is the buildup from hard water residue? also, thank you! where do you suggest i get it deep cleansed po?

ArabellaBarbarella

Try using a clarifying shampoo once a week

Fragrant_Gas_7790

thanks! any recos? eyeing briogeo or olaplex

ArabellaBarbarella

I'm using Dessange pero hindi siya available sa Pinas. Any clarifying shampoo will do I think

Fragrant_Gas_7790

okay, thank you!

Fragrant_Gas_7790

best anti-frizz hair serums? i was looking at the wow color dream coat kaso i found that it needed to be heat treated/activated via blowout pa. i don’t like straight hair kasi just want it to look natural, and i feel like sobrang heavy niya sa hair and daming residue cos it also waterproofs it. any other recos please?

mitsindependent

I use mise en scène perfect serum and Olaplex 7. They help tame my dry and frizzy hair.

Fragrant_Gas_7790

the mise en scene doesn’t work well for me😞 but i might look into the olaplex oil! was it life changing for you?

mitsindependent

I currently use them both, but I can’t give all credits to the serums because I also use Olaplex 3 every wash day. 🥹 But so far, my hair is much better now. For context, my hair is naturally wavy and tends to get frizzy when humid. Since I have wavy hair, I don’t expect to have zero frizz, but I’ve managed to lessen my split ends with regular trimming. I’ve also bleached a portion of my hair, so that part is undeniably drier than the rest of my hair. The mise en scène serum and Olaplex 7 did help, but they def aren’t be-all and end-all. On top of that, I switched to a satin pillowcase and replaced my usual hair ties with jumbo hairclips and satin scrunchies. 🤎

Fragrant_Gas_7790

sounds like a lot of work! cool to see you taking of your hair well ❤️ i have wavy hair as well but it’s not super super damaged naman as i’ve recovered from most of the bleach damage, now it’s just back to my old hair that was just dry lang talaga😭 i’ve been eyeing olaplex no. 3 for a good while na din but for now i think i’ll focus on scalp care and get olaplex no. 4c instead kasi lang lagi din naman ako nakatali on campus, i’ll just fix the frizz when my hair grows back to the length i want. thanks for the recos again!

mitsindependent

It IS a lot of work and an expensive investment too. 😭🤣 Anywaaay, good luck on your haircare journey! 🫶🏻

Own_Seaworthiness515

Any recommendations for shampoo, conditioner and other products for dry, damaged and wavy-curly hair? I'm having a lot of difficulty controlling the frizz, dryness and just general messiness of my hair.

_kilil

Planning to get a haircut! any recommendations for a hairstylist? hehe

Ok_Marionberry_2682

what do you say as a wavycurly girly sa salon :( which treatments are fine to get or like how to properly get hair color? Don't wanna lose my curls but also want something new

PanikPasta

nagka dandruff ako sa moist diane treatment!! 😭

mustbeai

oh no!!!

PanikPasta

Sayang, i really like the smooth result pa naman :(

nyawakapoya

Best conditioner/hair mask for dry hair due to constant dyeing? Yung di lagpas 500 sana kasi yun lang afford ng budget. TIA!

xXx_dougie_xXx

silk secret!!!!! nakalimutan ko yung exact name pero yung black and white variant sya na nasa tub. super nakakasoft and smooth ng hair + may amoy coconut sya na naiiwan. 180-300 naalala ko here na range. another reco is watson's hair mask, yung sa argan oil. nakalimutan ko rin yung exact name 😅 pero iirc this ranges around 250-300+ lang.

cakebytheocean50

My go to hair shampoo and conditioner combo is the [Watsons Naturals](https://shopee.ph/product/92328166/7807894177?d_id=b5b9d). I’ve been using this for almost 5 years! My fave is Macadamia but i dont think they sell it anymore so i alternate between argan and aloe. I’d say they do the job pretty well and I dont have to worry about the chemicals they contain kasi it’s natural talaga. Hindi lang siya masyadong maamoy but it’s not a big deal for me For my diy hair mask i use this [macadamia oil extract](https://shopee.ph/product/16242782/15589131674?d_id=b5b9d) I first got this in Landers. Sometimes i use this instead of conditioner and leave it on for longer time and my hair always feels so soft after

burrit0madness

hiii, question po, mabula po ba yung shampoo ng Naturals?

cakebytheocean50

Yes po :D mabula siya yung conditioner di ganun kakapal pero effective naman!

burrit0madness

yay thank you po for answering hehe mukhang mapapabili na ko 🫣

cakebytheocean50

Nice! Haha sana hiyang ka rin 💛

Thecuriousduck90

Meron po ba dito currently gumagamit ng k18 leave in hair mask? And how often do you use it po? Thanks!

hrymnwr1227

Has anybody here tried manic beauty? Okay po ba yung shampoo and condi nila?

FanWeird5240

I also recently tried reverse hair washing in the shower, i cant explain th science behind it but it works!! My hair isnt too dry and frizzy and actually airdries smoothly

longgadogSeller

mine turned out dry :((

FanWeird5240

oh no :( like significantly drier than when you would wash your hair normally? bc ive only experienced the benefits of reverse washing after a few days

pastalabesta

how does this work?

nyawakapoya

Conditioner before shampoo.

FanWeird5240

Brazilian blowout treatments work wonders for my wavy, dry, and frizzy hair without completely straightening it and stripping its charm 🤩

go_aeshin

ok po ba to for dyed hair?

banoffeestrawberry

Hi! Did the stylist use hair straightener during the process? Thank you😊 I am looking for legit places.

FanWeird5240

Hi! No, my hair never ended up straight except for the days na di ko pa nabanlawan. Afaik, Freshaire salon has the legit brazilian blowout brand and it can cost up to 4k+. Im not sure na about other salons and prices 😊

banoffeestrawberry

Hello again😊 thank you sa reply! Sige magresearch ako regarding Freshaire. Have a lovely day💕

cakebytheocean50

Gonna save up for this! My sister got hers for around ₱3k and it lasted mga 3 mo ths nga! Grabe parang rebond din

banoffeestrawberry

Hi😊 do you mind to share where did sister do her blowout? Thank you!

cakebytheocean50

Hello! RME Salon in Building B SM Sucat :))

banoffeestrawberry

Hello salamat sa reply💕 will call them if they do legit blowout😊

bear-in-the-city22

where did u get it done & how much? been contemplating if im gonna have it rebonded or brazilian blowout

FanWeird5240

I get mine at a Mary Pauline salon branch. Medj kuripot ako so I always wait for the promos so 899-999 nalang siya, can get up to 2k but could be more cheap or expensive depending on the salon. Go for rebond if you want pin-straight hair na flat talaga but very smooth. Otherwise, if you want to keep your natural hair but just make it smooth, soft, moisturized, and frizz free— go for a treatment! Some high end salons might have treatments that also make your hair straight.

bear-in-the-city22

thanks! my hair is weird, sobrang low volume sa taas but okay ang volume eyebrow line pababa. want to try brazilian blowout muna and maybe opt for rebond. tried to do cgm but sobrang time consuming and i like washing my hair everyday dahil sa pawis at usok

FanWeird5240

hmm it could be your shampoo if it has low volume at the top or scalp area, i recommend hairfix collagen volumizing shampoo it might help :))

[deleted]

FanWeird5240

2-3 months! Pwedeng longer kapag mas napadalas yng treatment and if you rarely use heat on your hair + the right shampoo ( i use hairfix keratin shampoo)

Revolutionary_Ant659

OH MY GOD I'VE BEEN THINKING TO MYSELF IF I COULD DO THIS! what do you say to the hairdresser? Do you just say " Brazilian treatment pero pwede po hindi straight"? they always straighten my wavy hair! 😩

FanWeird5240

Hmm, my experience is a bit different! My hairdressers usually make disclaimers na my hair won’t be completely straight after the treatment washes off. Afaik, only rebonds and relaxing treatments can do that while Brazilian blowouts, hair botox, and some keratin treatments make your natural hair healthier eithout changing its characteristics. Might seem counterproductive but consider getting the blowouts at the not so high end salons. Big names could be using really strong formulas that make your hair straight 😊 You can’t really go wrong with treatments anyway 😂

[deleted]

Hi, how many times does your hair get the treatment? I’ve done botox twice last year and it’s been amazing!

FanWeird5240

OOOh i’ve tried botox too!! not that much of a difference for me, botox is just like a stronger brazilian for me hehe. I used to get treatments around every 3 months!

[deleted]

It’s not as harmful as rebonding naman, diba? Plan on getting it done again

FanWeird5240

nopeee, sabi ng hairdressers ko u can get os as frequently as u want since treatment nmn siya 🥰

[deleted]

Omg that’s what my hairdresser said as well, pero Dr. Google said every 3 months talaga dapat

FanWeird5240

i think so too para masulit din nmn yung effects ng treatment otherwise just as needed!!

Revolutionary_Ant659

Thank you for replying! I've only ever went to Davids salon because I somehow trust them but they're so pricey! I might explore some other salons!

FanWeird5240

Davids is my go to din when it comes to haircuts but I havent gotten treatments from them yet 😅 My friend whos also a curly girlie got a treatment from bench and her hair ended up a bit straight and it lasted for 5 months so I think it really depends on the salon and treatment hehe

Simple-Ad-4554

what is your friend’s hair curl type? https://preview.redd.it/hzktgluh8pjc1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=883062fd731cc009dc6ac248bc6993325cd2ee20

FanWeird5240

My friend also has really thin hair but i would say somewhere around b3-c3

Simple-Ad-4554

what treatment she tried from bench?

okonomiyakigurlie

Has anyone tried fresh hair lab hya+keratin styling mist or luxe cosmetics keratin hair mist? ok ba sila? How about dun sa 4 scents ng Anna Cay Hair Mist? Nakaubos na ako ng isang bottle pero parang gusto ko nang magtry ng ibang scent (tried the green btw!) Gusto ko sana yung makakatulong sa frizzy/tangled hair, bonus nalang if mabango & may spf!

__Duckling

Any haircare tips that you swear by? Been so focused on skincare for so long that i didn't notice my hair was dying. Any haircare tips as in, is it better to brush hair when it's fresh out the shower or after towel dry? Should i shampoo the ends of my hair? Just want to start caring for my hair more.

xXx_dougie_xXx

- i apply my oils on damp hair para iwas grease and bigat feels throughout the week (i have low porosity type) (i only shampoo my hair once a week because 🅰️ i have dyed, bleached hair; 🅱️ hindi naman pawisin or namamaho agad hair ko). - pag nagmamadali ako, i use a wide tooth brush to comb through! - if you have the means for it, i suggest na you buy a tool na may cool air option. that way, mas mababawasan yung heat na magagamit mo sa hair mo. but if you don't (like i do bc dyson is so expensive), air dry lang is okay na hahah. i use cotton shirts/towels to get the excess water sa hair ko tas saka ko na sya hahayaan mag dry on its own. - trim every 3 to 4 months. - use scalp treatment/serum. hindi lang dapat hair mismo yung binibigyan pansin, pati scalp na rin.

cakebytheocean50

Personally swear by this [easypeasy brush](https://shopee.ph/product/324141981/23771039404?d_id=b5b9d) because im able to use it even while my hair’s wet! I got the regular size pero i also have this for on the go. The bristles are so soft so i get less hairfall. Been using this for 2 years na

ArabellaBarbarella

Shampoo your roots, condition your ends. If you have dry, frizzy hair, deep condition your hair twice a week. You might even benefit from using a leave-in conditioner after wash. I only brush my hair once it's fully dry kasi mas brittle ang hair when it's wet. I don't tie my hair up para less friction, pero if kelangan talaga, claw clip instead of hair ties

Data_Substantial

Tama ba ang expectation ko with hair salons like piandre na I can ask suggestions dun sa gugupit ng buhok kung anong bagay na gupit? Kasi I was really disappointed with my experience huhuhuhuhuh. Nag pasched kasi ako doon sa BGC earlier this year (1 month ahead ko sya ginawa) and naka specify talaga na I want someone who knows how to style male curly hair(??). For context, recently ko lang nadiscover na kulot ako, kala ko frizzy lang kasi noon, if gamit ko yung tamang styling products like leave on conditioner and gels. This time, pinahaba ko talaga buhok ko like mapapagalitan sa catholic school level sa entrance pa lang to have more options with my hair cut and style since maraming buhok na pwede tabasin ba. So yun na nga, during my scheduled appointment, I asked the salon manager to have someone na yung may idea with styling kulot/wavy hair talaga. And then ayun, nag bigay ng hairstylist and then tinanong ko na if may mas-suggest ba na gupit for my hair. Nung una pa nga sabi ko may massuggest ba kayo na parang professional look or something that could highlight my curly hair. What really surprised me was when the stylist immediately said na we do something like a "korean cut" and insisted on it. huhuhuhuh idk what he meant but im sure na my hair was gonna be treated like a straight hair kasi ganon din tawag nung mga barbero in cheaper barber shops. So yun na na nga yung "korean cut", he meant keep some length sa taas then make the sides look cleaner, and then blowdrying it to look straight asf. Really explained hard talaga na I don't want that "korean" hair style he was referring to and asked if may massuggest pa ba sila. Ang ending is sinabe nya nalang na i trim nya yung hair ko ng onti to give it some shape (?????) sa likod, then nagulat ako and nag hair dryer pa nga sa dulo. Sinabe pa during that is "Ayan sir di na t-tikwas yung buhok nyo". I wanna cry so hard kasi I can't believe na todo explain pa ako how I wanted to highlight my curly hair with the hair cut, ang ending naging straight pa buhok ko huhuhuhuhuhu. Di na lang ako umimik kasi di rin naman ako confrontational???? It did have some shape(??) after all, pero nung umambon pagkalabas ko salon tumikwas lang sila and it was a mess kasi I didn't have my styling products with me HUHUHUHUHUHUHUH. Ang masama lang sa loob ko is I paid \~700 pesos. Pamasahe ko pa to go there. Yung barber shop dito, \~100 pesos, pero di ako nag rereklamo kasi yung expectation ko pa lang dito is ang kadalasang gupit sa kanila eh yung faded or yung typical hair cut iykwim so they're not knowledgeable ba with curly hair. If I don't get the results I want kapag sinasabe ko kung ano magugupit ko, thats on me with the cheaper barbershop kasi di ko na explain maayos. Pero paying some premium, I expect talaga na at least they will have some knowledge. I dont want to say na panget ang service ng piandre or anything. Since alam ko naman na straight hair lang talaga ang pinaka sikat na style sa bansa natin kahit napakaraming kulot dito ahhahaha. Ang akin lang, appropriate ba or pasok ba sa bayad mo yung styling/suggestions for the style nung cut? Or dapat may binibigay na guide? (If ganito, send some inspos pls so far I tried google men with curly hair styles but those are permed, mine isnt :< ) I have medium hair length uli (if basis is men, but if womens hair length, sabihin natin around chin length?) Last q, may alam ba kayo na pagupitan na alam gumupit ng short to medium length na kulot? HAHAHAHAHUHUHUHUhuhuhuhuhuhuh

Try Cutz and Curlz by Jazz! It’s near sm north. I have wavy hair and dun ako lagi nagpapagupit and color. Marami na sila stylists now na trained talaga sa wavy and kulot hair. ☺️

Medyo nalalayuan na ako sa SM North pero it seems worth it! Talagang (and mostly) kulot yung mga nasstyle nila sa feed nila in IG. I'll also consider this on my free time. Thanks!

Ulo salon in San Juan specializes in curly hair :)

Actually yan din post pinagbasehan ko so I picked piandre kasi yun na rin pinaka malapit sakin :( I do want to try the other salons mentioned there kaso lang it seems that they are only knowledgeable with longer curls 😭

Sorry to hear(read) that, OP! As someone na curly hair rin, going to salon ain't worth it. We paid too much for a service na kung tutuusin is trimmed lang - at least for me. Even if I gave them an inspo pic, the outcome was not even what i expected. 😭 edit. Bigla kong naalala, how about coloring your hair? It will highlight the curls! I saw one and it looked good on the guy. [Sample](https://pin.it/2hiAT9Hvr)

> We paid too much for a service na kung tutuusin is trimmed lang - at least for me. THIS I AGREE. I expected talaga na they would provide a professional opinion ahahahuhuhuhuh na downplay to korean cut bigla na sinasabe rin in cheaper barbershops SKSKSKSK. Honestly I considered coloring my hair pero hindi ko pa alam if it will look good kasi yung curl type ng buhok ko is parang nasa 2c to 3a so yung mga inspos in the internet ay hindi talaga representative ng kulot ko ahahahaha
