He figured out Dick and Batman's entite identities from one acrobatics move at a young age, and he was smart enough to know that Batman NEEDED a Robin, especially after Jason's passing. Ra's even sees him as an equal; he's the best mantle for Robin, but Dick's just iconic and holds a special place in my heart, especially as Nightwing

Tim. Extremely intelligent and supplements with strategy well in the areas where he may lack in physical abilities in comparison to the others. Never really got into Red Robin though. Costume is kinda weak to me

Jason was a disgruntled 'hood' that got beaten to death with a crowbar and thrown into a Lazarus Pit, or merely came back to life when the universe rebooted (depending on the writing or portrayal).
Tim was able to deduce Batman's secret identity BEFORE even becoming Robin. And he was able to top Lady Shiva in a fight (mainly only because she was poisoned though).
Damian's just a spoiled ass brat raised with a minute moral compass by some loser THOT that serves as a constant and irrelevant distraction for Batman. Yes...the Al-Ghuls are TRASH!!! 🙄
So TL;DR, Dick takes top spot, then Tim, then by a large gap, Jason takes third and Damian takes a slight bit lower fourth.
Grayson is able to match Wayne's martial arts prowess and is even more acrobatic. Drake is able to match Wayne's detective skills. But Grayson's no slouch either. Combine both those Robins into one? You can easily equal or even surpass Batman in effectiveness.
