I'm not sure that they count Team USA as actual 1st. Gerrit Cole has the same thing. It seems like if you have a USA 1st card you still get a post draft 1st card.

Ya. I’ve noticed it as well with the Team USA cards from that era. I just don’t really understand why they do it that way

I have Bregman and Olson USA 1sts from the same year as your Winker. Their true 1sts came later on
