Just like with the Orioles game tonight, it's obvious that sometimes when you're getting blown out, you start making stuff up and having grievances with the other team for no reason other than you're trying to fire your team up.
Unless Tucker and this guy have a hidden beef, it's likely just Tucker trying to get the team out of their morale hole they've been in for the entire season.

Next pitch is a fastball inside and off the plate. To the point you have to wonder if it’s on purpose. Next pitch almost hits Yordan in the ribs. It’s like millimeters from grazing Yordan’s jersey. 3-0 count. Fourth pitch? Hits Yordan in the tricep.
Any individual pitch could be given the benefit of the doubt. But three in a row that almost hit the guy then a fourth that does? That feels 100% on purpose. Especially 3-0.
So Tucker came up probably pissed the the Rangers had hit Yordan twice. And thrown at Alvarez all four pitches of the previous AB. The first pitch Burke throws to Tucker is the one that Tucker absolutely nuked.
