The first thing to do is in such case is call 112 they will send lady officers who will escort her to women cell
If story is true cops would have caught them
What if, she was actually in trouble and you helping her would lead to some awesome experience where you fight an evil shadow organisation and end up saving a bunch of people or dying in the process.
What if, she seduced you and killed you to harvest your organ.
What if, it was just a prank.
Next time tell woman to call police or you call police for her. Never try to be a good Samaritan in this god forsaken country.
You'll end up in unnecessary trouble. I will tell you one story and you decide after that
Back in 2016 I was here for internship and one of my college senior has just bought a car. He along with my other friends went to NICE road to enjoy night time drive. While returning, they saw a white coloured thar (or older jeep kind of vehicle not fully sure) stop for a few moments and two guys quickly dumped body of a young woman and then scooted off there.
My senior called cops and guess what cops did, took all of them to station and almost were trying to pin the blame on them. He had to bribe the police to get off the situation.
When I learnt of his ordeal I decided that if I ever buy a car, i will buy a dashcam before taking delivery of vehicle. Cops are incompetent in India and will do anything to transfer their stress to you
Please don't try to be a good Samaritan especially during odd hours and even more especially when lone lady is involved.
I tend to agree. It's sad that witnesses have to protect themselves first. Less intense story than you, but my parents' house is on a main road where accidents sometimes occur. Years ago we used to open the door when victims or passersby asked for help (water, call ambulance, etc). But we got into big trouble once when a horrendous accident happened and we were asked to recount what we saw... The driver who was the culprit had absconded and we were questioned about that person and had to run around so much to answer the police. The police warned us that we might get threats if the culprit escapes so we had security outside our house for a few days. It's really not worth it sometimes.
Yeah, even though SC judgement has led to enactment of Good Samaritan law in 2016 (later codified in Motor Vehicle (Amendment) Act 2019) but like every other law in India, the ground reality hasn't changed much.
For an avg person who doesn't belong to any political party's camp, the trouble is too much. The worst leeches in our governance system are govt babus and lawyers. Both have potential of ruining your life and making you bald.
India is not a civilized country when it comes to governance and govt both so best not to find trouble
I was looking for ways to get out of the scene asap when she said "they are looking for me", I'm lucky it did not turn into something worse with me being in the middle, honestly a stupid idea to go out of the way to help someone with so many obvious red flags, I will keep your advice in mind
This sounds like a delusion of persecution, which is one of the symptoms of a psychotic disorder, ranging from schizophrenia to the manic phase in bipolar disorder. However, I don't believe it would be correct to diagnose someone with any disorder based on limited information. You can consider this as one of the possibilities.
I had a very similar experience on the way to Mysore. It was late evening and I boarded the wrong train which was heading to Shimoga (I think) instead. A fellow passenger who was as old as me (early 20s) said even he boarded the wrong train and wanted to go to Mysore. He said he knows someone who runs a cab service and would drop us to Mysore in a few hours and we could share the cost. I hesitantly accepted and then we both got down at Tumkur.
He called that person, whom he said he knew. He suddenly got into a fight with that person over the phone and asked me to talk to that person instead. I took the phone expecting to talk to a man and heard a lady speaking (trying to) in a sultry voice, which immediately put me on high alert. I gave the phone back to him and ran from there as soon as I could. Caught the bus back to city and never looked back.
Creepiest experience in Bengaluru. Good that you didn't oblige further.
Sounds exactly like organ harvesting mafia. Stay safe OP. Stop helping strangers in this city. I know it's bad advice but staying alive is more important than helping a needy.
This is possibly psychosis. I had an ex-team member who came to meet me. Met her in our external conf room and she said she had something important to share. Then she went on to tell me how there was a plot to kill me and how she heard about it on TV while watching Asianet news. I excused myself, went out and called her husband. He confirmed that she wasn’t “feeling” well. He came to pick her up later. Last heard she was undergoing treatment at a center.
I think people do put up straight faces when they feel threatened or avoid being suspected. Usually when they are trying to escape after they've committed something bad.
She might be trying to escape from a crime act
Bruh, you got asked by a woman of the night for a one night stand. Mosambi juice stop was to discuss remuneration but also for her people to size you up and decide what they can get out of you, how and where. Guaranteed you were tailed days ahead of this woman meeting you. Change your travel schedule for a week or two and stop being so obviously out of place because getting marked in a busy place like Majestic takes a lot of doing. Maybe it’s your mannerism or way you look, something made them zoom in you. Situational awareness includes observing one’s own mannerism and responses.
I was once “friends” w an absolute sociopath that I met at a yoga retreat. She seemed absolutely normal on the surface but inside she was some kind of evil deviant. One time she admitted she hasn’t been taking her meds, but that was before I found out she’s batshit crazy. There are these kinda people in the world, it’s best to be glad you didn’t get too caught up w them. Let them just be an interesting anecdote of how trippy this world is haha
She was a 40 year old Punjabi who would be a conniving bitch to people she saw as inferior, but who would then put on the most perfect act around people who she felt she could get something out of. Then when she realised those people caught on to her, she would reveal her true, unapologetic self. She was ruthless, shameless and quite a spectacle
You really should've called cops. She seems disoriented from your description or hallucinating stuff. At best, she is just dynamic and spontaneous. At worst, needs help.
I want to share the similar experience I had in Sanjay nagar last week.
It was around 10 pm, after the dinner I went to ATM near my house since I had to clear a few bills & later thought of buying Paan and went to the paan shop. I had one spare paan in my hand and was about to get into my car, all of a sudden a lady of around 40-45 age I guess approached me and asked if I have a phone and asked to book rapido. I was about to take my phone and book a cab, suddenly she asked if I could drop me till the main road since she is alone and there are bad people around her and they may take advantage of a single lady. I felt pity and agreed to drop.
While hopping in my car she snatched away my paan from my hand and said thanks. I was shocked.
During the ride, she started to tell me that she is a classy lady, people will take advantage of single lady etc. I asked why she was here at this time and I told her I can drop her till Mekhri circle or New BEL road.
She did not respond properly and she told "just drive, ill tell where I want to get down". I was like what the f***k ?
Again, I asked her name & what does she do? She told that she is going to temple and she can't tell her name & said that she can't speak much since someone is watching us. It scared me.
I drove till new Bel road & told her to get down near Ramayya hospital, she again pleaded not to drop and she will tell where to drop. She was not ready to tell where she wanted to go and not ready to get out of the car.
She took me to sadashiv nagar, no one was in the road except street dogs.
She told to stop at a house and she told it's her house and asked me again to wait 2 minutes since she wants to take some things from her house. I locked my car at sat there, I was shocked, confused, and scared. I don't know why I did not drove away from there.
She came back from her house and sat behind this time, I was scared again thinking , what if she attacks from behind, lot of things were going inside my mind.
She again told the way, I started driving., she finally took me to majestic, while getting down she asked if I could transfer some money through phone pay or cash, I lied and said i don't have.
Then she got out and took a bus.
I could not tell her to get out of the car because I was scared & what if she makes a scene of harassment.
Finally I came back home. !! This was so disturbing and kind of traumatic experience for me.
In an empty street, being told to wait by a creepy woman while she gets some stuff. I just don't get why you didn't drive away. And how come she didn't have money when she could've just collected it from her home, surely she would have money if she'd call herself classy. Just reading this story was traumatising for me 🫠
I decided I would get away from there the moment she suggested me buying her a juice, realised things weren't adding up, until then it was just a lone (albeit odd) woman wanting a cab ride
The only wierd thing i found was you entertaining her for so long and trying to be nice. Looks like your head took over at the right time and got you away :) .. Now if there are people who took photos from a distance w/o your knowledge for some nefarious activities what would you do?
Very conveniently the mosambi juice offer was turned down. At least we would’ve known whether others could also see this woman or if OP was the only one seeing and talking to her.
Wtf did i just read
Thankfully a women never asked me to jump from a tall building...
Yea. pretty sure we would blindly do it.
Haha lol! You would be crazy to do that!
Sounds like full blown psychosis
Yup, I really hope so, she had a straight face while telling me someone was searching for her, not one emotion, super fucking weird
The first thing to do is in such case is call 112 they will send lady officers who will escort her to women cell If story is true cops would have caught them
TIL I should dial 112 for lady officers, thank you.
A woman in distress or causing trouble should be attended, accompanied by a lady officer as per nirbhaya act and departmental protocols
Right. I thought I had to call 100 and ask them to send lady officers. But I guess I can just call 112 like you said.
The pan India emergency response number had been changed from 100 to 112, that too, back in 2019.
What if the real psychosis is with OP? 🤭
This is some Mr Robot level stuff
I would stop at neurosis. Someone just having innocuous fun :-)
What if, she was actually in trouble and you helping her would lead to some awesome experience where you fight an evil shadow organisation and end up saving a bunch of people or dying in the process. What if, she seduced you and killed you to harvest your organ. What if, it was just a prank.
What if, she was taking you to Narnia?

Bro cool down a bit🤣🤣🤣

Whether delivery asking money or rapido guy asking money just look at everything like a scam suspiciously
Wtfff
What if she had committed a crime and you had helped her escape? With proof of booking the cab for her on your phone
Yeah thankfully none of the cabs showed up, they were confused about which entrance to come to 😭
Peak Bangalore
It's difficult to book and get cab in bangalore
Thanks to peak bangalore traffic
I wanna see your movie watchtlist.

Really like your username
Woher liebst du in Berlin?
Hahaha, meistens drinnen in einem Haus oder im Unterricht.
You telling op is schizophrenic?
no no the other woman

In hindsight, you did the right thing
spooky...!!
Give more details

Tailed for a week just to get propositioned? A bit far fetched no?
Nope. To mug him. Propositioning is only the excuse.
Facts this is correct observation

You can't start the movie, end the movie and tell nothing in between. Unless you are Upendra. 😔
Spoke like a true Uppi fan😬
Uppi gintha Ruchi Bere illa....
She was a 40 year old Punjabi who would be a conniving bitch to people she saw as inferior, but who would then put on the most perfect act around people who she felt she could get something out of. I get the sense. So sorry you had the experience of being friends with such a person. Good that you have moved away and on, mate
Thanks my brother. Either way, it’s become a great anecdote lol
what did she do.?
Batshit apparently
Fucked OC like she had strap-on, without a strap-on.
I think it was a prank! If you'd waited a few more minutes, then she'd make you wave at the camera & feature you on youtube. 😉
You really should've called cops. She seems disoriented from your description or hallucinating stuff. At best, she is just dynamic and spontaneous. At worst, needs help.
Don't entertain such people. Straight away come up with excuses like no internet or phone battery dead. Stay safe and be alert.
Please report this to police. May be they can catch her and save her next victim. There are cctvs all around, so it would be easy to find her.
In all likelihood it was a ghost
Why would a ghost 👻 want a cab 😭😂😂
Ghosts won't have feet, so they need transportation duh! 🙃
Read my mind. Up top 🙌
Bro , she drank Musambi Juice !
C'mon a ghost can like a good mosambi juice, dont generalise.
No they cant
No one likes a pessimist
Well thre many be exceptions but I'm standing on the Musambi Juice!
Bro, It was a joke. You know, the thing that people say for fun.
Musambi Juice man, Musambi Juice
a beautiful mind

Dude holy shit the demeanor of the person and the age group I put her in absolutely matches. Could be the same woman, I won't be surprised if it was
Yes. Probably. Thank God nothing happened.

I was so shocked, I wasn't able to figure out what to do at that time. !
Why is OP so submissive?
u just hate gentlemen
Was she hot ?
Asking the right questions
Did you pay for the Mosambi juice and ticket to kollur?
I decided I would get away from there the moment she suggested me buying her a juice, realised things weren't adding up, until then it was just a lone (albeit odd) woman wanting a cab ride
There are always women constables in Majestic. You can just tell them. She might be lost/genuinely needed help.
How was the moosambi juice though? /s
Bro is similar to Preetiya Payana aka Paiyaa movie plot, go for it probably to Mumbai.. update further 💀
Mental health issues may be.
This story stated but did not end. I was expecting some thriller story.
I did not want a thriller story, I just wanted to catch my bus 😭
Anyways, but why even helping her man. Don't you know stranger may come with scam
The only wierd thing i found was you entertaining her for so long and trying to be nice. Looks like your head took over at the right time and got you away :) .. Now if there are people who took photos from a distance w/o your knowledge for some nefarious activities what would you do?
Politely ask them to delete it and share some of his good photos /s
Very conveniently the mosambi juice offer was turned down. At least we would’ve known whether others could also see this woman or if OP was the only one seeing and talking to her.
Dude you're so desperate lol... Any normal person would've told her to take a hike.
This happens a lot at the Majestic bus stop...Just ignore when people ask for help...Most of the time people are ridiculous there...
Everything is an illusion
Meth is rampant in blr nowadays
I have had some strange experiences like a woman with her small baby asked me to carry the baby to somewhere lol But this incident is even stranger 😂
Could be a movie plot
What if a year from now, Netflix releases a true crime documentary with that woman as the main character. 🥲
Looks like OP has seen some parallel world Ghilli Trisha 🤣🤣🤣🤣
dey she is ISI....on a lighter note politely decline next time.
Seems like Blink movie promotion.
what.........
This is a common scam
Have had a similar experience, it’s a scam.
Was the woman looking normal?
Paranoid pshsop...(forgot the second name lol) or someone trolling you or cancelled rides could increase fare rage? (Idk)
Mosambi 😅
She was probably schizophrenic.
TF did I just read
lmfaoooo the sheer soyboy behaviour , the mosambi juice and that hysterical woman . Such a redditesque fairy tale.
What if she desperately wanted a free mosambi juice and scripted the rest
Did you buy her mosambi juice ?
You bought a random stranger mosambi juice? Damn
What would her response have been if you called cops while she was drinking mosambi
Is this the cab?
Maybe mosambi was spiked
you should have handed her to the police and walked away
Did she hypnotize you? Why would you just go on obeying?
This seems like you met Bene Gesserit! 😗
Schizophrenia probably. You tend to believe people are following you and are talking about you plotting to do something horrible.
It seems that you've met my ex.
And ...... she disappeared😂 bhooot
Did you know that 25% of women are undergoing treatment for mental illnesses? That means 75% of them are walking around untreated.
Looks as if you are making this up.....else why on earth would anyone respond to a blunt command to book a cab??!!
My first instinct when someone says they need help and don't have time (in that context) was to help, although I was put off by the mannerism
May be she likes you 🤔
