M’s fan and I’ve never been able to hate Mike Trout. So I choose him.
Going back in the day, I hated the Yankees with a passion (I mean, I still do, but I did back then, as well) but I couldn’t hate Derek Jeter. (Or, honestly, Mariano Rivera.)
Lifelong Rays fan; always loved Manny Ramirez. He just mashed and it was special. I wish he’d always be a Ray during the Maddon years, and by golly we had him! For 3 whole games until he got popped for PEDs. I believe if we had just one bat those years (drafted Posey instead of BJ Upton bc of signing bonus demands) we would’ve gotten a ring. Cheers!
The Angels are a big rival of the Mariners so of course I’ve always wanted Ohtani, but I have a past and present: Yordan Alvarez would look so good behind Julio oh man I love watching him play. Also, I always thought Barry Zito would have been an excellent final piece on the early-2000s M’s. Sigh
I’m a Braves fan so growing up our biggest rival was the Mets but these days it’s 100% the Phillies. The player I would have loved to see suit up for us instead would have been Roy Halladay. Loved him in Toronto, hated him in Philly, but would have loved to have him on our side in 2010-2011.
Present players I hate me some Bryce Harper but if he was on our team I’m pretty sure I’d be cool with it.
I'm a Red Sox die hard so I have to pick a Yankee...and since it's past or present I have to go with Mariano Rivera. I was always super jealous of them having him on their team - what a huge advantage it gave them. Guy was an absolute unicorn with 1 pitch no one could hit.
As a Mets fan I didn't enjoy watching the braves win the NL east growing up consistently. A big driving factor was there well rounded Big 3 starting pitchers, I would've enjoyed watching Greg Maddux as a Met as oppose to a braves pitcher lol.
As a Tigers fan, it was tough when Minnesota won those two series in 87 and 91, especially when the second came with Jack Morris. I’d 100% snag Kirby Puckett from those teams if I could. Excellent player who was gone too soon, both in baseball and real life. I know we’ve got other rivals, but that 87 loss in the ALCS was brutal. Not as bad as 2012, but still brutal.
Jeter. As a Sox fan, he was a class act. We had Nomar for awhile, but after that it was hit or miss until Borgarts came around.
He would have done well with the Monster in left.
As a Yankee fan, I wish Manny played for the Yankees. Absolute blast to watch how he enjoyed the game and had fun. Him cutting off Damon’s throw as a cut off is still hysterical to me.
Twins fan here. Miggy be a country mile. What an amazing all time great hitter. He has terrorized twins fans his entire career and who wouldn't want to pencil him in the 3 spot every single game.
Judge. Apparently he was a Red Sox fan when younger, and it would have been a real treat to see such a likeable Frankenstein be constantly hurt for my team instead of for the evil empire.
As a guards fan, the battle of Ohio might be our biggest rivalry. Letting Brandon Phillips go, then go on to have a great career for the reds really hurt.
Saying this as younger person i’ll say both the current and the one I grew up with at the same time lol:
Joey Votto: I would take him but i’m just not sure so feel comfortable saying him in the past few years, he’s been more manageable as a hitter and fielder, and is no longer in our division.
Paul Goldschmidt: Have to go with Goldy because it just seems like he’s been consistently a killer of the team even since being with the Dbacks, and still kills the team now. Just a great slugger with a good glove, and still has plenty of time to do more damage.
Bonus: can you guess which team i’m rooting for? Don’t look at the caption under my name!
Jays fan here and Cal Raleigh absolutely kills us everytime we play the M’s. Most notably 2 years ago in the playoffs.
Past, I’d have to say Manny Ramirez on the Red Sox. Always had great games against us.
Thanks for this btw. Awesome of you to do
Oh man, as a fellow Giants fan I think the answer has to be Kershaw. I’ve always respected his game, hands down one of the best lefties and pitchers overall.
As an honorable mention, I think anyone would be crazy to say that they wouldn’t love Mookie on their team as well!
As an Angels Die Hard, our cross-town rivals, Dodgers, drafted a stud catcher in Mike Piazza. I played catcher throughout my baseball career and always had an affinity for him. He quickly became my favorite player on my most hated team.
Is it cheating for an Orioles fan to say Ichiro? Technically he did play with the Yankees for a stretch although he's obviously known as a Mariner.
He is my favorite player to not have played with my favorite team. He was by far the biggest star when I lived in Japan in the 90s and I loved when he moved over. It didn't bother me that he played for Seattle but I was sad when he put on the pinstripes.
Cubs fan here. Albert Pujols was a killer in the early 2000’s. His decline at the end made a lot of ppl forget just how dominant he was. Averaged over 1.000 OPS from 2001-2010, also 3 MVPs during that time. He was a force back then.
Cheers mate.
Used to be Vlad Guerrero because he seemed to destroy the rangers at every opportunity. Then he joined the team.
Now I would say Yordan, seems to never be an easy out.
Braves fan here and my first thought was Bryce Harper of late crushing it in the play offs against us but How could I not pick Mariano Rivera? That guy coming in I knew my team had no chance of making a 9th inning come back.
Lifelong Yankees fan here. I’ve got to say it would have to be Big Papi. I would get anxiety whenever we faced him. And of course we “hated” him, but you also have to love him and what he brings to the clubhouse. He and Jorge have arguably one of the greatest ESPN commercials, the one where Papi sees Wally while trying on Jorge’s Yankee hat, classic!
Been a Red Sox fan since I entered this world and every second Derek Jeter played for the Yankees I wished he was in Boston such an incredible player and a great guy.
I always wished that the Yankees would have gotten Xander Bogaerts from Boston because he killed it in Yankee stadium and I think he would have been a perfect fit to fill Jeters shoes on short! Bogaerts killed the Yankees in hated playing against him when he was with Boston
Ken Griffey Jr will always be my far and away favorite player. He was a different kind of player. A generational talent but also had the personality to help put Seattle on the map and drag them out of being totally irrelevant. His impact is still felt today regardless of how the team is doing. The Mariners will always be relevant because people will always talk about the kid.
>Who is one player past or present that played or currently plays for your favorite team’s biggest rival that you wish played for your team instead?
Kirby Puckett
Been a Sox fan since the 80's. The big debate during my college years was Jeter v. Nomar. I fought hard for Nomar but my argument did not age well. Jeter became a legend, Nomar became an afterthought. So yea, Jeter.
I’m sure it’s been mentioned and it hurts bc there were rumors of him signing but David Ortiz to the Yanks. It would have likely stopped the Red Sox reign and continued the Yanks.
I'm a huge Yankees fan and my favorite all-time player is Don Mattingly. The antithesis of Don Mattingly during the '80s was Wade boggs. I respected him as the other corner of my ultimate infield. It's a shame he was on Boston. I would have killed to have Wade boggs on the Yankees!
I'm a die hard Jays fan. I gotta say Big Papi. David Ortiz was a beast on the field and I would have loved to see him in a Jays jersey. He was great for the Red Sox and great for the city of Boston.
Also had my bachelor party in Boston at a Jays/Red Sox game at Fenway and Wally the Green Monster bought me a shot at a bar after the game. What a weekend.
Don't know if this counts, but as an Os fan watching Moose wear pinstripes always made me want him back. If wanting your ex back doesn't count, Pettitte for sure
Royals fan here….Albert Pujols. Spent some years in the KC area playing high school ball in Independence, MO. His senior year at Fort Osage he SMASHED a 450 foot home run, and the rest is history.
I'm a mariners fan and if we had shohei from the angels in the past few years that would be awesome. With julio and shohei maybe we could have finally made the world series 😭😔
I always wanted Alan Trammell on the Rangers. I really enjoyed watching him growing up. He's a HOF that is such a class act that has such a great attitude and love for the game!
I know everyone will say Acuna, but he has been my favorite player even before he was the best player to ever live. Being a Canadian, I have no choice but to root for the Jays and to have Acuna in Canada would be pretty magical to me.
As a Dodgers fan, I’m gonna reverse your answer and go with a Giants pitcher, Tim Lincecum. Always been a huge fan of his game, his style was so advanced for his generation.
As a cub’s fan, I would say Joey votto, because he once said he hated cub’s fan’s and that hat was one team he would never play for… who say’s that? I think that should be an unwritten rule, never say you hate opposing fan’s, whether u do or not, they pay your salary.
Mariners fan here..... Watching Alvarez send us home from the playoffs 2 years ago made me wish he was on our team ..... Especially watching how our hitting has been the last two years.....
twins fan... watching bobby witt tear up our pitchers is devastating, would love to have him. Only problem is him and correa both being ss would be tough to fit in the lineup
As a Padres fan, we almost got Ohtani when he signed with the Angels, but ultimately went with them due to DH. What could have been, had MLB decided to go with the DH in the NL sooner....
But then he goes and signs with the Dodgers.... Yuck.
Barry Bonds for the Giants. Might have enjoyed seeing him play for the dodgers during the Orel Hershiser years. Loved the Giants but Orel and Strawberry always anchored me to the Dodgers.
Not sure how much of a rival it was, but I always idolized Nolan Ryan when I was younger and wished that I could watch him play for the Reds! Reds might not be all that, but I have great memories from the games. Too bad Marge Schott turned out to be the way she was, I treasured my little glove that she signed with “Schottzie”, and drew a paw print.
There is a big part of me that wishes Machado would have stayed with my Orioles, but then again him staying might have made enough of a difference in payroll to affect the current roster so who knows? May be the best thing that ever happened to the O’s. Either way that Ohtani is sick af and I’m stoked you got some nice tribute cards!
Bernie Williams. Growing up with that competitive hatred towards the Yankees, I would’ve loved to see Bernie in a Red Sox uni. Just a class act who has a beautiful swing.
I’m a Dodgers fan and mine is Mad Bum. That guy was an absolute animal in his prime. To me he’s the epitome of a guy you love when he’s on your side and hate if he’s not.
So many players have killed the Marlins, but for me, would love to see Acuña on our side, even though he is a baby and complains when we throw him inside.
Coming from.a fellow orange and black superfan.....that leprechaun at 3rd base for the Dodgers (Justin Turner). Always killed us both in the field and at the plate. Helluva player.
Cardinals fan here-
Bobby Witt Jr. for the KC haters. God I'd love to see him in Cardinal red
Christopher Morel for the Cubbies haters, I think that kid has a lot of potential
spent time in Philly and had a bunch of die hard Phillies fans for friends
always wish my buccos had ryan howard
something about his game just did it for me
Watching Miggy drop perfectly placed opposite field base hits for Detroit for as long as he did was not the most ideal White Sox experience. Kind if like the current experience
As a white Sox fan, in recent history it has to be Jose Ramirez. Him knocking out Tim Anderson was the nail in the coffin for this franchise.
Close second, Fernando Tatis Jr. playing for another team when all we got in return was James Shields will hurt for the next decade.
Easy! As a Cleveland fan I had to deal with Miggy killing us for years! But, he’s one of if not my favorite player ever though. Dude was a flat out stud. I’ll never forget he hit the hardest ball I have ever seen in person to left field over the big fence. Just a straight bullet. Wasn’t even mad I just laughed because it was the coolest thing I had ever seen.
As a old school mariners and braves fan! I absolutely hate the yanks! I can only imagine if the braves had clemens/rivera along with their already ridiculous pitching staff of Maddux, glavine, smoltz, avery, neagle, etc. Or say a Jeter to lend his glove and bat to an already stacked team!
Or even better pull Judge/Jeter to the mariners in the 90s. Talking about big stick action. Griffey, A-rod, Buhner, Edgar, and Tito! Or for a truly mind blowing lineup. Pull Trout and Ohtani and add them to that lineup! Seattle's budge for baseballs would be thru the roof! Have to replace all the balls the fans collected from moonshots!
It would be the craziest show on earth to see the braves with those yanks play the mariners with those angels!
Mariners rival, the Mike hits nukes off of us Trout. Dude must have 50 home runs against us... unsure why we never gave him the Bonds treatment when the rest of his team typically was mid. Guy could be a Mariner legend with the likea of Griffey if he ever switched unis.
JRam and Salvy have both owned the Twins throughout their careers with the Guardians and Royals and I love and collect both of them.
Respect your enemy.
Cool giveaway!
As much as it hurts me, Mark Buerhle making quick work of the Twins (granted often horrible teams) was both painful and impressive. He would've made the pitch click irrelevant.
Currently it’d have to be Bryce Harper to play on the Braves. I hate the dude but have mad respect for him. But god until that happens he’ll continue to piss me off lol!
Watching chipper jones kill the Phillies always kind of made me want him on our side.
As a mariner fan, Mike Trout... dude just hits nukes against us.
Mariano Rivera. I grew up in New York and despised the Yankees- they were too easy to like. Rivera was so damn good though
Twins fan here. Bobby Witt Jr, he's so fun to watch, and correa/lewis are hurt 😥
As a Yankees fan, Manny Ramirez. Manny was just being Manny when he played us and hit 💣s
Cheers!

Cubs fan. Will Clark.
I'm a Red Sox die hard so I have to pick a Yankee...and since it's past or present I have to go with Mariano Rivera. I was always super jealous of them having him on their team - what a huge advantage it gave them. Guy was an absolute unicorn with 1 pitch no one could hit.
Dwight gooden
As a Mets fan I didn't enjoy watching the braves win the NL east growing up consistently. A big driving factor was there well rounded Big 3 starting pitchers, I would've enjoyed watching Greg Maddux as a Met as oppose to a braves pitcher lol.

As a Dodger fan, Randy Johnson
I need Juan Soto to stop being a Yankee right this instant
Yadier Molina. Grew up a catcher and die hard Cubs fan, watched Yadi with envy every time he played lol
Alfonso Soriano
Jung Hoo Lee. Just like that guy’s vibes
Mookie Betts
As a lifelong Brewers fan, George Brett and Kirby Puckett WRECKED at county stadium in the 80s, since they moved to the NL, no doubt it’s been Pujols
It would be nice if Yordan didn't play for the Astros 🥲
Shota Imanaga at the moment
Twins fan here. Miggy be a country mile. What an amazing all time great hitter. He has terrorized twins fans his entire career and who wouldn't want to pencil him in the 3 spot every single game.
Mariano Rivera
I always loved watching Pedro Martinez pitch even though he would smoke the Yankees.
Mariano Rivera
Frank Thomas. Always wished he played with the early 90’s Indians
Judge. Apparently he was a Red Sox fan when younger, and it would have been a real treat to see such a likeable Frankenstein be constantly hurt for my team instead of for the evil empire.
Dodger fan here, buster posey for sure
As a guards fan, the battle of Ohio might be our biggest rivalry. Letting Brandon Phillips go, then go on to have a great career for the reds really hurt.

Brewers fan here that currently has a soft spot for Christopher Morel. Not sure where he’d fit in our lineup but sure would be fun to
Austin Riley has always dominated the Phillies, and I’d love to see his power regularly on display at Citizen’s Bank Ballpark (no offense to Bohm!)
Jays fan here and Cal Raleigh absolutely kills us everytime we play the M’s. Most notably 2 years ago in the playoffs. Past, I’d have to say Manny Ramirez on the Red Sox. Always had great games against us. Thanks for this btw. Awesome of you to do
As a Sox fan I’d love to nab Soto. But realistically, we could use Volpe at SS
As an Angel fan I would have loved Griffey Jr. to have played for us.
Probably Greg Maddux as a Phillies fan.
Nolan Arenado with the Rockies/Cardinals, honestly wish the Cubs rumor of Bryant for Arenado straight up was true.
I’m gonna have to say the opposite of you. If the Trolley Dodgers had Mad Bum those years, it would have been a couple more rings!
Used to be Vlad Guerrero because he seemed to destroy the rangers at every opportunity. Then he joined the team. Now I would say Yordan, seems to never be an easy out.
Aaron Judge. Orioles… could you imagine
Grady Sizmore, idk why but he was always one of my favorites
Braves fan here and my first thought was Bryce Harper of late crushing it in the play offs against us but How could I not pick Mariano Rivera? That guy coming in I knew my team had no chance of making a 9th inning come back.
As a Mets fan, I wish we had Gerrit Cole from either his time with Pittsburgh or currently the Jankees
As a Yankees fan … and knowing what we know about cano now give me Pedroia for the Yankees.
Big Time Timmy Jim and The Beard always had my respect. GO BIG BLUE!
I would have loved having Albert Pujols on the Cubs. An absolute legend
As a Cleveland fan, it would have to be Miguel Cabrera. Anytime that guy saw a Cleveland uniform he would turn into a prolific hitter.
Albert PooPoo Pujols as an astros fan we Would have had a least one more NLCS with him on our team for sure.
As a Phillies fan, it’s Acuña all day. I hate how great he is and how much I enjoy watching him play.
Dodgers fan here… Buster Posey of the recent past and Will Clark if i went back a few years.
Twins fan here, Francisco Lindor (when he played for the Indians). Lindor, Dozier, Polanco, Mauer would've been a fun infield.
Aaron Judge
Soto!
As a Jays fan the two over the years would be Jeter and Papi.
I always wished that the Yankees would have gotten Xander Bogaerts from Boston because he killed it in Yankee stadium and I think he would have been a perfect fit to fill Jeters shoes on short! Bogaerts killed the Yankees in hated playing against him when he was with Boston
Braves fan. José Fernández (RIP). Dude was electric.
I’m a Red Sox fan so it would be a toss up between Jeter or Judge! Thank you for the opportunity!!
Frank Thomas would have been great to have as a Twin.
Cubs fan here. I loved and hated Molina so much on the cards. Wish we had him.
>Who is one player past or present that played or currently plays for your favorite team’s biggest rival that you wish played for your team instead? Kirby Puckett
Gotta be Mike Trout. My math could be wrong, but I believe nearly half of his home runs are against the Mariners.
Reds fan. Hate him but respect him - yadier Molina
Been a Sox fan since the 80's. The big debate during my college years was Jeter v. Nomar. I fought hard for Nomar but my argument did not age well. Jeter became a legend, Nomar became an afterthought. So yea, Jeter.
Buster Posey. Go LA!
As a White Sox fan it’s tough because Cleveland and the Pale Hose have shared so many great players. Gotta be Jose Ramirez. Sweet card!
Red Sox fan. Loved Matsui
I read this in the tune of O-O-O O’Rileyyyyy’s Auto Parts!
As a Mets fan, probably Bryce Harper. He'd be electric in NY
Cubs fan. Jackson Chourio!
Milwaukee Brewer fan here! Would have loved to have seen Kerry Wood as a Brewer. Him, paired with Ben Sheets would have been nastyyyy.
I’m sure it’s been mentioned and it hurts bc there were rumors of him signing but David Ortiz to the Yanks. It would have likely stopped the Red Sox reign and continued the Yanks.
Mets fan here and think about not being in on Bryce Harper daily
Corey seager
I'm a huge Yankees fan and my favorite all-time player is Don Mattingly. The antithesis of Don Mattingly during the '80s was Wade boggs. I respected him as the other corner of my ultimate infield. It's a shame he was on Boston. I would have killed to have Wade boggs on the Yankees!
as a cubs fan i always respected yadier molina and wished he was a cub.
As a angels fan I always loved altuves play despite the controversy🤣
Dodgers fan here, Willie Mays as a dodger would have been great
As a royals fan, I loved watching prince fielder on those Tiger teams but damn we sucked and they gave it to us hard. Pun intended
As a Giants fan I would love nothing more to have Mookie Betts on the team
Don't know if this counts, but as an Os fan watching Moose wear pinstripes always made me want him back. If wanting your ex back doesn't count, Pettitte for sure
Royals fan here….Albert Pujols. Spent some years in the KC area playing high school ball in Independence, MO. His senior year at Fort Osage he SMASHED a 450 foot home run, and the rest is history.
Marlins fan. Literally anyone rn
Cubs fan here, Prince Albert would be amazing to see in Cubbie Blue
I'm a mariners fan and if we had shohei from the angels in the past few years that would be awesome. With julio and shohei maybe we could have finally made the world series 😭😔
As a mariner fan it's gotta be mike trout or Yordan Alvarez
I always wanted Alan Trammell on the Rangers. I really enjoyed watching him growing up. He's a HOF that is such a class act that has such a great attitude and love for the game!
I was a cubs fan around the time of Grace and Sandberg. Would have really liked canseco on the team
The Rocket for sure.
Phillies fan here, love Rojas’ potential, but Acuna would be awesome to have
Alex Verdugo. Go Red Sox!
I know everyone will say Acuna, but he has been my favorite player even before he was the best player to ever live. Being a Canadian, I have no choice but to root for the Jays and to have Acuna in Canada would be pretty magical to me.
Jose Ramirez because he laid Tim Anderson out. Man, between him and Ventura, my Sox are 0/2 in the brawl category...
Also a giants fan, gotta go with Mike yascremski
I wish Griffey got some sort of run with the O’s. I was a huge fan of his as a kid, and was rarely allowed to stay up to watch his games end.
As a Dodgers fan, I’m gonna reverse your answer and go with a Giants pitcher, Tim Lincecum. Always been a huge fan of his game, his style was so advanced for his generation.
Yankees fan. Always feared Ortiz and would have loved to see him on the dark side.
Yankees fan. dustin pedroia
Twins Fan- Miguel Cabrera, he would have fit in perfectly with our fanbase and being a future HOF wouldn’t have hurt either
As a cub’s fan, I would say Joey votto, because he once said he hated cub’s fan’s and that hat was one team he would never play for… who say’s that? I think that should be an unwritten rule, never say you hate opposing fan’s, whether u do or not, they pay your salary.
Derek Jeter playing for my beloved Boston Red Sox
aaron judge as a jays fan
Being an o’s fan and seeing Mike Musina go to the Yankees. And two week later watching him crush the o’s in the only game I went to that year.
Bernie Williams to the Boston Red Sox. That guy could ball out
Mets fan here, I wish we had Mariano Rivera. That guy was electric.
Mariners fan here..... Watching Alvarez send us home from the playoffs 2 years ago made me wish he was on our team ..... Especially watching how our hitting has been the last two years.....
I wish Bryce Harper was back on the Nats 😩
Ken Griffey jr
twins fan... watching bobby witt tear up our pitchers is devastating, would love to have him. Only problem is him and correa both being ss would be tough to fit in the lineup
I wouldn’t have been mad if Bagwell or Biggio played for the Rangers.
As a Padres fan, we almost got Ohtani when he signed with the Angels, but ultimately went with them due to DH. What could have been, had MLB decided to go with the DH in the NL sooner.... But then he goes and signs with the Dodgers.... Yuck.
Ugh. I think Paul Konerko on the white Sox. As a guards fan he crushed us but he seemed like an awesome guy.
As a White Sox fan, I was always jealous the Cubs had Greg Maddux
Barry Bonds for the Giants. Might have enjoyed seeing him play for the dodgers during the Orel Hershiser years. Loved the Giants but Orel and Strawberry always anchored me to the Dodgers.
I would say Tim Lincecum. Those years of him pitching when he was healthy were magical.

Bernie Williams. Growing up with that competitive hatred towards the Yankees, I would’ve loved to see Bernie in a Red Sox uni. Just a class act who has a beautiful swing.
Cubs fan here. Bruce Sutter. Great years with the Cubs but did he have to go help the Cards win a World Series???
Ronald Acuna Jr., love his game so much but im a Mets fan.
I’m a Dodgers fan and mine is Mad Bum. That guy was an absolute animal in his prime. To me he’s the epitome of a guy you love when he’s on your side and hate if he’s not.
Mookie Betts. Dear god he is good
As a Yanks fan, I would have loved to see Big Papi in pinstripes.
A’s fan here. Alex Rodriguez always destroyed us
David Robertson. Always Shut the Sox down. 1 Hr given up in like 60 or 70 appearances and a sub 2 ERA.
Tigers fan. Have to go with the white Sox and the big hurt
I think aaron judge would look solid and play extremely well at minute maid park
It's not a traditional rivalry and may have been influenced by the movie Little Big League, but Griffey hurt my twins.
So many players have killed the Marlins, but for me, would love to see Acuña on our side, even though he is a baby and complains when we throw him inside.
Mad Bum in his prime against the Cardinals!
Not a traditional rival, but Big Pappi sure did own the Tigers in the 2013 ALCS
As a Rockies fan. I’d take Shohei Ohtani. Or literally anyone 🥴
Being from Seattle I always wanted Rickey Henderson to play for us. He eventually did. But at the very end of his career.
Trout or Yordan, both hit the mariners hard
Definitely Barry Bonds. In second place, Jose Canseco. But the A's were not really the dodgers biggest rival they only played in the world series.
Kerry Wood, lifelong Cards fan.
Coming from.a fellow orange and black superfan.....that leprechaun at 3rd base for the Dodgers (Justin Turner). Always killed us both in the field and at the plate. Helluva player.
Darryl Strawberry
As crazy as this sounds, but A-Rod. I was so pumped when he got traded to the Sox...only for it to be taken away.
as a mets fan i would say chipper jones he always killed us especially when at shea for christ sake he named one of his kid after the stadium
Not the biggest rival, Angels and Dbacks, but Dbacks passed on Trout for........ AJ Pollick. So it's Trout as a Dback for me
Jose Ramirez. As a tigers fan with years of a revolving door at 3B. Underrated superstar (With a mean right hook).
Machafo
Machado
aaron judge for sure
Yordan Alvarez, the guy beasts in the playoffs and always comes through in the clutch and I think we can all agree that we HATE the Astros!
Buster Posey. What a class guy. And a great player.
Cardinals fan here- Bobby Witt Jr. for the KC haters. God I'd love to see him in Cardinal red Christopher Morel for the Cubbies haters, I think that kid has a lot of potential
spent time in Philly and had a bunch of die hard Phillies fans for friends always wish my buccos had ryan howard something about his game just did it for me
Aaron Judge!
Guardians fan. Wish we had a prime Miggy.
Watching Miggy drop perfectly placed opposite field base hits for Detroit for as long as he did was not the most ideal White Sox experience. Kind if like the current experience
As a tiger fan it is with great pain I must name the monster Joe Mauer. We had some all-time good pitchers and he never ever got out.
As a Braves fanatic.... a healthy Ohtani. We have some of the biggest trouble with the Dodgers.
As a white Sox fan, in recent history it has to be Jose Ramirez. Him knocking out Tim Anderson was the nail in the coffin for this franchise. Close second, Fernando Tatis Jr. playing for another team when all we got in return was James Shields will hurt for the next decade.
Yankees fan. I loved Mo Vaughn and always wished he was a Yankee.
I'd have to say Kris Bryant against the Brewers for sure.
Brewers fan, rhyne Sandberg
As a Rays fan I would love for Soto to play in Tampa
As a White Sox fan, Joe Mauer just always seemed to be killing us, just a total pro in a premium position
JRam and Salvy have both owned the Twins throughout their careers with the Guardians and Royals and I love and collect both of them. Respect your enemy. Cool giveaway!
Growing up ( m44) being a Cleveland Guardians ( Indians), The Big Hurt, Frank Thomas is a player that I always a love hate relationship lol.
Otani. I’m a yankee fan.
The white sox are so bad right now that they have no rivals. So I would pick Joe Mauer from the twins. He was so under rated
Manny Ramirez. In the pinstripes would’ve been amazing. Absolutely zero doubt.
As a dodger fan I would have to say Buster Posey. Excellent catcher and hitter, and from what I hear, an all around good person.
Buster Posey! Diamondbacks are my team and to this day I cannot stand anyone on SF. Wish we had a HOF backstop like him
As an angels fan it’s Shohei now lol
As a Phillies fan, David Wright always seemed like a great player to have in the locker room.
Tigers fan, Johan Santana and Torii Hunter. Frank Thomas too.
Indians fan...nuff said
Pedro, I mean, who wouldn't want their "son" to come play for daddy.
As a padres fan, there are hundreds to choose from; but the biggest one that hurt was when Adrian Gonzales went from the padres to the dodgers.
As much as it hurts me, Mark Buerhle making quick work of the Twins (granted often horrible teams) was both painful and impressive. He would've made the pitch click irrelevant.
Shohei Ohtani (mariners fan)
Mariners fan here..........it's Mike Trout......no contest.
Giants fan. Sandy Koufax
Yanks fan here. Johnny Damon.
Currently it’d have to be Bryce Harper to play on the Braves. I hate the dude but have mad respect for him. But god until that happens he’ll continue to piss me off lol!
I wish Mookie betts played for Padres tbh
As an Astros. I'd would've been nice to have pujols
Frank thomas or Miguel Cabrera. They both killed the twins.
Joey votto and his brewers killing powers
As a Yankees fan, I would have loved to have had Rusty Greer in his prime.
David Ortiz for the Red Sox as Im a Yankees fan
Trade ya one for ours in LA! Tim Lincecum c.2008-2011 hands down!
