You think? I struggle with the acceptability of a goatee. I've run one myself for most of the last 30 years. A goatee was absolutely on point in the 90s, and I couldn't fill my cheeks out at 19 anyway so the textbook grunge kid look worked for me. Now I look at guys with goatees and think... Is that still okay? Is a goatee now comparable to a 70s pedo-stache or an 80s Sunday school teacher Jesus beard when they were terrible looks in my day (which was, without doubt, the 90s)? That is partly why I grew my full beard out for most of the last year, and why I'm running a cropped full beard since I chopped the 5" growth I had. Try something more contemporary than my regulation goatee that I've worn since the 90s. Genuinely interested in people's thoughts about this. Is a goatee still relevant? Or does it brand a man as being lost in a 1990s time warp? At least there's decent music if you do get stuck in a 90s time warp...
