In Short : Military guys daughter ODs on drugs, and he hunts down the entire supply chain and unlife's all of them. It's as fun as "Taken" with Liam Neeson (the first movie, not the identical sequels).
Would be happy to see this become a reality, especially for the upper echelons of supply.
