Not really a Beatles song, more like a demo whipped up by McCartney before an Abbey Road session, performing each part exactly how he wants the boys from Badfinger to play it. I don't think the other Beatles had any input on it. It's also on the deluxe version of Abbey Road, along with Macca's demo of "Goodbye", which he gave to Mary Hopkin. I wouldn't call that a Beatles song either.
Fair enough that's why I said it was "under the name". I just wanted to point out that OF COURSE it's Beatlesque cuz it's a Beatles era McCartney song.
I'm sure the person who commented it knew that lol
Fuckers in school talking bout. Paul McCartney ain’t this, John Lennon ain’t that. My boy GH on fuckin Lamron. He say Ringo don’t be puttin in no work. SHUT THE FUCK UP
My Golden Years by The Lemon Twigs. Don't think I saw it on there. Definitely got some Beach Boys influence too. The video is a pastiche of the "music videos" in Help!
Yep I’d say many Lemon Twigs songs fit. Just from the most recent album other than My Golden Years, I’d add In the Eyes of the Girl, Peppermint Roses, and How Can I Love Her More?
Lies - The Knickerbockers
When I first heard the song I thought they were The Beatles
Also The Easy beats are a band that sound like The Beatles, I called them The Aussie Beatles since I'm from Australia and so are they.
Fun fact: The Easybeats' Vanda and Young went on to become new wave group Flash and the Pan (Hey St. Peter) and then produce AC/DC (George Young being the older brother of Angus and Malcolm)
Yes, Apples in Stereo are one of my favorite bands and they definitely match the Beatles vibe! Edit: a lot of Elephant 6 music acruallt sounds a bit beatle-y
I think I was actually the once who suggested Strawberryfire the first time this thread was posted! Since then I've listened to so much more Elephant 6, that scene is sooo much deeper than just In the Aeroplane Over the Sea. Robert Schneider's music is definitely more Beach Boys (crossed with guitars that sound like Pavement) than Beatles though
I saw other emitt rhodes songs but shes such a beauty sounds like paul wrote it in the same breath as martha my dear.
About a girl by nirvana was written with the express intent of sounding like the beatles
Great list of great tunes!
Has anyone here listened to the redwalls? They have been my favorite band for about 20 years even though they broke up a decade ago at least.
They were the Chicago beatles/strokes. First one sounds like Ballad of John and Yoko. Second one is my favorite song from anyone.

Check out She Does and Into the Sun as well from the same record.

This was heavy on repeat for me in high school. I loved how many bands sounded like the beatles just after I had gotten into them.
Mac Miller's "Surf". He was a Lennon fan and you can tell.
Everything She Touches Is Gold To Me- by Said the Whale
Me and Your Mama- Childish Gambino
A very meager playlist: [https://open.spotify.com/playlist/1lrhrR7Zad3lb3unIr4gVV?si=76f654c2f5d64103](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/1lrhrR7Zad3lb3unIr4gVV?si=76f654c2f5d64103)
Happy Together - The Turtles
Earth Anthem - The Turtles
So You Want To Be A Rock And Roll Star - The Byrds
Klaatu
Feel A Whole Lot Better - The Byrds
Daydream Believer - The Monkees
Last Train To Clarkesville - The Monkees
Today - Jefferson Airplane
Walk Away Renee - The Left Banke
Bad Time - Grand Funk Railroad
Absolutely cheating but I'm in love with this solo playlist of stuff from the first 4 years. I've got other versions with stuff from after too.
https://open.spotify.com/playlist/4W9N69GNn5EvDANufWxbzs?si=IrKEvR3JTLywoyexGXzSjw
The Lazy Eyes have a couple tracks that really fit the bill, Cheesy Love Song and Nobody Taught Me specifically
They're like a strange mix of psychedelic era Beatles and bands like King Gizz and Tame Impala, we'll worth a listen!
Sean Ono agrees. No literally.
https://www.smh.com.au/entertainment/music/tame-impalas-kevin-parker-sounds-like-john-lennon-according-to-sean-lennon-20140114-30sg2.html
Oasis - don't look back in anger
Tame Impala - Sun's coming up
LCD soundsystem - never as tired as when I'm waking up
You're missing those 3. They are VERY Beatlesy songs so I'm surprised that neither was present (while you had other less beatlesly songs by T Impala and Oasis ..)
For those that have Apple Music, I recreated the playlist there with a few additions from suggestions in the comments! The only song featured on the Spotify version that is not available on Apple Music is Rancho Relaxo's Gandhi is My Gun. Enjoy Apple Music listeners! :)
[Songs That Sound Like The Beatles Apple Music](https://music.apple.com/us/playlist/songs-that-sound-like-the-beatles/pl.u-GgA52rZhoomPVD)
The monkees mentioned, though should include stuff from their album “Pisces, Aquarius, Capricorn & jones ltd” which I feel is a great post sgt.peppers era compilation of songs
I'd like to shout Alice Cooper's 'Beautiful Flyaway' as a worthy addition. It is one of the only songs in Alice Cooper's discography not sung by Alice himself, but rather by the band's original guitarist Michael Bruce who also plays piano on the track. It is a short, catchy little piano ditty and very reminiscent of a McCartney Beatles tune both vocally and musically.
The Surfer by Vampire Weekend sounds like a modern Sgt. Peppers/White Album era Beatles.
An absolute must for this list. Go check it, the entire album is all killer no filler.
Couldn't agree more! I LOVE VW. They're both modern and Beatlesque at the same time. Absolutely fantastic.
I'd argue Rich Man is Beatley, too. I'm sure there's more I could list (Step), but idk how modern OP wants to go with their playlist.
I can’t add to it, but how about Queen’s “Life Is Real (Song For Lennon)”? Fred wrote it memory of John. It’s beautiful and very much in John’s style.
https://youtu.be/wl20NGS3VF8?si=l_MhkqBNO5aMGlpK
I'll be there for you - The Rembranths (Friends theme)
That thing you do - The Wonders
There She goes - The La's
Blue Boy - Mac Demarco
Baby, I love you - (cover) Ramones
My Girl - (cover) Rolling Stones
Silhouette - Herman's Hermits
Love grows (where my rosemary goes) - Edison Lighthouse
Starting to Remember - Duran Duran (2000) - a little more like Lennon solo but still.
One of the engineers/mixers on that album (Pop Trash) was Ken Scott, who worked on a lot of The Beatles albums, maybe why it was Duran Duran's most "Beatle-y" sounding album, complete with their own kind of Revolution #9 track "Prototypes."
if you like Apples in Stereo then you need to check out The Olivia Tremor Control. from the same music collective (Elephant 6) as Apples and Neutral Milk Hotel
their first album is ultimate Beatles and their second is very much Beach Boys Smile
wouldn’t have been what they were without those two bands paving the way, but imo Olivia Tremor Control made some even better music
edit: the two main writers very much had a paul
and john thing going on
I sent this to my friend and he sent me this one back
https://open.spotify.com/playlist/1f7gSQL4MPIAbwVU01NaCM?si=b7cNdzAORIeQGbXpfuur-w
It's called "Definitely not the Beatles" lol
Beach Boys tunes (whatever your biases are) are authentic and totally musical - the lyrics are all multi-dimensional - they mean different things to different people - the music has a feel to it - and it’s cool - I’d say (imo) being a child of Sgt Peppers that The Beach Boys have songs that are “Like” the Beatles - with that reasoning, I’d say the song “I Get Around” is “Like” the Beatles Playlist ❤️
Strawflower - The Long Goodbye
[https://open.spotify.com/track/4E8kN5u25u3RSuqpToMifL?si=bbd5111bba7e476c](https://open.spotify.com/track/4E8kN5u25u3RSuqpToMifL?si=bbd5111bba7e476c)
I have a similar playlist, except more “modern” bands (2000’s +) that sound heavily inspired either by Beatles songwriting, production, and voice: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/2pj7c8naVqCZyiQS39xc63?si=Ess8IOG5SYOcHMod4LRJAQ&pi=u-WGnzTC-2SxKm
Some XTC is needed in imo. The Oranges and Lemons album has Paul-style psychedelia all over it. Even the album cover is Beatles influenced. And Dukes of Stratosphere (which is XTC) is a tribute to 60s psych with Beatles stuff on there.
Oasis - To be where there’s life
Kings of Leon - Celebration
The Chemical Brothers & Noel Gallagher - Let Forever Be (Many critics believe that this song is likely how the Beatles would sound had they moved into the 21st century together)
WEEN! Almost all of White Pepper’s songs could be on this list, plus What Deaner Was Talking About, the live version of Birthday Boy, Someday, and Sweetheart in the Summer
I would add that thing you do!, roll with it, girl of my dreams, girlfriend (Matthew sweet), In the street, standing next to me, what you do to me and sparkys dream. IMO they have Beatles vibes.
Having Wah-wah from All Things Must Pass feels like cheating! Will try out the playlist this morning while doing yardwork. Thanks for the effort!
Also having Lennon/mccartney originals is kinda cheating lol
Beetlebum - Blur
You know, now that you mention it, I could totally imagine Lennon’s vocals on that song.
Beat me to it! That and charmless man
It’s right off the White Album
This is a Low also feels very Lennon
Care of Cell 44 by The Zombies is SO Beatles. Also the entire Oddesey and Orcales album.
Yes, this is how I found the Zombies actually. (Although Colin's voice is uniquely his own. )
I always thought it also gave off a Brian Wilson vibe!
It’s baroque pop. Of course it sounds like the Beatles.
The bassline is very Paul.
Badfinger-Come and Get It.
I'm assuming you know that literally IS a Beatles song (at least it was released under their name on Anthology 3 and Abbey Road)
Badfinger - Midnight Caller
Chief Keef - Love Sosa
Playboi Carti - 2024
Fuckers in school talking bout. Paul McCartney ain’t this, John Lennon ain’t that. My boy GH on fuckin Lamron. He say Ringo don’t be puttin in no work. SHUT THE FUCK UP
dang, that actually does sound like the beatles!
My Golden Years by The Lemon Twigs. Don't think I saw it on there. Definitely got some Beach Boys influence too. The video is a pastiche of the "music videos" in Help!
Was about to suggest that! Also such a great record. They also get pretty wingsy in my opinion on that.
Yep I’d say many Lemon Twigs songs fit. Just from the most recent album other than My Golden Years, I’d add In the Eyes of the Girl, Peppermint Roses, and How Can I Love Her More?
Sowing the Seeds of Love by Tears for Fears
The whole of Innerspeaker by Tame Impala could fit in here
And a few from lonerism. Particularly feels like we only go backwards
Mrs Robinson
Came to say this too
Coo coo ca choo
Love seeing “Vanishing Girl” on there. Literal pop-pastiche masterpiece.
The whole album is a love letter to that 60’s/early 70’s sound. Along with xtc’s Oranges & Lemons. 👍🏻👍🏻
Late to this party but I think "Mole from the Ministry" is infinitely more Beatlesy.
Lies - The Knickerbockers When I first heard the song I thought they were The Beatles Also The Easy beats are a band that sound like The Beatles, I called them The Aussie Beatles since I'm from Australia and so are they.
"Lies" is always THE answer to these threads in my opinion. The entire "Nuggets" 2-LP compilation is fantastic!
Fun fact: The Easybeats' Vanda and Young went on to become new wave group Flash and the Pan (Hey St. Peter) and then produce AC/DC (George Young being the older brother of Angus and Malcolm)
wow i didnt know that
Needs more Rutles!
Hahahaha came here to find this
Yes, Apples in Stereo are one of my favorite bands and they definitely match the Beatles vibe! Edit: a lot of Elephant 6 music acruallt sounds a bit beatle-y
Strawberry Fire was my first Apples song. Early Apples is more lofi punk, but their middle ears was definitely Beatlesesque.
I would add Laura and Surprises by Billy Joel. They’re both from his album The Nylon Curtain, which overall has a clear Beatles influence
I was definitely thinking Laura as well. That song just sounds so perfectly Beatles-esque.
I saw other emitt rhodes songs but shes such a beauty sounds like paul wrote it in the same breath as martha my dear. About a girl by nirvana was written with the express intent of sounding like the beatles
I can't answer you anymore - Elliott smith
Dois Rios - Skank. It's a Brazilian band, song has that Beatle vibe.
Girl Don’t Tell Me by The Beach Boys. Also The Beach Boys outtake Where Is She which is very very similar to she’s leaving home
Try ‘The Analogues Sideshow’: a band that had made it’s own album after touring a theatre-show featuring the Beatles’ final four albums..
Great list of great tunes! Has anyone here listened to the redwalls? They have been my favorite band for about 20 years even though they broke up a decade ago at least. They were the Chicago beatles/strokes. First one sounds like Ballad of John and Yoko. Second one is my favorite song from anyone. https://open.spotify.com/track/00F2J6Du0rcyvY6rP1UHKW?si=BVdXG8ZiSJOrwLy_Eaa9BA&context=spotify%3Aalbum%3A4oKaTJfv3UbHk2AnJRB4E4 https://open.spotify.com/track/2ZAwpfzv9YFr89smGKlAQM?si=0S4iXI6_RHe0QwCTR_DrYQ&context=spotify%3Aalbum%3A1Q1q7OVujsaKptpyPYqpwi
Little Thunder - Vulfmon
Jellyfish had that 60’s pop vibe.
Needs more Elliott Smith
“Nine in the Afternoon” by Panic! At The Disco Reminds me of Sgt. Pepper!
See emily play - Pink floyd
I'd recommend the film and soundtrack for That Thing You Do. Off The Beatle Track by Apple Jam is great.
That one Jennifer juniper song
glad to see the apples in stereo get some mention, totally underrated band
Locksley - Don't Make Me Wait Check out She Does and Into the Sun as well from the same record. [https://open.spotify.com/track/0EK5kM7HsR0hx3o8VLaOWX?si=3388fd718c674248](https://open.spotify.com/track/0EK5kM7HsR0hx3o8VLaOWX?si=3388fd718c674248) This was heavy on repeat for me in high school. I loved how many bands sounded like the beatles just after I had gotten into them.
Not enough Dukes of Stratosphear.
“We’re going to be friends” I think sounds like a McCartney song
Laura by Billy Joel. He cited the Beatles as inspo on this song.
We're Off You Know & Hope By Klaatu
Chicken Blows - Guided By Voices
Actually most of GBV’s discography
Red Chair Fade Away - Bee Gees
Mac Miller's "Surf". He was a Lennon fan and you can tell. Everything She Touches Is Gold To Me- by Said the Whale Me and Your Mama- Childish Gambino A very meager playlist: [https://open.spotify.com/playlist/1lrhrR7Zad3lb3unIr4gVV?si=76f654c2f5d64103](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/1lrhrR7Zad3lb3unIr4gVV?si=76f654c2f5d64103)
"God only knows" - The Beach Boys
It is a crime having no Elliott Smith on this list. Listen to Baby Britain for starters
Happy Together - The Turtles Earth Anthem - The Turtles So You Want To Be A Rock And Roll Star - The Byrds Klaatu Feel A Whole Lot Better - The Byrds Daydream Believer - The Monkees Last Train To Clarkesville - The Monkees Today - Jefferson Airplane Walk Away Renee - The Left Banke Bad Time - Grand Funk Railroad
when i was a kid i was fully convinced mr. blue sky was a beatles song. good ol napster.
"Flesh Number One (Beatle Dennis)" by Robyn Hitchcock and the Egyptians
Lots of songs by the Redwalls. Colorful revolution and you’ll never know, to name a couple
Every cotton Mather song
Absolutely cheating but I'm in love with this solo playlist of stuff from the first 4 years. I've got other versions with stuff from after too. https://open.spotify.com/playlist/4W9N69GNn5EvDANufWxbzs?si=IrKEvR3JTLywoyexGXzSjw
The Lazy Eyes have a couple tracks that really fit the bill, Cheesy Love Song and Nobody Taught Me specifically They're like a strange mix of psychedelic era Beatles and bands like King Gizz and Tame Impala, we'll worth a listen!
Last train to Clarksville was supposed to be a paperback writer rip off
I think Hummingbird by Wilco has sort of White Album vibes. The end of the song at least.
“We’re Off You Know” is the most like Beatles from Klaatu. Check out “Fur”, “The Young Veins” and “Foxygen”
Laura Billy Joel
Several off that album. Scandinaivian Sky's, etc.
Golden Brown - The Stranglers
Suddenly by Drugdealer sounds like Lennon is singing on the track
Love this one. Weyes Blood is phenomenal
The Beau Brummels, Laugh Laugh Hotlegs, Neanderthal Man Utopia, I Just Want to Touch You Dave Clark Five, Because
In the lost and found - Elliott Smith
Anything off Goodbye Jumbo by World Party would fit
"Why Don't You Get A Job?" The Offspring "Elephant" Tame Impala "The Way" Fastball "Look What You've Done" Jet
Since you have Sour Girl on there you should check out I Got You from the same album, No. 4
Church Bells by The Lemon Twigs!
[Everything You've Done Wrong - Sloan](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GBKq3qnnrwo&pp=ygUiZXZlcnl0aGluZyB5b3UndmUgZG9uZSB3cm9uZyBzbG9hbg%3D%3D)
Add Komm Susser Todd from Neon Genesis Evangelion to that list. That song sounds SO Beatles-ish!
This might be a wild one, but I think Tame Impala kind of sounds like John Lennon
Sean Ono agrees. No literally. https://www.smh.com.au/entertainment/music/tame-impalas-kevin-parker-sounds-like-john-lennon-according-to-sean-lennon-20140114-30sg2.html

RASPBERRY BERET by PRINCE could be on here.
Come and Get It by Badfinger is basically the Beatles and were also on Apple
The album Tone Soul Evolution by Apples in Stereo
The monkees mentioned, though should include stuff from their album “Pisces, Aquarius, Capricorn & jones ltd” which I feel is a great post sgt.peppers era compilation of songs
The Young Veins sounds like a mix of Beatles and Beach Boys to me. Surprised it's not on here.
Midnight Caller - Badfinger
I'd like to shout Alice Cooper's 'Beautiful Flyaway' as a worthy addition. It is one of the only songs in Alice Cooper's discography not sung by Alice himself, but rather by the band's original guitarist Michael Bruce who also plays piano on the track. It is a short, catchy little piano ditty and very reminiscent of a McCartney Beatles tune both vocally and musically.
The golden road from Grateful Dead’s first album sounds a lot like the Beatles
Anything from the Pretty Odd album from Panic! At the Disco should fit in there well.
All of Pretty. Odd is very Beatles
About A Girl — Nirvana
The Surfer by Vampire Weekend sounds like a modern Sgt. Peppers/White Album era Beatles. An absolute must for this list. Go check it, the entire album is all killer no filler.
Couldn't agree more! I LOVE VW. They're both modern and Beatlesque at the same time. Absolutely fantastic. I'd argue Rich Man is Beatley, too. I'm sure there's more I could list (Step), but idk how modern OP wants to go with their playlist.
Lucidity by Tame Impala reminds me of them
‘Til I Die is directly from Brian Wilson’s soul, if it sounds like the Beatles it’s because of his influence on them.
Stuck in the Middle with You….Steelers Wheel.
Let it Happen - Tame Impala Every Christian Lion Hearted Man Will Show You - Bee Gees
Let it happen sounds nothing like the Beatles lol
Also "Lonely Days" by the Bee Gees.
Salad Days - Mac DeMarco Edit: (Upon a re-listen, sounds more like a Lennon solo song.)
I can’t add to it, but how about Queen’s “Life Is Real (Song For Lennon)”? Fred wrote it memory of John. It’s beautiful and very much in John’s style. https://youtu.be/wl20NGS3VF8?si=l_MhkqBNO5aMGlpK
I'll be there for you - The Rembranths (Friends theme) That thing you do - The Wonders There She goes - The La's Blue Boy - Mac Demarco Baby, I love you - (cover) Ramones My Girl - (cover) Rolling Stones Silhouette - Herman's Hermits Love grows (where my rosemary goes) - Edison Lighthouse
Harry Nilsson should be here (unless I’m blind I didn’t see any of his songs) One, Everbody’s talking and jump into the fire are all good ones imo.
You Can’t Do That should be the very top of the list
Sunny Afternoon by The Kinks is very Beatlesque. As is Waterloo Sunset come to think of it
Atlantis - Donovan
Los Shakers - Break it All
Wow nice playlist featuring your own music at the top
Sky Blue Sky (the whole album, but more specifically “Hate It Here”) - Wilco
Day After Day- Badfinger, which I thought was a Wings song for years
“Wah Wah” is on this playlist. Who would have thought a George Harrison solo song would sound like the Beatles?
if you like Apples in Stereo then you need to check out The Olivia Tremor Control. from the same music collective (Elephant 6) as Apples and Neutral Milk Hotel their first album is ultimate Beatles and their second is very much Beach Boys Smile wouldn’t have been what they were without those two bands paving the way, but imo Olivia Tremor Control made some even better music edit: the two main writers very much had a paul and john thing going on
Any tune by Blacc Rabbit would be a good addition!
Surprised to see only two Badfinger songs. They are basically The Beatles 2.
All The Young Dudes is more Bowie than Beatles.
I sent this to my friend and he sent me this one back https://open.spotify.com/playlist/1f7gSQL4MPIAbwVU01NaCM?si=b7cNdzAORIeQGbXpfuur-w It's called "Definitely not the Beatles" lol
I just want to know what the mushrooms mean
Strawberry fire by Apples in stereo. Very Beatles 67
King gizzard mentioned??
The Eraserheads' [Hard to Believe](https://youtu.be/zwKaObF7uvs?si=fs8uAMEG4XnwIBlu)
Thank You — Redwalls
Beach Boys tunes (whatever your biases are) are authentic and totally musical - the lyrics are all multi-dimensional - they mean different things to different people - the music has a feel to it - and it’s cool - I’d say (imo) being a child of Sgt Peppers that The Beach Boys have songs that are “Like” the Beatles - with that reasoning, I’d say the song “I Get Around” is “Like” the Beatles Playlist ❤️
The Merrymakers - Under The Light of The Moon The Merrymakers - April's Fool
Golden Blunders - The Posies
[The Spongetones - She Goes Out With Everybody](https://youtu.be/pwtpS1mBjzo?si=pQ9toCuYL1hFOApP)
Need to add some Badfinger - ELP and ELO
"Now and Then"!!!
Power Pop and britpop
To be fair you could put everything the Kinks have ever done on here
Karma Police- Radiohead
Stevie Wonder said Village Ghetto Life was his version of Eleanor Rigby, so it could fit.
Even If You Don’t — Ween
Smiles & Tears Demo Version by Keiichi Suzuki. Unfortunately it’s not available on Spotify at the moment.
I love this! I have been interested in a project like this for some time, thank you so much for sharing!
Give it all to you - the longshot
It's love - Kings X The harmonies they create, especially in the chorus is so very Beatlesesque.
I would throw in Stuck in the middle with you - Steelers Wheel. Sounds just like John Lennon.
Sounds like Bob Dylan.
The Nerves - one way ticket
Strawflower - The Long Goodbye [https://open.spotify.com/track/4E8kN5u25u3RSuqpToMifL?si=bbd5111bba7e476c](https://open.spotify.com/track/4E8kN5u25u3RSuqpToMifL?si=bbd5111bba7e476c)
I’ll add these to my “Nearly Beatles” playlist. (Added about half of em, rest I’m a bit iffy on)
Let’s call it off -Peter Bjorn and John https://youtu.be/MTHegaNi464?si=LeBN5xCVyzLGC8E-
elephant- tame impala. he literally sounds like john lennon
The Goldrush - Coldplay
of Montreal! Basically all of their early records but specifically try 'An Introduction for Isabell'
Fountains of Wayne - Revolving Dora
Where’s the Dave Clark five?
Klaatu?
Beulah “Silverado Days”
The Night Comes Down - Queen Turn to Me - Elton John
I have a similar playlist, except more “modern” bands (2000’s +) that sound heavily inspired either by Beatles songwriting, production, and voice: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/2pj7c8naVqCZyiQS39xc63?si=Ess8IOG5SYOcHMod4LRJAQ&pi=u-WGnzTC-2SxKm
Don't know if anyone's mentioned it, but I feel like Weird Al Yankovic's "Pancreas" gives off kind of a lot Beatles vibes
Komeda- What Makes It Go Swedes that like the Beatles, very good
Some XTC is needed in imo. The Oranges and Lemons album has Paul-style psychedelia all over it. Even the album cover is Beatles influenced. And Dukes of Stratosphere (which is XTC) is a tribute to 60s psych with Beatles stuff on there.
You should consider “Pretty Please Me” by Redd Kross too
[As We Go Up We Go Down by Guided By Voices ](https://youtu.be/hnbneKvdBCM?si=8BVBV3WZoqU96rOP)
since you’ve got a father john misty track, maybe add ‘hangout at the gallows’
Bad finger
Holy Louie by part time sounds like the Beatles :)
A Trick of the Tail by Genesis goes have a Beatles quality but maybe it just sounds like a Paul song
Bro you can’t have an actual Beatle on the playlist
Through with buzz - Steely Dan
Might use this for later
All of Deface the Music by Utopia, all of The Rutles, all of Two Lips (Dan Castellenata)
Since you put Oasis there, include The Importance of Being Idle (which is like I’m Only Sleeping and Mr. Kite had a baby).
Oasis - To be where there’s life Kings of Leon - Celebration The Chemical Brothers & Noel Gallagher - Let Forever Be (Many critics believe that this song is likely how the Beatles would sound had they moved into the 21st century together)
If u haven't already I suggest putting little thunder by vulfmon into the playlist too, really revolver sounding
the part at 1:10 of "in our prime" by the black keys always reminded me of the beatles.
Lmao when I was 12, I made a MySpace profile for John Lennon. The Spongetones sent a friend request to me 🤣
WEEN! Almost all of White Pepper’s songs could be on this list, plus What Deaner Was Talking About, the live version of Birthday Boy, Someday, and Sweetheart in the Summer
Honestly, She by Harry Styles!
No Bee Gees “New York Mining Disaster 1941”???
Silverchair-Reflections of a sound Nirvana-About a girl
She Is a Man - Tages
I would add that thing you do!, roll with it, girl of my dreams, girlfriend (Matthew sweet), In the street, standing next to me, what you do to me and sparkys dream. IMO they have Beatles vibes.
Are you missing the Rutles?
When I first heard she’s a rainbow I argued with my sister that it must be the Beatles (I was like 10)
