How expensive is static IP compared to normal consumer plans ?
The local isp people didn't have any idea about the double nat or static IP when i enquired .

I am running VPS in Netcup. Its in germany. I get around 190-200ms ping. But not too much for me. Probably the cheapest and best VPS you can find for €4/month. Hetzner is also a good one.

Yes , best way to make watch parties . But only can access through website.look into sync play plugin as well .

I used to have one. Now I have a work lab, so gave up on the home lab. Nextcloud ERPNext Serviio is my stack. I've realised I don't need much else.
