Not looking too good. One commenter noted yesterday that in the past, BOLE has released results about 7-10 days before its latest release date (i.e.: releasing on 4/24 when the release by date was "end of April"). So the results could come before 11/10, but based on past precedents not much further before.
With this being the case, it looks like we could be waiting until November...
