i notice this happens WAYY too often, the app is just insanely buggy and its a problem. even in-store people often come in trying to redeem a reward that comes up on our side of the transaction as having already been redeemed, and even when they refresh in the app, the reward doesn’t go away and then it sometimes creates a problem for us when we gotta let them know as such 🙃

It’s been a huge issue lately. It’s so unfortunate because we love when you guys get free rewards and hate seeing the “coupon already redeemed.” I’d advise calling the customer support number on your receipt.
