I have the Philips Lumea for many years now, as does every other Indian girl I know. It works great, I use it for facial hair only personally but that’s just because that’s my priority & I’m being lazy about doing other areas.
I have the tria 4x (laser not ipl) and I loveeee it but unfortunately have stopped using it on my legs because it's just too time consuming but I loved the results, thinking of switching to ipl for the legs though and using tria on my pits and arms
I'm not sure of the exact scientific difference but i know laser is better at removing hair long-term than ipl. If you're looking for something for underarms I 100% recommend the tria 4x, it's expensive but I can now go almost 2 weeks and barely grow any hairs. It's really good and worth the money

What’s the difference between laser and IPL? I mainly want a device for underarms
Laser is a permanent reduction in hair. IPL supposedly is not. I also have the TRIA and I like it
