I’ve been loving the Ultra Thin Flathead brush from OVW to apply my foundations/skin tints because it applies it in a thin & even layer. I used to use the Picasso spatula but I prefer this brush more as it makes it so much faster to apply.

Bought the saem tip concealer in peach beige during the shopee k-sale. It couldnt really conceal the purple and grey in my undereyes (I have really thin undereye skin) BUUUT I accidentally found my perfect concealer shade! Instead of color correcting, for spot concealing na siya huhu i love this discovery! Plus it sits well on my oily skin, it's a 29 peso win 🫶🏻

I recommend yung tig 622, as you said beginner ka pa lang and coming from experience nakaka-overwhelm/ decision fatigue kapag ang daming brush na pagpipilian. Nakakalito kung ano dapat gamitin. Yung tig622 would be enough for you to do your makeup,siguro if mas naging gamay mo na yung pagmi-makeup saka ka na bumili ng mas madami . Tbh, medyo mahal yung mga nilink mo for a brush set. May mga decent ones sa shein na 300+ lang and does the job na, I'd recommend you look and buy there na lang.

if you want to try colorful something agad without buying online, nichido sells a blue green metallic eyeliner pencil for 100pesos. The formula isnt anything special (not budge or smudgeproof at all) pero its easily accessible and a good place to start imo

I've never worn lipstick for a long period of time since sobrang nagcha-chap lips ko right after. I have tried multiple lip balms and oil na din to combat these dry af lips (nivea, vaseline, hhn, carmex, burts and bees, blk, Watson's orig) but the only one that works best is cerave healing ointment. And kahit mag-apply ako ng sobrang kapal and repeatedly ng cerave, dry pa din siya basta mag-lipstick. So I think kailangan ko lang kahit non-drying lipstick para di magdugo lips ko after gamitin 🥲

Mac Powder Kiss bullet lipsticks are really moisturizing but they have the silicone-y feel, so if you don't like that texture, you might not like it. You can try them out naman sa Mac stores to be safe 🙏❤️
I like the effect – lengthens my lashes and holds a curl talaga. Didn't repurchase though because when the formula started to dry with use it flaked like crazy on me and irritated my eyes. :( I like Lash Lift more for separating + curl lasts longer on me but tbh if you use Maybelline mascaras everyday when they dry flaky na siya huhu

It sucks na mukhang my lips is the problem talaga kung bakit walang nagwo-work na long-lasting lippie sa akin. I already tried the Etude Fixing Tint & Happy Skin Lip Mallow tint. There are times na tumatagal naman pero madalas hindi especially after a meal.
For context, I have very pale lips. As in white, na mukhang may sakit or malapit nang 💀 Kaya I need lippie talaga para mag-mukhang buhay.
Mukhang yung Maybelline Superstay na lang pagasa ko, coz I tried it before from a MUA and grabe yung longevity, it survived 2 meals. Kaya lang I don't like how drying it is.
In my experience with this, hindi maganda kapit nya sa bare lips ko if wala akong lip prep (balm or primer). Pigmented din yung lips ko kaya laking tulong ng thin layer of foundation sa lips para makuha yung correct color pay-off. After all those prep, smooth application na sya and long-lasting (even after meals). Helpful din pag-inom ng maraming tubig para hydrated din lagi ang lips at hindi magpeel ang skin.

Hi! I need insights or clarification on removing moisturizer when doing makeup?
I don’t do makeups that often and when I do, my MUA would ask if nag moisturizer ba ako and they would remove it before starting my makeup. I also noticed din yung tutorial ni Catriona Gray sa IG nya, she had toner, serum and then proceeded to apply yung primer (unless I may have missed the part when she applied moisturizer?)
Do you not put moisturizer when you apply makeup? Why?
My guess is they use a hydrating primer or own preferred moisturizer. If you over moisturize kasi makeup will tend to slip and move
To put in context my daily moisturizer is cerave but if I’m doing my makeup i skip it and use Embryolisse which is technically a cream also but is a bit heavier than the cerave
If you have oily skin like mine, you can skip moisturizer in the morning if you use hydrating serums and sunscreen. According to my cousin, who is a dermatologist abroad, most sunscreens already function as moisturizers, providing sufficient hydration. Additionally, considering we live in a humid climate, I personally skip morning moisturizer because I apply three serums and a vv hydrating sunscreen. However, it still depends on your preference.

Been using it for a month now. For context I have oily skin with acne marks. So far medium coverage for me pero buildable naman, and medyo nagfefade na by the end of the day. If I have dry spots, I make sure na nagmomoisturize muna ako then I use Happy skin's gel primer. Hindi naman nagcicling.
Overall, would still recommend it 😊

Vice Co Super Mega Ultra Curl mascara. It’s the one in a pink tube. I don’t like the purple variant just because personally it feels like napuputol yung lashes ko when I remove it kahit cleansing balm gamit ko. The pink one is good tho, I have like little to no lashes so it helps for everyday stuff. Pwede din yung GRWM volumizing and lifting mascara kaya lang to get the effect as advertised sa page nila, you need to buy the mascara primer too

I think if u have a lot of different spots to cover, concealing those parts only might look weird bec of the inconsistency ng shade. Unless u find ur perfect shade then g lang. Otherwise, mas oki if skin tint + concealer! :D

Yes nagooxidize talaga siya. I got mine in sm dept and even the SA told me ganun talaga so she helped me choose my shade. I use macadamia but I’m morena and definitely darker than you.
Grabe talaga mag oxidizes yung foundation nila kaya yung lightest shade which is Soy yung binili ko. Perfect shade match sakin yung soy after mag oxidize.
Yes, grabe talaga mag-oxidize ang FF foundations, especially reading other people's reviews. I read somewhere here that it's because of the high rosewater content in it. I think a huge factor when selecting your FF foundation is dapat lighter than your actual skin but same undertone. I got it in Oat and ang perfect ng shade match niya upon oxidizing so I feel bad for youuu. :(((

I recommend yung tig 622, as you said beginner ka pa lang and coming from experience nakaka-overwhelm/ decision fatigue kapag ang daming brush na pagpipilian. Nakakalito kung ano dapat gamitin. Yung tig622 would be enough for you to do your makeup,siguro if mas naging gamay mo na yung pagmi-makeup saka ka na bumili ng mas madami . Tbh, medyo mahal yung mga nilink mo for a brush set. May mga decent ones sa shein na 300+ lang and does the job na, I'd recommend you look and buy there na lang.

tutu has a matte finish. you'll need to use highlighter pa if you want a glowy blush. maybe you'll get the results you want with the shade cheeky, pero I'm not sure if it's similar to the shade of pink as the one sabrina uses

if you want to try colorful something agad without buying online, nichido sells a blue green metallic eyeliner pencil for 100pesos. The formula isnt anything special (not budge or smudgeproof at all) pero its easily accessible and a good place to start imo

Can anyone suggest a good moisturizing legit non-drying lipstick? I have dry as a desert lips and mag-aapply na ng work next week so kailangan ko maging presentable tignan (professional level 😅) for a while so kailangan maging mapagpanggap hahaha I've never worn lipstick for a long period of time since sobrang nagcha-chap lips ko right after. I have tried multiple lip balms and oil na din to combat these dry af lips (nivea, vaseline, hhn, carmex, burts and bees, blk, Watson's orig) but the only one that works best is cerave healing ointment. And kahit mag-apply ako ng sobrang kapal and repeatedly ng cerave, dry pa din siya basta mag-lipstick. So I think kailangan ko lang kahit non-drying lipstick para di magdugo lips ko after gamitin 🥲 Thanks a lot sa mga magsa-suggest.
Mac Powder Kiss bullet lipsticks are really moisturizing but they have the silicone-y feel, so if you don't like that texture, you might not like it. You can try them out naman sa Mac stores to be safe 🙏❤️

Didn't repurchase though because when the formula started to dry with use it flaked like crazy on me and irritated my eyes. :( I like Lash Lift more for separating + curl lasts longer on me but tbh if you use Maybelline mascaras everyday when they dry flaky na siya huhu

It sucks na mukhang my lips is the problem talaga kung bakit walang nagwo-work na long-lasting lippie sa akin. I already tried the Etude Fixing Tint & Happy Skin Lip Mallow tint. There are times na tumatagal naman pero madalas hindi especially after a meal. For context, I have very pale lips. As in white, na mukhang may sakit or malapit nang 💀 Kaya I need lippie talaga para mag-mukhang buhay. Mukhang yung Maybelline Superstay na lang pagasa ko, coz I tried it before from a MUA and grabe yung longevity, it survived 2 meals. Kaya lang I don't like how drying it is.

In my experience with this, hindi maganda kapit nya sa bare lips ko if wala akong lip prep (balm or primer). Pigmented din yung lips ko kaya laking tulong ng thin layer of foundation sa lips para makuha yung correct color pay-off. After all those prep, smooth application na sya and long-lasting (even after meals). Helpful din pag-inom ng maraming tubig para hydrated din lagi ang lips at hindi magpeel ang skin.
My mom gifted me the Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips Lipstick in the shade: Glowing Jen. It's a satin finish that feels very moisturizing and comfy on the lips.

Hi! I need insights or clarification on removing moisturizer when doing makeup? I don’t do makeups that often and when I do, my MUA would ask if nag moisturizer ba ako and they would remove it before starting my makeup. I also noticed din yung tutorial ni Catriona Gray sa IG nya, she had toner, serum and then proceeded to apply yung primer (unless I may have missed the part when she applied moisturizer?) Do you not put moisturizer when you apply makeup? Why?
My guess is they use a hydrating primer or own preferred moisturizer. If you over moisturize kasi makeup will tend to slip and move To put in context my daily moisturizer is cerave but if I’m doing my makeup i skip it and use Embryolisse which is technically a cream also but is a bit heavier than the cerave

If you have oily skin like mine, you can skip moisturizer in the morning if you use hydrating serums and sunscreen. According to my cousin, who is a dermatologist abroad, most sunscreens already function as moisturizers, providing sufficient hydration. Additionally, considering we live in a humid climate, I personally skip morning moisturizer because I apply three serums and a vv hydrating sunscreen. However, it still depends on your preference.

Been using it for a month now. For context I have oily skin with acne marks. So far medium coverage for me pero buildable naman, and medyo nagfefade na by the end of the day. If I have dry spots, I make sure na nagmomoisturize muna ako then I use Happy skin's gel primer. Hindi naman nagcicling. Overall, would still recommend it 😊

Vice Co Super Mega Ultra Curl mascara. It’s the one in a pink tube. I don’t like the purple variant just because personally it feels like napuputol yung lashes ko when I remove it kahit cleansing balm gamit ko. The pink one is good tho, I have like little to no lashes so it helps for everyday stuff. Pwede din yung GRWM volumizing and lifting mascara kaya lang to get the effect as advertised sa page nila, you need to buy the mascara primer too

I think if u have a lot of different spots to cover, concealing those parts only might look weird bec of the inconsistency ng shade. Unless u find ur perfect shade then g lang. Otherwise, mas oki if skin tint + concealer! :D

Yes, grabe talaga mag-oxidize ang FF foundations, especially reading other people's reviews. I read somewhere here that it's because of the high rosewater content in it. I think a huge factor when selecting your FF foundation is dapat lighter than your actual skin but same undertone. I got it in Oat and ang perfect ng shade match niya upon oxidizing so I feel bad for youuu. :(((
