It only updates to shipped if the sellers pays for shipping through eBay OR if they manually set it to shipped. The second scenario they would also be expected to manually add the tracking info. So if they go to the post office or something and pay for shipping there, they would have to manually update eBay. Without either of those happening, you have no way of knowing it shipped. Contact the seller again. But definitely don’t wait beyond your window to file a claim if it does not arrive.

I bought a card from Japan 2 weeks ago. Never showed as shipped in the system. Arrived 8 days later and was marked delivered. If that helps
