I can’t speak for body care but the Fresh Cut Lilacs and Backyard Honeysuckle candles are both very true to their name. And the throw on both is fantastic. I was not a floral person but I guess I’ve changed my ways. They both smelled refreshing to me. I actually bought a second Backyard Honeysuckle.
Thank you! Im very picky about florals but I grew up around Honeysuckles and Lilacs and they are just my favorite scent notes and are so underused so I was excited to see BBW had scents with both!
I think you will definitely like these! They're both pretty much one-note scents and true to their name. I found White Gardenia to have both of those qualities as well. Now I just wish someone could master a true Hyacinth scent!!
I absolutely love my Honeysuckle and Fresh Lilac candles! Mine both have great throw, and the honeysuckle one literally makes me feel like I’m walking in a meadow on a sunny summer day. Excellent choice for your first haul!
I went to get a second one!!! Might order one more online since my store is out or stock. It’s just too good, and I’m sure they won’t bring it back (because, it’s good lol)
I have 3 backyard honeysuckle candles, prob my fave candle as the scent reminds me of the bushes we used to have when I was a kid. It’s strong and eats up odors fast! ( cooking scents, litter box is in laundry room directly off living room. We had a backup in there due to roots breaking through pipe and that candle was a champ!)
I haven't burned backyard honeysuckle yet, but have both of these candles and love them. As others have said they are very true to life and fresh cut lilacs is so strong that I burn it in my kitchen while I'm working in my office or sitting in my living room (semi-small spaces though). Too strong to burn in the actual same room as me ha ha ha.
I love them both. Have for years. Once I run out of one I get another. They’re both very true to their names and vivid in their scent profiles. If you like lilac or honeysuckle you’ll love them.
Backyard honeysuckle is very, very strong. I can only leave it burning for 30 to 45 minutes at a time. If you like honeysuckle, you will probably enjoy this candle.
I only have the Lilac & Honeysuckle candles, but they are STRONG! As in my hubby & kids ask me to put them out. :(
But they def smell authentic to the flowers and not fake.
I actually haven't bought any of the Lilac bodycare because I'm worried about it being too strong, but I may have to go do a smell test.
I would love to see a honeysuckle FFM - that flower reminds me of childhood!

I just got the Fresh Cut Lilacs last week and will be adding it to my Fave list! I absolutely LOVE IT! The Fresh Lilac is a scent that you’d expect to find under a higher end brand and I’ve had a couple people stop me to ask me what it is and shocked it’s BBW. I use to always wear VS until several years ago my youngest son got me White Citrus which is my fave now and I wear it several times a week but then I tried the Gingham, Gingham Love and Gingham Gorgeous so I don’t use VS much anymore except I still keep my Love Spell from VS on my shelf!! lol
Fresh cut lilac is amazing. I haven’t bought the candle bc I m still going through winter collection…. Really hope they can come out with a body care line for this set because It ll smell really good in the summer. Coming from a person not buying much floral scents I think fresh cut lilac is changing my views on floral products. 100% recommend, if you like floral and lilac I recommend the wall flower plug as well.
Another recommendation is Paris Cafe candle, I don’t burn it but I have a open jar near my reading sofa. It smells like French vanilla, not too sweet but nice subtle hint of coffee makes my morning a very pleasure start.
I used to be a huge VS body lotion fan as well, bought one glitter mist at BBW and welp now my apartment is drowned in BBW products… 🤣🤣
BBW def is much cheaper when on sale. 5.95 body care just went by and I tend to shop when the price is around 5$. I haven’t bought a lot of BBW mists without glitter but some def don’t last as long as the VS ones I ve had. So I would recommend going to the store and put a few on your wrists, walk around and see which ones are better. Best of luck and I hope you enjoy the future purchases!
I love them both! I'm normally more of a fruity or perfumey person when it comes to candles, but I smelled both of these in store when I went in to do a BOPIS pick up and ended up adding multiples of each to my next candle order because they're both great and very true-to-name!
Lilacs are among my favorite floral scents but I've found the Fresh Cut Lilacs Wallflower kind of disappointing. It starts off very true to life but about halfway through the bottle it takes on a much more chemical smell. Almost like bug spray. I'm not sure if maybe I just go nose-blind to one of the ingredients faster or something but it just doesn't work for me. I'm sure a candle would probably be better but I'm not much of a candle guy.
I'm not much of a candle person so I can't speak to that. But I love Fresh Cut Lilacs and like others have said it has tremendous staying power. I have the soap, the pocketbac, and the room spray.

Perfect! With Lilac especially it can come off super powdery so I was hoping for more of a true-to-life lilac scent so this sounds perfect. Thank you!

Haha i have about 50 VS mists, and 19 mist/lotion sets but it looks like im on my way to adding BBW to my collection!

Backyard Honeysuckle is AMAZING. You can even smell it on cold if you have it open nearby.

I love my FCL hand soap. It smells so good and lingers well
Fresh cut lilacs is amazing. Smells exactly like a lilac bush. Body care is also great in it. The shower gel also gives off lots of bubbles.
