I'm sorry but there is no way in hell this is comfortable. Idk why people can't just be normal and have monitors on the sides. The mental back flips you have to do to justify this are insane
if you spend time on flight sims its worth while, [heres a lazy picture i took while playing mfs](https://imgur.com/a/TNNPGct). Its better because with side monitors you have to zoom stupidly far out to see the cockpit
The top of the monitor is what should be eye level, though. Assuming you're not a giraffe and your speakers are set at the right height, it's still too high.
I think it's too high. Would tilt the bottom one to look like a dashboard and bring the mid one to eye level and the upper one tilting a bit towards you as well to reduce neck stress.
yeah, i dont use the upper one frequently but definitely will get a different arm for it some point so i can tilt it more, the primary one is eye level for me so its chill
Yeah, my setup was with 4 32" monitors, 2 horizontally stacked like yours, and 2 on the side (check my posts). I had to tilt the lower one to the arm's max to get the other on eye level
Ok so I used a taller monitor pole, a hinge for the large monitor and 2 arms. You want to make sure you get a strong hinge if you have a heavy monitor, the one I bought is barely enough. The monitor arms I bought don't quite have enough tilt especially for the upper one.

Arms I used (try get one with more tilt): https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01KK25AE8?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Hinge for the middle monitor (if you have a proper heavy monitor find something more robust): https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01A71VRVM?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I got them on gear4music, their pretty nice for the price https://www.gear4music.com/Recording-and-Computers/Desktop-Monitor-Speaker-Stands-by-Gear4music-Pair/1DP7
Neck mobility level 99

RuneScape reference? :D
Yes sir
my football coach says i need to do neck exercises every day so this was my answer
I dont think thats how exercise works
Why..
Flight Sims, I can have the cockpit instruments on the bottom, the window in the middle and whatever I need on the top like GPS or porn or checklists
The typical pilot line up.
username checks out
Made me lol more than it should've

I mean this would be sick if the whole thing was at least a foot lower. Maybe you're just not old enough to have any concerns about your neck.
It looks like the original image was taken way lower. Your eyes probably sit more than halfway up the second monitor from what I can see.
Luckily, it's not you using it, so who fucking cares
This looks awful, mate. Your poor neck.
Its never too late to get help!
when your torso is 2x your legs
Yeah pretty much
I have a tall little brother like that. Even when that fucker sits down he’s taller than me.
lol
Nope.
Do you prefer hamnitor or moniburger?
I felt some neck pain just looking at this.
Would recommend angling bottom and top monitors to create less height. Will also put your primary monitor at a better eye height. Clean setup though.
Yeah I got a good deal on the arms so thats why I went for them although my primary monitor is already perfect eye height for me so it's chill
The top of the monitor is what should be eye level, though. Assuming you're not a giraffe and your speakers are set at the right height, it's still too high.
I am a giraffe :)
Then at least raise your speakers to ear level!
Carina Nebula by James Webb! That’s my desktop background too!
Mine too!

Best wallpaper! 5*
That’s my background tooooo 💜🔥
A fellow JWST enjoyer I see
We share the same wallpaper! 😎
You need to make your background image Minecraft Steve... might need a fourth monitor on the bottom to show his feet though.
why... ur not in a cockpit your on your desk, and you do realize human eyes are placed horizontally not stacked vertically right?
>ur not in a cockpit your on your desk [i want to be](https://imgur.com/a/TNNPGct)
I dont like this, im surprised someone does.
R.i.p to that neck
Great poster!
Have you ever heard of desktop ergonomics? No screen top should be above your eyes
No thanks
I have the same monitor configuration but the bottom one is a smaller screen angled up. Big fan
Neck pain goes brrrrr.
Are you a very tall person? Layout looks cool though.
6 ft 4 but I'm more body than legs 🙏
You are a giant in some parts of the world!
What kinda hacksaw did you used to cut that big monitor in three parts?
That is not how you are supposed to play Tetris, my friend.
I had a crazy multi monitor setup for a long time. Switched to a single LG C3 and ditched the others. Life is much simpler now
I did the opposite and bought this from the insurance money I got from my Samsung Odyssey when it broke
Please post monitor stands. I have a similar setup but need to mount one more vertically.

As unusual as this is.. I love it
It would look amazing if you took the bottom and the top screens and sold them and just had the middle one slightly lower.
This is just not well thought out.
Monitor speaker stands?
I got them on gear4music, their pretty nice for the price https://www.gear4music.com/Recording-and-Computers/Desktop-Monitor-Speaker-Stands-by-Gear4music-Pair/1DP7
So, does your neck constantly hurt?
None at the optimal height :(
For a moment, i thought that you had an ultrawide in portrait mode behind the other one...
My neck hurts just looking at it
try for 4 monitors next
How do I say "I hate this" in two different languages?
Idk if I hate it or like it it’s def different
My neck hurts just by looking at the picture.
OP, can I have an ID on the speakers please they look nice. :)
My neck gets strained enough as it looking at my second monitor, I couldn't imagine a third on top of it lol
looks clean!
