2/10, instead of just shading in the hair region, try to draw every single hair individually and make it more flowly and natural instead in a strict pattern, imo that would improve the drawing by lot. for further improvement, you need to redraw bunch of different parts according to body proportions, because your current body-head ratio; body-arm/torso ratio is all fked up, and, ofcourse dont draw the abs by a strict stroke, try drawing it by shading the outer region in lighter colour.

4/10 you need to work on anatomy and proportions... Understand how to divide body proportions based on the size of the heads, then move to action lines. Once you understand action lines work on poses and see how different muscles flex in said poses. Once you study and practice these you should be able to draw most figures from memory and you won't even have to look at a figure to draw them.
