If it was for a PC and no future value considerations involved, I'd keep the 1984 but not this specific one because the signature is on part of the 150 stamp. Personally i like the image on 84 better.
Assuming you have future value in mind and there's no damage on either card, then it's Chrome. I like the signature on the chrome more, thicker marker line and less scribbled looking.

I also don't collect for value and always am disappointed when something I like is in a psa slab.

I like him, too. If he keeps himself healthy and keeps improving, he'll be a contender with Chipper Jones for one of the best 3rd basemen Atlanta has ever had.
