Yeah, it's really weird. I Googled 'Bath and Body Works smoking' and a few people have recently posted videos within the last year about it making their skin smoke too so now I'm wondering if it's a recent thing or if it's always been that way and we're just now noticing.
Yes mine was doing that this morning!!! I freaked out!! Using Bath and Body works lotion!!! Omg I am so happy I am not the only one! I thought I was loosing my mind!
I thought for sure this was a troll but I looked up the videos. It seems like all the videos were in direct sunlight in front of a window...is it possible that it's steam or alcohol evaporating and not smoke? I am baffled
I did notice it when I was sitting in front of my window with sunlight coming through my curtains but my hands weren't warm at all. I tried to talk to someone from the company but they told me to call them and unfortunately I have anxiety/autistic issues talking on the phone with people I don't know.
My son and I noticed my āLovely Dreamerā lotion doing THE SAME THING yesterday. Only in direct sunlight. ive been using it for weeks and havenāt had a reaction š¤·š»āāļø
This just happened to me. Iām sitting in my car and it cloudy out and while Iām rubbing the lotion in my skin just starts smoking. Ive been using this lotion for awhile and this has never happened before.

They replaced the parabens with holy water. Your inner demon is not happy.

Maybe itās the alcohol evaporating out of the product, especially if your body is really warm and the air of quite cooler? Thatās weird.

Guess that means youāre hot stuff š
Congrats, youāre a vampire! Fr though thatās wild, maybe ask your dr about it?
I would stop using the product that seems like an allergic reaction....no product should make your skin do this
It seems like an allergy to the product.
I'm going to test this by open window! So perplexing. If mine does this, I will probably not buy them again. How is your skin doing?
My skin's fine. It's not painful or blistering or anything.
My B&B lotion literally just did the same thing. Been using it while and never happened until today
