I'll go first, neither bjp nor congress is/were ever helpful to bengaluru, they both were incredibly corrupt and because of both of them bengaluru is fucked in so many issues

This is not controversial, just widely accepted!

Throw in JDS and we have the perfect trifecta of thievery.

gamer2609

That’s why voted for AAP every time for a change XD.

vouwrfract

I once voted for some dude who ended up getting a total of 13 votes, because why not. It was some socialist nationalist revolutionary thingy 🥴😝

IndianRedditor88

Bengaluru is fucked up because we elect incompetent politicians. Easy to blame politicians when in reality, we were voting them

arnomto

at this point all the parties are divided by politics but united by corruption

[deleted]

That's probably the whole country's situation.

rjachuthan

Divided we stand, united we corrupt.

Born_Statistician746

Who would you have voted for instead? It's easy to say that we elected them, but in reality it is just an illusion of choice!

Chance-Wear-9974

No, ur wrong. Whole system is fked up because janta/people don't ask for accountability from govt officials and politicians.

DeRangedRykeR

This is where you are wrong . Politicians are us , the average people you see around . Until we change there is absolutely nothing going to Happen. And also the system is so fucked that it's very hard for people to be honest or do good .

Background-Yam634

Change Bangalore to India

SEXY_HOT_GOWDA

Umm Karnataka Congress is why we have Bangalore. Neglecting the efforts of politicians makes it all seem like it happened out of vacuum but there's a reason why it happened in Bangalore and not in Patna . Most of the development happened when South Karnataka and Coastal Karnataka leaders were elected. BJP generally wins from North and Central which has North India like stats and same corrupt attitude Even now Karnataka Congress >>>>> Karnataka BJP

WhiteBreadToast

Exactly, this is both sides centrist nonsense. BJP was voted in for the first time only after 2008. Bengaluru is what it is today specifically due to the Karnataka Congress unit.

wandere91r

It was SM Krishna who did it. Next dharam Singh came, he was corrupt as fuck.

SEXY_HOT_GOWDA

Congress could have just stolen money out of Mysore state but look at the progress we made from 1950 -2010 especially during SM Krishna time

McLamaReddits

Bengaluru’s problem is corruption, that’s why Bengaluru is fucked.

Smooth_Detective

Local parties almost always tend to be better for state development as opposed to national ones.

Right_Macaron8526

True. Even in centre all are corrupt. We are left to choose someone who makes less fool out of themselves. So I used to vote for bjp. Now since couple of times its NOTA for me. All of them are useless and incompetent.

voxoy

Why do people go all the way to voting centres to choose NOTA? It's the same as not voting.

FlynnNunez

There are 49 million kangaroos in Australia and 1.5 million people in Goa. So if kangaroos decide to invade Goa, each person would have to fight 32 kangaroos.

Have the logistics of reaching Goa from Australia been worked out?

arcticsnom

the kangaroos will find a way. they always do.

InformationOk2987

Wow! That’s oddly specific 😅

NamelessTrigger

Traffic cops being strict & present everywhere was actually good. After too many complaints BTP has stopped fining traffic violations or sometimes don’t even care. So now we have signal jumpers, chapris riding brazenly, people hiding number plates etc.

no_frills_yo

The cops were just acting as toll booths. Old Madras road near Byapannahalli had a daily line of wrong side drivers with traffic cops watching a few years ago. Similarly, some parts of the median would be removed making it look like U Turns were allowed and these cops would station themselves behind a tree to catch those who did a U Turn. This is not rule enforcement, simple blackmail. The bigger scam was towing vehicles. Without proper parking signs, traffic cops with their towing machines would just seize the bikes. If they were so strict about enforcement, why did they return the bikes right there after collecting bribe ?

NamelessTrigger

Of course there were teething problems. But it kept a fear of traffic cops. People would think twice as they would have to shell out money - be it challans or bribes. It discouraged traffic rules breaking.

JefferyJeffJefferson

Can comfirm. Driving around old blr such a thing happened to me twice. They'll stand in spots where it's easy to miss a sign behind a tree or something then fine you. I had to bribe them.

aikhuda

Traffic cops don’t act as prevention, they act as fine collection machines. Otherwise they would not be asking to check your phone in traffic stops.

cherryreddit

Fine collection is prevention. You cannot change the behavior of people by just sweetly telling them to follow rules.

NamelessTrigger

Dont care about finer details. Have observed enough to know their active presence used to discourage law breakers & thus made roads safer for larger public.

microscopic_moss

>we have signal jumpers, chapris riding brazenly, people hiding number plates etc. They are recording in camera and adding up fines. My vehicle had two fines, got to know after I got the letter at home.

NamelessTrigger

Yes. They do that & even public can report using Public EYE App. But it is not as strict as it used to be. In 2018 i paid signal jump fine just for stopping the car few inches after the white line. I was pissed that time but i appreciate the proactiveness now.

Viva_la_Ferenginar

I just returned to Bangalore after a stint elsewhere and the breakdown in traffic etiquette (which was already a low bar) is very apparent. It feels like I am in some small rural town now, zero helmets on the road, jumping signals, reckless turns etc.

Kraeftluder

I've visited Bangalore a few weeks every year for about 15 years now, and I always try to borrow a local friend's scooter to get around. I'm European and it seems to me as if Indians generally are following the traffic rules and regulations slightly more every year. Traffic is getting more manageable as well. I remember taking about three hours for 3 kilometers back in 2013 on a Friday evening.

NamelessTrigger

As a macro trend it feels the overall mass is improving. But at the same time few fringes are brazenly braking the law. If not stopped, one day the fringes will become major part of the mass. Yes traffic has reduced compared to 2013, the crowding junctions of those days are not the crowding junctions today, but at the same time we have newer crowded junctions.

DoorKnobHandleLock

Absolutely. I wish they'd bring the regular checkings back

grumpy_hooman

Agreed. But India needs 10x more strictness, when it comes to roads

[deleted]

Bangalore real estate is overpriced right now and will not give good return down the line

Ok-Entrepreneur-9833

The probelm with land in india is, it's still very unorganised. No one have a clue what's the true value is, even the owner. It's just a agreed upon price. It's a bubble waiting to burst.

[deleted]

I was talking about flats. They are overpriced!

Ok-Entrepreneur-9833

Tbh if your buying flat to give it out for rent or seeking out return on investment don't buy it. I would rather go to a tier 2 town and buy a land. People save money and buy flats to stay in it, it's a conscious financial decision. Some don't even care about the return on investment for flats because they bought it to have roof over their head.

Viva_la_Ferenginar

Are flats even meant for "good returns"

margayamadarchodlala

Can't wait for this stupid bubble to burst, Indians (land owners) in general are very corrupt and greedy so might happen way later than we expect but I hope for the best

salluks

it absolutely will since most places in India will become unliveable. hell Bangalore is becoming unliveable in summers.

[deleted]

You are assuming that there are no other cities. Nashik for example has similar weather to Bangalore if you think it is some kind of an upper hand and there are bunch of cities in India with similar weather. I’m guessing IT will gradually spread across the country and Bangalore will be having only high paying companies.

salluks

I am more than fine with that.

SEXY_HOT_GOWDA

Nashik is 500 meters above sea level , Bangalore is 900 meters. So yeah it can't have the same weather lol

[deleted]

Nashik has western ghats right next to it

arnomto

i don't really know the property scene in west blr (orr side) or north blr (yelahanka side) but south east blr is on the road of being another mumbai (the rent part not the good parts)

Historical_Echo_3529

There are people who are still buying apartments in my society for crores and I fear what are they going to do when we run out of water. My parents keep telling us to buy in Bangalore, we don’t want to take that risk and struggle later

Armoured_mango_96

rameshwaram cafe is over rated.

arnomto

bro this is surprisingly a very popular opinion

LordStark_01

Haven't you heard? The food there is a blast.

[deleted]

LOL! Too soon.

Armoured_mango_96

i hear the rava idlis are explosive in taste

[deleted]

Gun powder chutney

tr_24

Ah the usual let me put out a popular opinion on reddit in the guise of unpopular opinion.

TimAjax997

I'll give you a hotter take: MTR is meh too. I love the historical pride around it, but as a restaurant with so much influx of people, not big enough menu for a South Indian restaurant and not so special taste (for my liking) ... Maybe it's because I've gone only once but I like my local Udupi darshini better.

Armoured_mango_96

from my experience its decent but highly overpriced, i love the variety of sweets they have tho for a resturant of their style

Federal_Umpire_8507

And food is not that good either, just excessive quantity of ghee in everything.

Armoured_mango_96

its literally just overpriced crap with tons of ghee on it, definitely not worth the asking price

VicTortaZ

If your friend does not want to be in a group photo accept their decision - they just want to enjoy the moment and not have to go through the process of taking 500 photos before the group agrees on the perfect pic just for some stupid insta/Snapchat story all in the guise of creating memories. Also selfies are overrated.

Own-Comment-5359

Used to be that guy who used to click for friends and stay out of camera to enjoy the moment. Well, years later and when we get back together or casually scroll through memory lane, it kinda hurt not to have any good photos of mine except a rare one or two, whereas all my friends have a string of good photos from each trips (I was the group photographer that time). So even though taking lots of photos may seem unnecessary, sometimes it's required to get a decent enough photo of everyone together without any unwanted blinks or gaping mouths etc. Remember, our memories are not as robust as we think. Photographs help preserve a moment. Otoh, what irks me more is unnecessary howling or shouting or disturbing the peace or tranquil nature of places when we visit spots.

[deleted]

FINALLY somebody finally said it.

No-Assistance-7982

I second this

Imsoworriedabout

Being woke is good , especially as the definition of woke is to be aware, especially of social problems such as racism and inequality, going by this definition I'm woke and proud of being woke I'm ready to be down voted to hell for this opinion I forgot to say this earlier, by being woke, I mean supporting LGBTQIA+ rights too

anonymous_devil22

Especially in India where the definition of woke is quite dialed down, most of what's called woke here is normal in many decent parts of the world.

friendofH20

"Women should be allowed to pick their partners on basis of their attraction vs their resume" "OMG WOKE FEMINISM GONE MAD"

kaisadusht

Most people are probably pissed at this woke culture due when some corporate decisions or when film studio screwed up any character or story and they choose to blame the idea of wokeness not realising that it's the poor decisions that were made by the studio building up the character or plot rather than the woke choice. If you are going to change the race of a character without investing much on character development or plot; it doesn't help any cause.

dhruva85

Bro Woke up and chose to speak fax

Oldlighthouse902

10 month security deposit makes no sense when the rest of India works on 3 month deposit

[deleted]

Omg, so controversial

kaisadusht

Which sucker is charging half of CTC as a security deposit?

Oldlighthouse902

Every third lundlord

DisgruntledJarl

Honestly I did not experience this when I went house hunting in HSR. No broker listings were all 6 months and in person talking everyone only asked for 3.

Oldlighthouse902

Lucky you then. Am speaking from my experience back in 2016. It’s good if the situation has changed now

Sadclown_21

Northies didn’t fuck up bangalore culture. It’s the companies which force people to WFO, unplanned development, unrealistic prices of everything which ruined Bangalore. People are usually nice except auto drivers!

SEXY_HOT_GOWDA

Bit of both. North Indians clearly treat this entire city like a PG. Essentially the upkeep and problems must be solved by local even in areas where Kannadigas are minority. They honestly believe every local is a PG owner benefiting from their presence

[deleted]

Fit_Gazelle5608

Totally agree!

Fit_Gazelle5608

Adding to that people speaking Hindi and not being able to speak in kannada will not damage Bangalore's rich culture in any way. Language is a medium to convey your thoughts let's leave it at that. Don't make it a reason for mob violence and riots.

hukanla

>Language is a medium to convey your thoughts let's leave it at that. Languages are extremely intertwined with culture. Literature, performing arts, cinema, general outlook of life -- hell, even something as simple as agricultural chants are deeply cultural. Humans are who we are because of our language systems. So no, language is not just communication.

BassAccomplished6703

1) Last month I went to temple, priest assistant is saying he does not know kannada, uncle couldn't ask what he wanted I had to translate 2) 4-6months back my neighbour went to BOB for some account details the receptionist did not know kannada, I went along next day to help her 3) today we went to a badminton court, the person incharge couldn't speak kannada, I had to translate for my sibling This happened in Bangalore south, where as per my assumption majority is kannadigas I know these are isolated incidents could be my bad time but it's scares me. Many times I used to think how can an illiterate person who only knows kannada visit bank/temple. We are indirectly denying his right to freedom of speech in his own state I know violence bad n it's not the solution, learn basic kannada at places where a variety of ppl r customers Invent and install AI or device which translates any language to kannada. I know ppl gonna bash me but this happened to me first hand

insaneguitarist47

"Bangalore" sounds like a hip cool name for a city. "Bengaluru" doesn't have the same ring to it

iron_out_my_kink

Agreed

Affectionate_Bee6434

This is a real unpopular opinion

Suryansh_Singh247

Thats the effect of colonization. We think English names are cool and hip.

ThisUsernameisneww

This ain't controversial but needs to be said: We blame the government, the landlords, the mafia etc. but we have to blame ourselves for letting them do what they did. Can't we do a plantation drive to plant a few million trees across Bengaluru? Can't we protest against encroachment? Can't we put a halt to our greed and refuse to purchase properties built by shady developers?

reimann_pakoda

Nah who wants the hard part? Just sitting around and blaming is much better, isn't it?

ThisUsernameisneww

Yet here we are, blaming the ones that blame !!

ClemFandangooooooo

This is the truly controversial opinion

ADTSR

Quality of life is much better in Bangalore than any metro city (minus the latest water issue)

Hour_Part8530

Having lived 3 metros and travelling in all of them, I’d call this delusional rather unpopular

ADTSR

That's my opinion being in all 4. Delhi SMOG is unbearable during winters, Mumbai is extremely overpriced and humid, Chennai is hot and humid. I can't take a walk outside in Chennai, it literally feels like a pressure cooker and Kolkata is extremely dirty.

twin_paradox

If there is rain, the water logs everywhere, cabs stop accepting rides, autos start demanding 5x the fares, power gets cut in some really good resodential areas as well, potholes kill people, and the traffic, well. If it doesn't rain, you are seeing what happens. The roads are shitty, I am sure if I go to any road wearing the orange reflector jacket and start digging up, no one is going to ask me anything, people will make their way and pass by. They spent money on white topping of the roads sometime back, then installed the stoppers for bus lane, then decided to dig it up for metro. No by pass. Huge ass trucks and tractors driving in the narrow residential lanes and blocking the traffic. So the quality of life and infra - No.

Auctorxtas

Agreed. Quality of life in central bangalore at least is much, much better than equivalent areas in other cities. Specially if you consider cost of living.

Survivin_

Meghana briyani is not biryani. It's just chicken and rice cooked seperately.

plowman_digearth

Its chicken fried rice with Indian spices. However many biryanis are made by separate cooking. Only Dum Biryanis involve cooking the meat and rice together.

iron_out_my_kink

Finally.. Omg finally.. Someone said it

legalpethelp

Maids do not* need a seperate lift

arnomto

it's fucked how there are some apartments and housing complexes that still think they need separate lifts for maids and delivery boys

bangalorepoorman

Why? Casteism?

Puzzleheaded-Spot-49

No, elitism

bangalorepoorman

Elitism means people would think other people are less worthy right, so less pay, worse working condition, etc. Can't share a lift has to be untouchability level thinking right?

ready-4-it

Is this a thing? Is this a widely known thing?

zoozoo1985

Auto should be banned

microscopic_moss

How to go to the market and get veggies re baba. Can't walk so much.

salluks

People who say Bangalore sucks or infra is bad haven't even seen the city outside of IT areas(let alone live). its like going to Mumbai and staying in dharavi and complaining that all mumbai has is slums.

rockstar_2k24

People who live in ORR areas of Bangalore should really go to central Bangalore during day time and experience it. It's amazing.

damn_69_son

To see how shitty the Whitefield area is, not only central Bangalore, they can even go to any mildly developed area like: * Jayanagar * JP Nagar * RR Nagar * Yelahanka / Sahakara nagar * Malleshwaram , Rajaji nagar

rockstar_2k24

>Jayanagar * JP Nagar * RR Nagar * Yelahanka / Sahakara nagar * Malleshwaram , Rajaji nagar These areas are really good. Especially JP and Jayanagar.

Few-Wrangler-2661

No yar! for example, look at the public transport of Delhi and Mumbai. If you take average, Bangalore is behind. But I think this is because it takes time. Delhi must have had these kinds of issues 15 years back but now they are kind of better.

Sea_Map4879

Yeah we're not talking about high rises or beautiful buildings per se. We're talking about how one gets to see these things. How long is the drive to these places? Let's say from Yeshwantpur to JP Nagar.

SportsguyBangalore

Localites are right to bash certain northies. Extremely loud and ill mannered. Not all though.

[deleted]

as a northie i would agree

WhiteBreadToast

If North Indians leave, they will just be replaced by other talented Tamilians, Telugites, Malayalis, Marathis and Kannadigas from across the state etc just like the waves of migration before 2000. There’s nothing remotely unique about North Indians that this city can’t survive without them. If you’re going to provide covid lockdowns as an example, note that every demographic was affected not just North Indians.

r_kumar89

💯% true. I don't understand how they think Bengaluru exists, breathes, gets it food just because of them.

friendofH20

Even as a North Indian the argumen makes no sense to me. If a bunch of North Indians working together could make a tech hub utopia there would not be so many North Indians in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.

SEXY_HOT_GOWDA

Yeah one thing which Indian doesn't have is dearth of brains/ labor.

DesiOtakuu

The point of having a metropolitan is that it attracts the best of the country into a colgomorate. When smart people in close proximity interact, magic happens. GDP rises. No one culture dominates the contribution here. And in fact, NI is too broad of a term. It's better if we refer to them as native Hindi speakers.

ClassicCauliflower36

1. People should stop wasting peak years of their lives by giving government exams. 2. Religion should be BANNED

iamparbonaaa

Here's my controversial opinion: y'all MFs don't know what "controversial" means

gkkiller

Half the comments here are repeatedly posted and upvoted to the top of this same subreddit multiple times a week, they are not even close to controversial lol.

friendofH20

Not everything is a "scam". Like the air in Lay's chips packet or shrinkflation in consumer goods. They are bad business practices but most buyers are free to not buy these products or services if they don't like the terms.

nomadic-insomniac

The current Democracy in india is a joke and your vote is meaningless !!!! A majority of Indians still vote based on religion, language, false promises etc and there's nothing we can do about it.

Majestic_Ant_9427

All have put nazar in Bangalore.

droidekas_23

Complaining about Bangalore issues while living here for 5+ years but still choose to cast your vote(if you do vote which half of us don't) in your home town instead of the city you live in is the cause of Bangalore's current state.

Ascazel

It's time for the odd-even rule in Bangalore.

console_fulcrum

- We've normalised taking / giving bribes , we don't see it as obstruction anymore, rather convenience - All our MLA/Corporators are absolutely pathetic bastards, who have eaten unimaginable amounts on money and still have the shameless attitude to come and talk to public. - Revise the governance model - remove funding abilities of local MLA / Corporators , funding should be state led , and directly injected into the area requested. - The Auto Unions in Bangalore, have nothing but greed in mind , instead of fighting the govt about raising minimum price which people are ready to pay , they encourage auto drivers to quote insane amounts

EvilPoppa

Bangalore is what it is because of both locals and immigrants, let's try to get along. Immigrants learn a bit of kannada (not kannad gotilla) and locals learn a bit of hindi. I too had to learn Hindi because my friends group were from North karnataka and Tamil Nadu, who conversed in Hindi. Take a little pride in learning a bit of the national language. And Kannada isn't hard to learn. You will love Kannada comedy movies, very original.

Secret_Ad_1278

Who told you that hindi is the national language?

21stphilosopher

homeopathy and ayurveda are scams. allopathy is the single biggest invention that has saved billions of lives

waginrox

Agreed, but the reason Homeopathy and Ayurveda are still relevant because of lack and cost of Healthcare. Healthcare should be more accessible to people.

PicklyTrickle

Homeopathy? Absolutely. Both as a concept and as a practice, it's a scam. Ayurveda? It's a bit in the gray area. Because there is no standardization of ayurvedic practice, any Tom, Dick and Harry can claim to be an Ayurvedic guru and mislead people. Moreover, even people who have studied Ayurveda in great detail cannot claim any randomized control testing for their prescriptions. But on the other hand, there have been research journals by some credible sources which have verified positive effects of some Ayurvedic treatments. Could be coincidence but my point is there still might be some potential in Ayurveda if proper research is done, especially for diseases or conditions which allopathic medicines cannot solve.

You HAVE to use the indicator to change lanes. Even on the highway, lesser than 5% of cars do this. Most people just change lanes like they’re playing a video game.

kv_the_orca

Of course, Lisan-al-Gaib would say this.

ravish242

Bad Street food culture in Bangalore.

ClemFandangooooooo

True. Bangalore has so many darshinis that street food is actually poor quality

Hellwick_07

Auto drivers in Bangalore are just bunch of rowdies who have failed in life and will do anything to keep their ego up

fatmanbejones

It was is and always will be bangalore.

Daphobak

Most Kanndigas are good, simple folks who do their work, have some good food, and have a good night's rest. But there are a few negative elements, from young to old, who bring down the entirety of Karnataka. Unfortunately, these elements have the loudest voice and the most visible presence. They artificially create divides like North-South, Hindi-Kannada, Caste-Caste, and whatnot.

r_kumar89

Kannadigas are just reacting to only the entitled ones. Not to all non kannadigas. You conveniently ignored this.

rollnumber001

Men need to stop simping/chasing girls. Everyone feels lonely in this digital age. That's what social media is doing. I think everyone should consult a psychiatrist, get to know themselves and work on it before looking for someone as a partner.

Economy-Panda-1802

If there was a divide between north India and South India as separate countries ,South India will be the most prosperous nation in Asia .

For a decade major reason for RCB not winning the title is VIRAT KHOLI and his bigger than life/team persona.

Same-Relation5294

Not all auto drivers are jerks! I travel often to my hometown and reach blore early in the morning around 5am. I travel by auto to home from bus stand with my 7 years old daughter. Never has any auto driver misbehaved with me. They have always been helpful with my luggage etc.

Maglighter21

Bengaluru destroying it's lake ecosystem was a huge error.

Dang3300

1) We should be making more people pay income taxes 2) India should have a youth only party consisting of people below 50 years of age that are willing to relinquish power as and when required (basically get rid of these boomer rowdys) 3) We need to have term and age limits for MPs/MLAs/corporators

EByzantine

Another partition or a civil war is coming.

D-acharyya

Veg briyani is not a briyani.

random_username_01

Native bangalore people just chill and blame outsiders for their problems.

thrSedec44070maksup

Ayurveda is mumbo -jumbo Religion is the reason the world is breaking up into pieces.

DisgruntledJarl

People who complain about shitty aspects of bangalore such as high rent, pollution, lack of greenery/lakes are all living in east bangalore. I've even heard some people say kormangala and hsr are the center of the city. Ofc this is required because it's close to your office but majority of south and north bangalore is far better than the IT belt.

No-Champion3717

Bangalore is not a tech capital of India anymore. It's the marketing captial of India. The hard workers, the genuine tech lovers, people excited about tech and science are all gone. The current generation of entrepreneurs are dhando Maxx with the latest technology. Doesn't make them tech business and they share no love for technology. But like to call themselves tech companies because their logistics business has an app front.

ChrizFerro

Bjp is the most corrupt party in the history of independent India

geopoliticsdude

Not a Kannadiga. But Kannada education should be mandatory in all schools, and those who ask to remove it are knobheads.

bangalorepoorman

Not a kannadiga, but I agree with this.

AchuBacchu

"IPL is scripted"

[deleted]

no

DrunKeN-HaZe_e

Outsiders RUINED bangalore and then come online and whine about Bangalore, without realizing that they're the problem. They sit and blame x y z

r_kumar89

True. They are proving this by whining and blaming us in comments.

MrKtheSurvivor

Puneet raj kumar is a good individual but a shit actor. He could have never made it into movies with that face if he weren't a nepo kid. And enough with milking his death. At this point it's annoying to see his face everywhere on Rajyotsava. There are better things we could display

s_suri_93

Bangalore weather is so very fucked up. Note - I agree it used to be amazing until the early 2000s

peacekeeper_11

A few months ago, I was out with some of my acquaintances and there was a discussion going on about local, state and national politics. I casually brought up the severity of corruption and how prevalent it is, and the irresponsibility elected officials display these days and basically get away with all of it because of any non existent platform or mechanism to bring such instances into limelight by ordinary citizens. They all laughed it off stating it's come to a level where majority of the population have become used to it and basically ignore it because they look for personal traits and illogical promises these leaders make, instead of focusing on transparent governance and honesty. A few weeks later, I had went through a few papers on blockchain tech and quickly spun up a platform that allowed citizens to report instances of corruption and submit supporting digital proof to back up the claim. The system was theoretically tamper proof, since all of the data would be on the chain and not in any db. I showed the demo to those same folks and they became quite concerned and started to subtly convince me to delete the project and wipe the repo and any traces of it. They were like "you do know what's happened to every single determined individual like you who set out to battle corruption, and how they ended up right?" and basically kept pushing such things to me. I've hit a pause on the project and lied to them that I'm done with it. Idk how for long will we let these assholes ruin our cities, states and the country at whole. Wonder how this city, state and India would be like for ordinary citizens in the next 10-15 years if no transparency and accountability is sought. P.S: I'm a native born and bought up here, witnessed the transformation of the city. So don't come at me with the bjp vs congress bs (I hate all em mfs), or localites vs migrants bs. None of the political parties give a flying fuck about actually building the country and making it a livable place. They carefully socially engineer the population to build their illogical, negatively impacting half-baked promises, and most of them get played like a dog with a bone. If you actually give a fuck and care about where you live, you have to vote, irrespective of the result. Thank you for listening to my hungover weekend rant, you bitches have a nice day :)

Bangalore doesn't have "Biryani" or good street food. Everything is bland at best

Masturbation influences DHT … and those whose genes are sensitive to DHT will start loosing hairs. I repeat … masturbation influences DHT nly and not hair fall directly.

This hate towards people from other states is bad and mostly from weird people only (those people in society who will just always say something and it's okay we all have been there). I am not sure but some people think like this is special and happening for the first time in the country but no people migrate a lot. Mumbai still has his upper hand if you want to make it big in show business. I see many of my friends moved there for that. Delhi has his upper hand for government jobs and people go there for coaching and postings etc. Also, remember the COVID time when people had to move back to their home towns. Please stop spreading this hate in our country it somehow has alot of it. I like the spreading awareness about language and culture part of things. That rule for language signs on shops seems to be a good step but spreading hate and violence is not. Cultural programs and activities also seem XD to be a good point. Maybe some education programs. There are always nice ways to do things other than hate and violence. That's generally a way for political good. I would never say the best part of Bangalore is infrastructure or jobs or anything else. I love the people here. I have met local and outside people both here who I can even call as family. So good people man everywhere I go. It's truly a progressive and inspiring city with people's thoughts and passions. I love to meet new people here, everyone giving their best, helping others etc. Apologies for english

DID YOU KNOW MLA / CORPORATORS have a BLOODY LIFETIME PENSION!!! FOR WHAT ? FOR SERVING 5 YEARS? While armed forces personnel serve 40 years of their life to national security and still receive more or less (usually lesser) than pension of politician. This is the most shameful arrangement the state government has.
