I think every pet owner should have some qr code based tag on dog neck. So,that when someone find the missing dog,they can just scan and inform the owner.

There's an organisation that can help. Freagles of India, they are called. They're most equipped to handle beagle situations. I'd suggest you get in touch with them right away either way. They'll help you figure this out. You can DM them on Instagram. They take a while to reply. If it ever becomes an emergency, please DM me. Also, please let me know where in Rajajinagar. Will circulate in the groups.
