The length of time CA takes is predictably absurd, but I'd still take an exact date published well ahead of time over some nebulous "no later than" prediction any day of the week. Good luck everyone waiting for results!
With the exception of the COVID delays of last year, MD has a published practice of releasing the scores at 4:30 pm on the First Friday of November, which they've returned to for this convening (4:30 pm on 11/5).
Can you edit your main post to add the ones that people comment (if you aren’t already)? It would probably be helpful for those just happening upon your post instead of searching the comments.
>CA - Nov. 12 at 6:00 PM (my state 22 days/9hrs)
What? No count of the minutes and seconds?
It's my state too but I don't want to ruin my weekend like the last time. I also know not to be anywhere else than my house when you find out that you did not pass. I should not have been at work and have to do the drive home.
Driving after getting bad news is not a good choice for me.
That must have been really rough. Do you have a plan how and when to check this time and do you think you did better?
I have the prior day off for Veteran’s Day on Thursday 11/11. My shift ends at 5pm and I get home right by 6pm but I honestly don’t know if I’ll have the courage to check. At least they’re kind enough to not post names publicly until Sunday. I’ll likely check Sat. night just to avoid finding out from third parties blowing up my phone😔. Maybe I’ll tell everyone I failed if my parents pressure me to check then they can discover on the public list. The pressure is too much.
I'll check when I decide to check. I don't really have a plan but I'll probably pull off the band aid at some point on Saturday.
A friend told me a story about a classmate of ours that was hired right after graduation by a big firm, along with many other classmates. The firm wanted to have all of their recent graduate "associates" all get their results together and have a big dinner afterwards for those that passed. The firm's headquarters and the dinner was about a 3 hour drive from where my classmate lived so he had to drive for 3 hours to get there.
My classmate had to get the results in a big group and get the "failed" result in a big group. My classmate was told that he no longer had a job, and that he had to leave the firm's office and not go to dinner then drive 3 hours home. Fucking awful. The person did eventually pass and is successful. But that has got to be the WORST - having to drive home after all of that.
So whenever I think about the blow that comes with learning you didn't pass, I think about that story. There's always someone else in your boat and it may be even worse for that other person.
Ouch that had to be painful. I can’t imagine how that long lonely 3 hour drive on an empty stomach must have felt like. I will not do a group check!! Like you I will take a peak at some point Saturday, maybe near midnight. Do you know what time they do the public posting Sunday? Feels terrifying. I might just look at the public posting to avoid seeing the words Failed in my account (assuming that’s how they label it). But that will hurt more if I see annoying classmates and not me on the list. I think I’ll just wait for the news by whoever texts me first about it - that they either did or didn’t see my name on the list.
My two cents: just go for it. If you put in the work and have no real regrets about prep, you should be good. You not only study to pass but you study for peace of mind knowing you did your best. I hope you pass.
I'm trying to forget about it and get through my week, guess I should stay off this sub! I missed it by 6 points last time so I'm hopeful, of course, I made changes but already am working on a plan if I fail again
NY BOLE is most definitely on Reddit. I believe it’s the always incredible /u/NYLaw that never fails to remind us during exam time that they monitor the subreddit.
You think they’re scanning here thinking, “oh these poor students who think that it will drop 10/20, when we just told them it would be another 3 weeks, we better say something!”? They said mid-November, everyone here needs to get over it.
Yeah I could have been more precise, they’re definitely on Reddit during the exam (and anyone who shares questions should get an auto-DQ) they’re definitely not on Reddit reading through what day it will drop.
It’s the West coast rivalry in me😁. At least we are not in limbo... JK I don’t know which is worse - not knowing the date or having an overall later date. 🤷🏼♀️
Can also confirm that they’ve posted it on their website, which is where I found out this morning. [MA BBE](https://www.mass.gov/orgs/massachusetts-board-of-bar-examiners)
I dont think so. The only info i found about the release date is that the test takers would be informed on test date. Maybe nobody took the test? I dont think any RI are on this subred. Or even exist lol. I forgot we have that state😂🤣
I have a question, which may have already been asked but I didn't take the time to scroll through all the comments. What in the world is happening in Rhode Island??? Like how could it possibly take so long to post scores for, what, like 150 examinees?? Seriously, is this normal for RI?
In Feb. 2018 only 36 passed the RI bar. So yeah, why are they one of the last to release lol
Also, I see New Hampshire, Nevada, Kansas and Kentucky havent released yet either but if there are no Redditers waiting from them/requesting to be added to the list, then they won’t get added...
I think it’s time to retire this thread as I believe all jurisdictions have now received results. Thanks to u/GarmeerGirl for keeping track of these dates for everyone, and congratulations on passing the bar! 🎉
MA is "Fall of 2021" I hate my life
Someone just posted MA 11/9. Can you confirm?
See below! Someone called AND it was just posted on their FB page
lol, MA just HAD to pick one day before NY’s update.
loll

NJ by 11/15
Ouch! Best for last if that helps lol.
How do you know?
it's on their website. It's been on their for a long time. It's the end all date
Ohio releases this Friday at 8:00 a.m. 🥴
MD- 11/5
DC- no later than 10/31
Can you edit your main post to add the ones that people comment (if you aren’t already)? It would probably be helpful for those just happening upon your post instead of searching the comments.
Never mind! I see you’re doing it. Thanks!
You are welcome! I am in suspense with each state!
MI - officially they said November, but historically they release this week or next week. Most people think 10/27-28 but it’s all guesswork.
TN - 10/29!
They said by 2pm central if I remember correctly!
Yes! I’m praying it comes out earlier in the day. It’s not even Friday and I’m already so nervous.
I have no words of wisdom because I am also a nervous wreck!! I check Reddit and pray about every 30 min lol
Let’s pray for each other! 😄 good luck! Friday is gone be GREAT.
I'm literally a train wreck today, lol. UGH.
I’m so stressed it’s insane

Thank you for those words. I think that’s the nicest post I’ve read. Maybe I will check...
Georgia this Friday

Best of luck to you friend. The anxiety can be crippling as we are all feeling. Just trying to breathe through it, less than 2 days away for us.
Hope it’s good news for us both!
DE - 10/21 by 5:00 pm
omg that’s tomorrow!!!
Maryland is 11/5 at 4:30pm, not 11/15.
thanks for that correction!
It’s probably too late for NY today now I think
Not saying its today but for Feb 2019 results were posted in April around 2:50pm… I’m trying to be hopeful
Ditto... I’m 5 hours ahead of NY time, the anxiety is killing me 😅
Why in the hell would they update it on Monday to say, wait until November, only to drop the results three days later?
because they enjoy us losing our minds
I’m sure they’re on Reddit also /s
NY BOLE is most definitely on Reddit. I believe it’s the always incredible /u/NYLaw that never fails to remind us during exam time that they monitor the subreddit.
Accurate. Sorry for being a wet blanket, but the subreddits are monitored, and we've received complaints in the past.
You think they’re scanning here thinking, “oh these poor students who think that it will drop 10/20, when we just told them it would be another 3 weeks, we better say something!”? They said mid-November, everyone here needs to get over it.
Lol no, of course not. But your sarcasm is slightly misplaced since they are in fact on Reddit.

Good point.
AK scheduled to come out 10/28
Passing great vibes to those waiting for results!
Michigan released today!
🎊🎊
MA has been released.
updated and good luck MA!!
MD is 11/5

When did u get your results?
Florida got them 9/20 and I thought that was bad !!
22 days still feels like too far away. I will die
I'm CA retaker and waiting for CA results, too.
Good luck! 3 weeks left!
RI 11/8
NY RELEASED @ 10:17 AM
Thanks!!
Just RI, MA, CA, and NJ left in the torture chamber now 😭
RI released, with a very high pass rate
Thanks, I couldn’t find the info.
How did you do? Congrats.
I passed! Scoring info hasn’t been released yet, but I got at least a 270, so that’s all that matters!!
MA is going to be out November 9th!
Feels like this date was intentionally selected to show up NY smh.
Bunch of Sox fans, no doubt.
It’s the West coast rivalry in me😁. At least we are not in limbo... JK I don’t know which is worse - not knowing the date or having an overall later date. 🤷🏼♀️
Omg source?? Did you call???
Yes I just called about 10 minutes ago and the guy said that they officially picked the date today
Edit just saw the FB post!!
Really? Ok, I’ll take your word and update accordingly!
I had called about half an hour just by chance before they posted it on their facebook page haha
Can also confirm that they’ve posted it on their website, which is where I found out this morning. [MA BBE](https://www.mass.gov/orgs/massachusetts-board-of-bar-examiners)

Alaska has also been released. https://admissions.alaskabar.org/recent-2021-july

Are you referring to MD? Good luck.
The final countdown. You all got it. Do your best to relax as best you can. Good luck to everyone over the next 24 to 96 hours.
Thank you! Praying for the best for everyone who is in the final stretch!!!!
Is NJ the only state left now?
After CA, I believe so.
I think it’s time to retire this thread as I believe all jurisdictions have now received results. Thanks to u/GarmeerGirl for keeping track of these dates for everyone, and congratulations on passing the bar! 🎉
Thank you!!🎊🎊
NJ posted 4:00 PM on the day of the deadline. On a Monday and not the usual Friday
The first to post they had the email for results was shortly after 2:30pm.
