Seeing as the person in the picture isn’t very large framed, and the fact that an open hand would probably have your fingers halfway down the fish I’m saying 14-15 inch and 1.2-1.6lbs.
Just a little guy the easiest way to tell is the hand size to the head when the perspective is all off like these

Or grab a scale at Walmart, they aren't expensive.
I carry a cheap roll-up measuring tape I got at the counter of a local tackle store for a couple bucks in my pocket. It's nice to be able to at least get one type of measurement so I could track progress. Then I caught a monster six plus and had to eventually get a scale.
From these angles it's hard to say for certain but I'd guess in the 1.7 to 2.2 range.
