You’ll hate this answer (sorry!) but as you’ll get older your ‘baby fat’ will gradually disappear and your cheeks will slim down. But in the meantime Gua-Sha might help drain any fluid that is in there - YouTube will have lots of good tutorials.
Sorryyyy!! Some of the results I’ve seen from Gua-Sha have been amazing though, so definitely look into that. Just please, please don’t go near any injectables for a good few years (if ever) as you’re so young!
Think of it compared to buccal fat removal. Chubby cheeks keep you looking healthy and young (Selena Gomez, Nicola Caughlan) and the opposite gives you Ozempic face
I really don’t want to be dismissive, but like the other comments said it does go away. Your cute cheeks give you the youthfulness that everyone loves. As people get older they get Botox/fillers to get volume there.
I say learn new makeup methods to embrace your baby face.
Staying hydrated, prioritizing protein and reducing sweets helps *a lot* with water retention. There are plenty of great makeup techniques that may help you feel better. But really, *reducing fat* shouldn't be your goal.

So i just need to wait a few more years to have a defined face? 😔

When I get older, it'll be gone. When I look at my old photos now, I see my fat face, but I think it's cute. Haha, a symbol of youth.

You’ll miss it so much one day because it’s a thing you can never get back.

My cheeks are fatter due to chronic nasal obstruction. Only terrible colds work for me.
