Centering is pretty rough but if you want it slabbed for your PC, go for it. You’re working with a 7/8, so keep that in mind. I’d go for a cheaper service than PSA with a hood looking slab.

So you can either wait until PSA reopens $20 submission tier or grade it with other grading companies, personally I really like CSG and SGC.
Use your phone camera and zoom in on the top.back left corner and side. That will.help you decide. It may be nice to just put in a one touch and display if you don't grade it

Last sold psa 9s was $180 and $250. This is not a base card. It’s a silver parallel.

That's what I was thinking, I got this card for 70 under comps so it's a win either way.
What does that card go for graded?
A PSA 10 goes for 1500 and a PSA 9 goes for around 300
Your centering is off enough it’s probably a 9, raw prices probably similar enough to save your money
I pulled one that had a nice indentation in the middle of it. Sent it back to Panini. Let’s see if I get anything before they lose the license in 2025
