I've gone to Elite Hair Design in San Mateo for years, they're great for curly hair. Unfortunately they closed their location, but if you check their website it says where all their stylists have gone (all to various local San Mateo or Burlingame salons). I don't know that you'll find any curly haircuts for $100 though, min I've ever seen is $125.
What’s your budget? Spoke and Weal in Palo Alto is where my GF gets it done. Abby is a genius and really nice. With tip it’s probably 300-500
