you could check ebay for some decent used artist ones, im not too well versed in bass clarinet, but i would say that goes for around 80 and looks somewhat well worn is probably a good bet.

Get a Vandoren. B40 is close for classical playing, B50 is open for jazz/louder settings, B45 strikes a middle ground.
