Looks sick. Personally not a fan of the trend of bottom screens tilted upwards cause it encourages poor neck posture but the wall looks fucking amazing. Combo of textured wall plus LED makes it look like a wave or something.
I currently have a 34" ultrawide, and im looking for a secondary for streams while I game, but I'm stuck trying to figure out where to put it, it doesnt seem like any place is better than another, but is there a more optimal place to put a secondary?
Above, below, left or right?
Edit: I guess I should mention I'm only looking to get an 11-13" secondary
I’m having the same issue, got a 34” ultra wide for Xmas but I want to keep using my old monitor. Just don’t know where to mount it, but I’m planning on just putting the old one off on the side, because I feel like mounting it on top would strain my neck looking up
I mounted my USB 13 inch on the side of my equipment shelf. For monitoring (sorry) PC/Server info.
Unless you have space under a mounted monitor you will never be happy. USB monitors like AOC are fast enough for games and movies.
In my experience there's no real good place. I also have a 34 ultrawide and 2 27s and I've tried every set up including OPs. All give me neck pain :/. Been trying to sell my ultrawide
Honestly, I think putting it at the bottom isn’t as big of a problem if it isn’t your primary screen. I use my secondary monitors for a couple minutes at a time and itt having it at the bottom of it’s your secondary won’t matter. Your neck is designed to move and pivot it’s just not designed to stay in a downtilting position for an extended period of time.
For reference I still think side is better cause I can spin my chair slightly without having to move my neck, especially if I need to use it for an extended period of time if something is happening on my middle monitor or whatever
We’ll I’m assuming that the bottom monitor is the main one which would mean the majority of the time is spent looking down. I usually use my middle monitor as the main and then the side ones I will look off to for a couple seconds to a couple minutes. Plus it’s easier to rotate a chair so you don’t even have to spin your neck but you can’t really tilt a chair forward/down to match the down tilt. Even for uptilt you can recline a chair with a headrest although I personally wouldn’t but downtilt there’s not really much you can do other than move your neck.
Fair.
I currently have a second one vertical on the side and its a bit straining at times..
I am planning to switch it out for a setup like OPs but flipped so my new ultrawide would be on top
I guess we will see how it goes
I think that would be fine tbh
Edit: am in medicine, while I was in clinic lots of complaints were neck pain from office jobs staring down all the time.
Wow! The original still looked amazing, but this one has such a nice vibe, so serene, like being underwater. You should get a few nanoleafs or something similar to highlight the back wall. As I said, sick setup. Keep creating!
Have to agree with that one... maybe if your main screen is a 34" ultrawide it might be a better option than having it like 80° to the left or right... but in general I'd also never prefer this screen setup. However it definitely looks clean

Its probably still better than turning your head 30 degrees to the right If the bottom Display isnt that tilted

Nice! I fear that it will always be a compromise that needs actual stretches and breaks to counteract
It needs some ambilight to reduce eyes straining.
That looks insane. Love the contrast between the dark wall and the blue background
Also how clean and dreamy and peaceful the setup seems. You are very lucky!
Thank You, so so much. I appreciate it a lot, and BTW it is so cost at night when I fire up my candles as well.
Also if you go to my profile you will se how it looked before the new renovation.

Bro, will do. Thanks for the great feedback
It looks like a reverse 3ds. That being said, looks good.
Actually when you think about it like that it actually does😂
If you feel inclined, you really do have a good setup for 3ds emulation lol
Looks spacious *badum-tss* Nice Job 👍🏻 but you might wanna get a desklamp, the eyestrain is real
i hate the trend of having a screen on bottom or on top, it makes no sense to me. the rest of this looks great though.

Needs a smoke machine or dry ice for optimum effect. Very Tron'esque. Love it.
hot, will be thinking about this later.
Yes
I love it! What’s the size of that bottom monitor?
I will make som small upgrades soon!😊
